What a beautiful venue, lovely staff , so modern decor inside . We had a nice table , the cavery was well up there with the best . Thanks so much to gillian and the staff of the viaduct , you made my mums mothersdays Will definitely return 5 stars 🌟
Excellent all round experience.
This place was excellent this evening. The food was lovely, the staff were friendly and very efficient. Highly recommend. Try the Queen if Puddings dessert. It’s worth the trip alone. Very impressive
On the way to West Cork
Unfortunately, the service was poor and the food was not up to par. Firstly, the service was slow and inattentive. We had to wait a long time to be seated and then waited even longer for our orders to be taken. Our server did not check on us regularly and seemed disinterested in our dining experience. Furthermore, the food was not great. My dish was overcooked and lacked flavor, while my friend's dish was undercooked and cold. We also found that the portion sizes were smaller than expected for the price. Overall, we left feeling unsatisfied and disappointed with our experience. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and work to improve your service and food quality for future customers. Sorry but I won't be returning any time soon..
Scones with cream and Jam - no cream in a restaurant!!!?
Brought my 82 year old parent out to viaduct Saturday morning for a coffee and scone with cream and jam for a treat. The waitress gave us the scones and jam and went off to get the cream. 20 mins later and no sign of cream ! When I asked I was told they didn’t have any !! A restaurant with no cream ,?? Beggars belief. Not impressed

Back for Dinner
had breakfast here before and managed to talk the lads into going for dinner. Exceptional food. The menu is really good, I had the duck starter and the steak main course (business dinner!) food quality was simply outstanding. the staff there are really friendly, nothing was too much trouble. One of the best meals I've had out for a long time and i eat out a lot! Very well done Viaduct.
Superb
Stopped in at The Viaduct on our way to West Cork & what an experience it was. I had the Black Pudding & Scallops & my husband had the Seafood Broth. Both were delicious starters. We then had the Burger & Risotto another 2 delicious meals. The staff were efficient & friendly. We will definitely return when we are travelling again.

Where should I start Arrived around 1030 .busy spot ,ordered full Irish, great ingredients, didn't like bread in the middle with butter on top but other than that good quality. OK poached egg a little bit over by a mn but for me the star of the show . Management should wake up .understaffed there's a lady there .her name is Michelle. Guys you have a young one behind the bar doing hot drink at a pace of a snail and you have that lady witch I tought first she was a bit in a bad mood but after observation on the service my God some worker .doing the job of 3 peoples, taking orders,clearing tables ,serving food taking payments. Unbelievable worker .Guys or giver a bumper pay rise for the work she's doing ,or she will leave because nobody can run a Marathon on a daily basic or she will be poached from some 1 because she's everybody's dream when it comes to floor staff in hotels and catering. Well done Michelle. Management wake up .Really ...
Group of 7 Will not be returning
Have been here twice now since they reopened. First night my partners seafood lingunie was cold. Second time we came with a group of 7. Not one of us were happy with the food. No specials on that night and 3 options of the small menu were not available. Duck starter was dry with stale bread.. Also the cheeseboard had stale crackers. The chips that came with the burger were extremely undercooked.. Everything bland.. Service was good but the food was a massive let down. No one will be returning unfortunately. Such a shame for a lovely venue to be serving disappointing food.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
