Restaurant 360 Dubrovnik Reviews
As Larry David would say, pretty, pretty good.
Okโฆ.lets admit that they know what they are doing. We did the three course a la carte and the dinner was amazingโฆ..foie gras, tortellini with veal shank and the squabโฆ.perfect food. In addition there were amuse-bouche and post dinner sweetsโฆboth divine. As discussed ad nauseam, itโs expensive but you already know that. Our dinner for 4 ran 1,000 euro (before tip) but we wanted the full Monty. Want to be efficient but still get the full experience? Here are a few tipsโฆ.forego cocktails, limit the sparkling water, have the sommelier recommend a bottle of wine that will โworkโ for all three dishes you order. Forego dessertโฆ.it was the weakest link. But do go if you have the chance and wherewithalโฆ..you wonโt be disappointed.
Needs to do better if they want to keep or get a star
Five stars for courses one to three - superb wine list and excellent staff - then both the dessert and cheese plates underachieved badly - at these prices you need to deliver across board
Stunning dining
We had a magical evening at 360. Stunning food and setting with wonderful staff. Yes itโs expensive but so worth it for a special and memorable experience. The food was incredible and even the cocktail would get a Michelin star from me. The highlight of our trip.
More than just a meal, a life changing experience
We dined here on our first night in Dubrovnik and it was an incredible experience and a great way to kick off the trip. My wife and I dined here for our honeymoon and the food and service was top class. We both ordered the tasting menu and we couldnโt recommend it more. It was more than just a meal, it was a life changing experience. If the desserts werenโt good enough already to finish the night, a private tour from the manager made it that much more perfect.
To do !!!!!
We visited the best restaurants in Dubrovnik with my husband, and this one is by far the best, if you appreciate gastronomy. Excellent service and cuisine, not to mention the magnificent view of the old port. Donโt hesitate to go there, you wonโt be disappointed! For us, restaurant number 1 in Dubrovnik!!
A special treat
WOW simply fabulous! Location excellent, view amazing, food sublime and top service would highly recommend a really special evening with friends
Michelin loves dream experience
For culinary lovers this is an absolute must try. I highly recommend either of their tasting courses. Amazing experience with equally as amazing views.
Amazing experience we will always remember. Would give it 6 stars if I could
Absolutely amazing restaurant well deserving of a Michelin Star. Everything from the food, to the view, to the service was outstanding. We were seated on the 2nd floor overlooking the marina. If you are a foodie, you will go crazy for this place. If you are a picky eater, then maybe this may not be the restaurant for you. The menu is inventive where you can choose 2 or 3 courses ala carte or 2 different tasting menus. We chose ala carte and our fabulous waiter, Stefan, suggested an excellent wine to pair when we told him what we liked to drink. The food came out and everything was a work of art and more importantly, tasted great. This was not just our best meal in Dubrovnik, but rather one of the finest meals we have ever had. Be prepared, it is extremely pricey, but in our opinion, a memorable meal is worth a premium and this was a meal we will always remember.
For a magical moment in Dubrovnik!!
Excellent service and meal. Itโs on par with a Michelin-starred restaurant. Very pleasant setting. Listening waiters giving good advice/explanations.
Nice place
We had dinner inside the restaurant due to the rain, it is cozy with a beautiful decoration. Very attentive and competent welcome and service. The dishes are truly complex and with many different flavors. It's good in the mouth, but since there are a lot of flavors, you ultimately wonder what you're eating. Does too much flavor kill the taste? Spectacular wine list for all budgets.
It deserves it status, a fantastic meal in a great restaurant!
WOW. What a meal. We had a perfect dinner at 360. Unfortunately we did not get the outdoor experience as it was too cold, however the interior was sublime. As you would expect from a Michelin star restaurant, the attention to detail was extreme, the staff attentive and courteous. We had the al la carte opposed to the tasting menu. Each dish was a piece of art. I have eaten at a lot of Michelin restaurants around the world and this rates in my top 10. This is a must for you. Save up and go for the experience.
10 out of 10!
Not overrated.. amazing experience, food, and service. I was prepared for a pretentious overpriced meal, and was pleasantly surprised. Each act was a culinary delight and different from the other. I appreciated the obvious attention to detail invested in every aspect from the flavors and plating to the waitstaff and reception. Lovely, highly recommend!
Very good but not great
Firstly, we were not allowed to eat outside therefore restricting us from the main attraction of this restaurant, as advertised in its name. Somewhat dogmatic as Dubrovnik was enjoying beautifully hot weather and most other restaurants were allowing outside seating. The food and surroundings were worthy of a michelin star and we enjoyed the music in the upper dining room. The staff were very good but lacked the personal touch we have found at other Dalmatian fine diners. Not a criticism, but it suggested everyone here is trying to be too efficient at the expense of a few bonus points for a more personal experience. Highly recommended especially once they allow people to decide for themselves if it's too cold to eat outside.
Only one star??!!!! Michelin Man come and taste it again! Two would be deserved.
A unique atmosphere, VIP service, a โwowโ to each dish, quality Croatian discovery wine assortmentโฆ you deserve 2 stars. We'll be back in 3 days.
So so
We ate here for our last dinner meal in croatia bec of all the good things we heard about it. The amuse-bouches and desserts were very goodโฆ thats it. Weโve read the good reviews but i guess their menu this seasons isnt that great. We had the oysters (with imitated caviar which the waiter will explain when served, this was not written on the menu), squid (good), langoustine (so so), lamb (Nothing great, but if they were trying to get the burek taste, must say it really tasted like burek! But you can get a whole burek for less than 1/10 the price) overall, nothing outstanding or special. It was okay but we expected more from this restaurant. Also check first for outside seating season (we were only able to sit inside and think that the outside ambiance would help with the overall experience). service was good
Food is art after all
An experience for special occasions. Fantastic atmosphere, very good staff, very good menu selection, everything very, very tasty, Quality at its finest, an all-round successful evening. ,
The best steak and lobster.
Lava cake is great. They are very nice service. They tell you stories and have great seats.Just sang for my birthday. Love this place I am coming back.So should you

So on a Saturday night- the vibe was vibing! The hostess was super friendly, engaging and welcoming. That was just the beginning. From entry to exit, we had an amazing experience. The specialty cocktails are a definite Yes!! And the food??? Nothing but good things to say - fish is super fresh and the octopus was spectacular. Just go!
Delicious, salmon and rice is a favorite.
Have hosted birthday parties and regularly order take out. Very good food.
What an experience.
We went there for Valentine's Day and I have to say, their food is top tier. They had a prefixed menu which I ordered the medallions which consisted of elk and venison had a pear wrapped with prosciutto filled with some sort of cream, while my fiancรฉ ordered a rib eye steak with potatoes. Everything was delicious. For appetizers we got the oysters and the pasta that had a duck stuffing. Both meals were delicious and just outright a nice meal. For drinks I got a whiskey and they had a tropical drink that I am blanking out on but they did well with them. Service was top tier. There was a hiccup in the beginning but the friendly atmosphere, the speed, the care and respect was just nice. Felt like a real family restaurant you see in the movies. Would love to come back here again

If you love Italian food, you will love Croatian food!' Ivan was the best, thank you so much, exptional service, very nice place., I loved the risotto, I would come back again !!!! The only thing I didn't like it's a lil loud but after a while most of the people left and it was nicer !!

We ordered two Cornish then, seared tuna, veal pasta, the octopus salad and a fisherman's soup. The grilled octopus salad is amazing and not to be missed. All the entries are really great! We added cappuccino at the end with panda cotta and crepes with walnut cream.
Excellent authentic Croatian food.
...my wife is from Konalve near Dubrovnik. Friendly servers and knowledgeable.
Came here with some high expectations for the first time.
We were warmly welcomed and sat at a nice table downstairs. Service was unobtrusive and the food came fast. Room had ok ambiance e with wine wall but loud slide to lower ceilings. Nice art on walls We were served bread with olive oil and a dip I think of garbanzo beans. Ok olive oil The beets and grilled calamari were the appetizer. Beets were delicious with a nice acidity and sprinkled with goat cheese. Delicious. Calamari was accompanied with coleslaw and it worked well! Nice acidity and olive and garlic. Calamari was great although the middle was a little undercooked. Nice large portion. The lobster special was a lobster tail cooked broiled and presented very nicely. It was a little rubbery but it was tasty. The other entree was problematic. I felt like a pork chop and expected a grilled pork chop with nice Brussels sprouts and potatoes. The Brussels sprouts were mushy and lacked flavor. Potatoes were ok. Pork chop was unacceptable - overcooked and doused is a gravy of some sort (I had to put a piece of bread to absorb this mess so I could try eat the pork chop). Unfortunately the pork chop was inedible. It was impossible to cut with a steak knife so I gave up - see pic. Waiter asked how it was as my plate was barely touched. I said no and he asked the manager to come over. He did and of course comped the pork chop and offered a new dish of my choice. By then I was not in the mood for further experimentation and despite his efforts and good nature I just could not accept. Overall this was a poor experience and the food disappointing. People were super nice and I understand that I may have ordered the 'wrong thing'. But if it's on the menu either do it right or take it off the menu Will I return? Maybe for redemption but certainly disappointed.
Amazing Experience!
There is not much more to say than this was an absolutely amazing dining experience from start to finish. Our table for two was on the wall overlooking the harbor, so the view could not be beat. We chose the four course menu with wine pairings, and each course was so interesting and flavorful. The service was great - a server would appear just as you got the slightest thought that maybe you needed something. Yes, it is pricy, but they deliver the value. Overall, I highly recommend.
A holiday, made even more memorable
What an experience. Our holiday made even better My wife's birthday treat What a setting, what an experience. Atmosphere was relaxed for a fine dining restaurant. Flavours for every course we had were amazing The pigeon dish especially was memorable Foisgrais with smoked eel , melon and date cream ...amazing Beef Ravioli, with sage and cream sauce...amazing Sea bass...awesome Some great wine, and great memories Top class
Yup. Worth it. Ask for ANTE :)
Incredible. We like good food. We like meat and potatoes. We like fancy food. We like exploring. Service can be the biggest deterrent to some of the finest restaurants as it can be too stuffy and pretentious. 360 was everything we wanted. The food was incredible. And the service was impeccable. Our server was Ante. He was friendly, approachable and comical... But make no mistake, although we were light hearted, the table next to us was looking for a more refined experience than us. We witnessed him cater his approach for their experience; something entirely different from ours. Michelin might be about consistency... But it's not about forcing diners into the restaurant box and maintaining consistency... It's about providing a wonderfully consistent experience for ALL diners. Would go again. Would recommend.
Experience can't be beaten
I would tend to agree with a previous review that the food is maybe more Michelin rated than 1 star but for me the experience and location supersedes everything! The food was nice...but I agree not spectacular by any means....but the view, the location, the feel, the staff and the service are all absolutely outstanding. Loved every minute of it!
Appalling Experience
Made to feel unwelcome (understatement) from the moment we arrived. In the end we had no choice but to leave. Terrible behaviour from staff. Some restaurants get stuck in a rut. This one is in a trench.
Top End Touristy Restaurant, without any WOW factor for food
The food was overall just okay, one dish was decent. Iโve been to many many Michelin star restaurants around the world, would say this restaurant just misses the mark for me. Maybe more of a Michelin-guided / recommended restaurant, rather than 1 star. The dishes overall were decently executed but lacked wow factor. The overall service and environment was excellent though. So I would say itโs a rather touristy restaurant, if you are into those restaurants then this at the top end of touristy restaurants. One thing I wanted to note was my partner has nut allergy and doesnโt eat lamb, which I think is not an uncommon combination. This restaurant is really not nut-allergy-friendly AT ALL. The tasting menu - there were two choices - we were told we should not order them - as the chef is insistent on not changing more than 2 dishes on each menu. Even if we ordered both choices, there wasnโt any available combination that allowed for those with nut allergy to dine. I must say I was shocked, this is the first time I have ran into such issues at a fine dining restaurant, truly WOW experience in a way! Even for desserts (every single item had nuts) and petite four (3 out of 4 had nuts)โฆ was told to order the cheese course insteadโฆ. continued to be non nut-allergy-friendly, another WOW for the night! Dishes wise, we ordered from the a le carte menu. Main dish was clam and fish - decent but nothing amazing. The lamb dish was a recreation of a traditional dish - this one was great - but should do with a tad less salt, because both the meat and sauce was heavily seasoned. The veal ravioli was true winner - would recommend the dish.
Outstanding fine dining experience
Everything was exceptional, location, atmosphere, food and service. The Malo More and Scallops are highly recommended for starters. For main acts the Pigeon dish was exquisite whereas the Turbot was less impressive. The price was fair compared to the experience offered. We would definitely come back and recommend this place.
The best meal Iโve ever had
Truly the best meal Iโve had in my entire life. Service was great and the sommelierโs suggestions were all perfect. The chef genuinely respects the ingredients and knows how to progress a tasting menu. Everything was seasoned well, beautifully presented, and a true adventure to experience.
Exceptional food, but be careful!
This was a very memorable dinner - exquisite food, excellent service, and a stunning location. Unfortunately, they overcharged us by charging us for an additional bottle of wine that we did not order or drink. The server apologized and adjusted our bill, but diners at any restaurant - let alone a VERY expensive restaurant like this - should not have to worry about such a thing. Check your bill carefully!
Food poisoning!
Sadly, what should have been the highlight of our holiday in Dubrovnik, resulted in food poisoning for me! Nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea. Symptoms indicate staphylococcus aureus. Very unpleasant. Such a shame as the setting and service are wonderful. Thankfully, it only lasted a day. The restaurant manager sent details of their food hygiene procedures which are impressive but they wonโt accept responsibility for the food poisoning. Our TUI rep is dealing with it for me and the restaurant has now sent me a form to complete.
Wonderful food; unique choices and a great atmosphere.
Would recommend the seafood and apps.

Romantic, spacious restaurant with top notch food and service. I took my wife here for Valentine's Day, and it was terrific. I really like that tables aren't crammed in next to each other.
Lovely restaurant with an impressive selection of fish
Lovely restaurant with an impressive selection of fish options--market specials are grilled over coals outside with a choice of sides. You can have your fish filleted at your table if you prefer not to deal with the bones. The menu (presented on a small tablet device) also features a couple of beef, pork and chicken options and a nice selection of Croation wines. Pleasant, lively atmosphere without the over the top volume we have come expect when we go out to dine. Our waiter was friendly, attentive and was able to answer all our questions. The only thing that disappointed were the desserts which I would probably pass on next time. We'll definitely be back though. The restaurant offers valet parking but we were able to find a spot a few doors down.
Fish was great.
The prices are a little high. The location is cute and romantic. The chicken nuggets were surprisingly tasty

Came with a large group and ordered all the things ;) The grilled vegetables and the cuttlefish risotto to start - and let me start by saying: I'm not one who craves cuttlefish/squid ink foods, but the risotto was simply amazing - we wound up ordering a few of these to share. Also had the Pasta Lopud (with lobster and shrimp), veal ragou (gnocchi and veal), whole grilled fish (I believe it was the snapper), roasted cornish hen, and a platter of sausages (lamb, I believe.)Finished with Palaฤinke (a crepe filled with ice cream was the one I sampled), the Kremลกnita (a puff pastry with vanilla creme) and something else I didn't get a chance to try. All washed down with some good Croatian beer, wine, and cocktails - which they do a great job of making. While we did have the benefit of a native Croatian who was part of our party and led the ordering, the service and food were excellent. It's rare when you order so many things and so many of them are hits - everything was fantastic. But that cuttlefish risotto is really seared into my memory. Valet parking out front was really helpful given it's a busy street.
Good food, great service.
Done while imaging you are in Croatia. We had the branzini, mussels, sausage, monkfish. There is a lunch price fixed, 3 course menu currently for $25.
My partner and I came here for an early dinner on a weekday
My partner and I came here for an early dinner on a weekday night, and we were some of the only people in the restaurant. We got great service from our waiter. The presentation of the fish is memorable, and it did make us go for seafood. If you request the fish to be filleted, they'll do it for you right at the table! The cocktail menu was surprisingly robust. The carrot cake was a little disappointing. I'd skip it, especially with as large of a dessert menu as there was.
Excellent!
Had a fabulous dinner with wine pairings. The food was superb and the service was excellent. Each course was described in detail and the wines matched very well. We were on the battlements, an amazing location. Booked in advance and was glad we did. Thoroughly recommend saving up to go.
Loved it although I think the food was a little too pricey.
Would be great if the place would add some traditional music on the background.
Wonderful!
Amazing ambience, outdoor seating is on the city wall, overlooking harbor. After dark, with the harbor lights and the city lights, with the boats and the contrast with the dark water; it is an experience not to be missed. Very, very cool. The food is great, too! They also had non-alcoholic cocktails, if that is important to you. Service is as to be expected, great. They even squeezed us in from their waitlist.
The food was great.
The atmosphere was pleasant. The service was efficient. The wait staff are wonderful. Highly recommend to anyone who would like a different kind of culinary experience.
Superb Restaurant, Superb Views
This is a fantastic restaurant with an amazing view. The service was faultless and the food deserving its Michelin Star status. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this restaurant and will definitely visit again if we are in Dubrovnik again.

Dubrovnik Restaurant is a cornucopia of great entrees, friendly & professional wait staff, wonderful atmosphere with outside dining overlooking a wonderful European style garden! The variety of fresh fish, seafood, and outside oven makes this place a must to visit and enjoy an amazing dinner or brunch!!! It is my favorite place and I am never disappointed when I go to Dubrovnik's!!! 5Stars!!!!
Pricey, but well worth it
360 really stood out for us. The food is outstanding, the service is impeccable, and the setting is gorgeous. Expensive, but is it worth it? Yes!!
