This is a fabulous restaurant.
Amazing service. Great location. Outside seating on the Bellagio fountain. The food was delicious. Phenomenal wine selection. I highly recommend and will definitely be returning.
40th birthday celebration meal did not disappoint!
Loved the menu and the setting from the website and wasn’t disappointed. Staff were very good and got us an outside balcony front row fountain view which was unbelievable to see whilst we drank and ate. The sushi and food we had was amazing and we ordered more as a result. Cocktails were superb too. It can get a little hot outside (which is typical in vegas at certain times of the year!) - maybe some fans etc would help outside to help cool guests but didn’t ruin our experience.

All around incredible experience.
Even though we had cancelled our reservation, they honored it when we turned up last minute. We were seated in the main dining room with remarkable views of the fountain. The staff is very professional and friendly, you can tell they're well trained. Food came out in perfect progression. Taste is phenomenal and fresh. Highly recommend if you want fountain views. It is pricy, but so are most fountain facing dinner spots. Try the halibut! Try the Mile High Roll!

Dinner at Bellagio
We enjoyed a very delicious meal at Yellowtail. Service was great and our choices were satisfying and nicely cooked. Great presentation. The only negative for me was the acoustics. It was almost impossible to have a conversation. The fountain display at Bellagio a plus.

Overpriced but everything in Vegas is now expensive. Otherwise and excellent choice and a fantastic meal. Great service and quality food.
Wife’s birthday after dinner dinner
Romantic setting, subdued lighting and spacious……limited outdoor seating on a small balcony overlooking the spectacular water fountain show….we sat inside adjacent to a large window…we sat outside twice before…..sushi selection is good but quite expensive….a 2 piece order of Uni is $27…we had 5 along with salmon carpaccio, salmon sashimi……this was Mae’s second birthday dinner as we were disappointed with the first eaten earlier at our Aria hotel….they were told of Mae’s bday yet didn’t acknowledge it….here at Yellowtail they gave us both the choice of complimentary desserts and a lit candle…..so…..if you like sushi in a romantic setting with a spectacular view and don’t mind the cost then this restaurant is a must
Great restaurant inside the Bellagio Hotel.
Yellowtail is inside the Bellagio hotel and has great food. We ordered the mushrooms which were amazing. We also ordered Kimchi Brussels Sprouts, Filet Steak,Garlic Chicken and California Rolls and all were above average. The space was quaint and had easy access to the fountain show. I would recommend this restaurant especially if staying at this hotel.
A memorial experience!
The food was over the top and the waitress was exceptional. She made the best recommendations for our meal. Her personality and her smile made all the difference to our experience. Her name is Chanez. Ask for her!

Get the omakasa! Trust.
If you love sushi, get the Omakasa. It’s 6 courses, but each course is quite large and filling. The 6th course is dessert, so go all in!
I love this place.
Back after a few years away. The service was great.. very helpful and accommodating. Made me feel spoiled. Nice ambiance for that date night or a nice date night with the family. I had the Omakase dinner... to try what the chief specials were. It did disappoint other than the scallop being a bit overdone. The rest was spot on.

Very nice ambiance for a family to eat great food. We had several different sushi rolls, some that weren't on the menu. Very accommodating and nice service. We enjoyed the food and service.
Loved everything about this place.
Very intimate setting, definitely a date night type of place. Staff were happy to serve and very patient presenting the menu and suggesting plates. My group was seated through a reservation but we all ordered to share. Highlight plates were the raised wagyu beef short ribs, the mile high roll, the surf n turf, and the sweet spicy edamame. Food was so well presented and flavorful. Steak was cooked to perfection. Excited to return on my next trip to Vegas.

The "protein" sushi roll was incredible, honestly some of the best sushi ever. It's semi spicy moist crab with asparagus center topped with fish and sauce. The chicken was moist, flavorful and honestly incredible, and gyoza was mid but pretty good. Definitely recommend this spot

I find it kind of tough to write this review because i just can’t put just how good this food is into words. I dined here two nights in a row and had 8 different dishes, every single dish was so well done and very tasty. I have eaten at some very highly rated restaurants , for me this is simply the best. Wait staff was in tune to the timing and needs of us. Guys just go , do not pass up the chance to see for yourself. Ask for Yukiko.
Felt rushed in service food was ok
Dinner time the venue is very nice we did a reservation and was able to have a nice seating. Service felt rushed the server took our order but was pushing us to order quickly. We order some appetizer, main and sushi. The main came before the appetizer and the appetizer and sushi took a long time. The shareable main it’s not shareable but mostly for 1 person. Ordered a cocktail Spicy avocado and it was tasteless. Server didn’t even can to check on the food or the table didn’t even noticed that the food came backwards with appetizers last. For the price and the “Michelin Chef” I think it was not an amazing at all.
Couple of interesting options.
Took a business group to this restaurant in Bellagio. Not exactly sure what I expected, but also not sure Yellowtail stacked up. The drink list is interesting and we ordered a couple of traditional Japanese options and enjoyed them. The tuna pizza appetizer was unique and very good. From there we ordered shared plates for the table and several sushi roles. And...one of the guys had the filet and said it was really good. The role with the pop rocks was fun and tasty, but the rest of the roles didn't seem all that unique or interesting. Nothing was bad, but it didn't wow us either. The apple dessert was good, but everyone just had a bit or two and we didn't finish it. Overall, I would go again, but it wouldn't be a place I'd seek out.
The BEST in Las Vegas
I come to Las Vegas once a year. Yellowtail is always a must visit. This year I ate here 3 times in a row. Each night I sat at the bar for dinner. Ernie and Alicia were our servers. They were so great taking care of us. Everything we ate was amazing. Yes, it’s pricey. But the entire menu is delicious. I love the sunset blood orange yuzu drink. The sushi is so fresh. And all of the food items are so unique. I can’t wait to come back next year!
Very Disappointing!!!
The ambiance is fine and the view of the Bellagio is great; however, that is where the experience ends. The white wine spritzer tasted like soda water. The hamachi carpaccio was soaked in soy sauce. The tuna roll was tasteless, and the portions was miniscule. The service was adequate. Would not go back again!!!
Very good food..
Didn't have a reservation but got a table immediately on the outer edge of the restaurant. Didn't want a huge meal as it was 9pm so we were very happy with our choices. Service was good and so was the food. We had a few starters and a mix of sushi rolls and thoroughly enjoyed our selection. Personally we loved it and looking around at what other people were having so did they!
A fabulous night out
It's been a long time dream to dine overlooking the Bellagio fountains so expectations were high! Everything was perfect, the food we ordered was all delicious and we were delighted with our experience. The greeters were lovely and friendly and a really big thank you to our server Mythka (sp?), who was fantastic.
HIgh Quality and Very Fresh
My buddy and I were in the mood for some good sushi and since we had some food credits at the Bellagio, figured we'd give Yellowtail a try. The menu is very traditional with a good choice of both warm and cold shared plates and a very good selection of sushi rolls, sashimi, and house specialty rolls. Ordered some gyozu (dumplings) that were delicious and several tuna, salmon, and crab rolls. The sushi rice was excellent, and the fish was some of the freshest I've ever had--that tuna was swimming the day before. Overall a very good meal that didn't leave us feeling too full. They also have a great selection of cocktails--they lychee martini is especially good!

Yellowtail never disappoints! We dined here a few years ago and couldn't wait to try again visiting Vegas. We were seated at one of the open tables at the entrance and it was absolutely perfect as we love to people watch! There was a team of 2 servers who did a great job of taking care of us and their other guests. The food is impeccable and literally melts in your mouth. We had the trio sushi "carpacchio", the Angry Yellowtail along with some other sashimi. Yes, it is pricey, but well worth the experience. This is a must go to place for us when we are in Vegas!
UPSCALE, DELICIOUS, UNIQUE DINING EXPERIENCE
What a fabulous dining experience. Our waitress was so knowledgable and nice. She suggested whatever we ordered my husband & I share. I loved that honesty so we didn't over order food (since there was no room in our fridge for leftovers due to the fridge sundries! :O( Drinks-Essence (light, refreshing) & Dragonfire (spicy). We ate the salmon pizza. Get it, it's not as bad as it sounds. Sooo delicious! We also ate the popping spicy crab sushi (it has pop rocks in it-genius) and the California Roll sushi. Our last dish we shared was the Black Angus Ribeye. So glad we shared these dishes! Oh and we got dessert (Yuzu Citrus-light, refreshing).

There wasn't anything on the omakase that couldn't be found on the menu, so order omakase if you want to taste a bunch of dishes. If you can't decide what to order- order omakase. If you consider omakase as a way to try everything, go for it; if omakase should be an exclusive dining experience, I would recommend you do it elsewhere. The sake pairings matched the food really well and the experience took about an hr 15 min from start to finish. The wait staff was absolutely fantastic- it was busy but they gave me lots of attention and were very knowledgeable about the dishes and the sake pours. The sake was my favorite part- the volume was perfect for each dish, probably equivalent to 2.5 glasses of wine in total for 6 tastings. I really enjoyed the first two courses and would return to order those items again. The short rib was overdone and ruined the meal for me. The flavor was off for the delicate other dishes. The cod was perfect and buttery! The decor was beautiful. The noise level was ok. Price seemed as expected for quality. I was full before the nigiri course.

Food was great, they were able to accommodate us on a walk in. Ambiance is cool- pretty sure there was a hooker working the men at the bar,So that made for very entertaining people watching. Not to be confused with a hooker as the bar tender *** Service was alright, it was a busy night so I figured that's why it was a little slow. Really yummy espresso martini! Was conveniently located by the cirque desole 'o' show. Not even a 5 min walk.

We were offered a balcony table. I said yes despite the cold weather that day. It was cold but the view was just amazing!We originally asked for the omakase and were originally rejected as it was a busy night. But our server came back and told us the chef would do the omakase for us. It was absolutely delicious, each course was so good. I loved my experience here. While it's not in my budget to go here often, I would go here again for a special occasion
Wow. This restaurant is proof that you don't need to dine
Wow. This restaurant is proof that you don't need to dine at the most expensive restaurants in Vegas to get a high quality, amazing meal. So according to different sites/apps, this restaurant is not considered "fine dining" but damn if you don't get a fine dining experience anyway! From the decor to the excellent service and last but not least, the incredible quality of the food here, the whole experience is fantastic! I would say it's a more pricier than what's considered "casual dining" but if you're looking for great quality sushi/Japanese food, don't pass this place up!

Amazing sushi and rolls!! THE BEST ROLL I'VE HAD IN USA!! Dessert tasted quite weird but it's not extremely sweet and had some flavors. I went for dinner and was lucky enough to get an outside table wirh Bellagio fountain view. I ordered toro roll and sesame matcha cake. The roll came in a very small portion but I guessed it's justifiable from the amazing view from the restaurant. Although, I think it was still too small. Toro literally melted in my mouth. A superb experience!! The matcha cake really tasted a bit weird, almost I tasted mild canabis in it. Maybe it came from smoke in the hotel? Not to throw bad suspect to the restaurant in anyway but it was just not very pleasant compared to what I paid for. Service was amazing. My server took great photos of me with the fountain show!

The shrimp tempura roll was bland and tasteless. Nothing special at all. The filet was excellent and cooked to our liking. Doubt we would go back.

I've eaten at other restaurants here. I loved my dinner from start to finish. Chef Back had his own bottles of Saki and it was terrific. I always enjoy Saki with my Japanese food, especially sashimi and this one was soooo smooth. From our table we were able to view the dancing waters which is always a treat!!We started with the Tuna Pizza. This is my second time having it and will try to make it at home!! So yummy you could order more. Then we had the Lobster Carpaccio which had a delicate sauce on the plate that you would love. We are always looking for Black Cod and they knew how to make this. It was moist and flaky and wonderfullycooked in miso. They surprised us with a chocolate desertWe would definitely revisit this restaurant next time in Vegas. A perfect place for us foodies!!

2nd visit this trip. So amazing. The Vegan Omakase created by Chef Jesse was just spectacular. Our server, whose name I do not recall, was knowledge, fun and super friendly -- She was great and flexible with some of our weird requests -- like Champagne Floats. Can't wait to come back again!!!!!

2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* ImmortalStep65, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* ImmortalStep65 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to ImmortalStep65 for any questions Peter may have as ImmortalStep65 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* ImmortalStep65 now uses their connections at Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant & Lounge by Akira Back Las Vegas to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If ImmortalStep65 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, ImmortalStep65 receives the $200 reward which is credited to ImmortalStep65's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
