Here's what stood out during my visit: Cold Noodle Soup: The cold noodle soup is a refreshing choice, especially during warmer weather. The generous portion of noodles combined with kimchi creates a satisfying and tangy flavor. It's a must-try for those seeking a cooling dish. Beef Soft Tofu Soup: While the cold noodle soup stole the show, the beef soft tofu soup didn't disappoint either. The broth lacked a strong fragrance, but the flavor was decent. It's a comforting option, although it doesn't stand out as much as the cold noodle soup. Broth fragrance could be improved.

I came to ZZAN with my husband and another couple before seeing a show at the Masonic! We picked it because it was walking distance (uphill lol) and the food looked good. We love Korean food and ZZAN has so many options. We ordered the short rib soup, corn cheese, combination skewers, and the fried chicken wings with soy garlic sauce. Our favorites were the soup, corn, and chicken wings! The skewers were just okay. The soup was super comforting and hearty with chunks of tender short rib and glass noodles. The corn had a decent cheese pull, but it was a little small. The chicken wings were sauced and crispy. Service was friendly and we weren't rushed out even during prime dinner time! Would love to come back when i'm in the area. :)

Ordered a bunch of food to share and everything was really delicious. Some highlights were definitely the Sotteok Sotteok and Beef Short Rib Soup. Drink options were a bit limited but they had a good selection of Soju.

There's another Korean restaurant bar around the corner that was empty, so that means this was the spot since it was filled with people. We had a party of 7 and had to wait about 15 minutes but it was worth the wait. We were pretty hungry and still kind of drunk so I just wanted fried chicken - we got soy garlic and ordered another one. We had some soju and beer (somek). And ordered a ton, jjajangmyeon, omu rice, sounding (hot tofu soup) so good, bulgogi, we could have done without the tteokbokki. The banchan was kimchi, fish cake, seaweed and some cabbage salad. Food came out fairly quickly and they are busy and take to go orders too. Parking can be kind of hard because it's by until square but in the evenings there are more spots.

We ordered the spicy short rib soup, bbq pork stir fry and the fried dumplings through door dash as we were flying back to SFO around 11pm and as you know SF, it could be sleepy town when it comes to late night options on a Monday night. Thanks to doordash it was amazing option so the next time when you need a late night snack ZZAN is a great spot!

A small quaint place that is open till late. The servers were really nice and friendly. We got kinchi fried rice with chicken and spicy sauce boneless fried chicken. The spicy sauce was more sweet and less spicy and I wish it were the other way around but overall food was decent.

The food dishes that we ordered were pretty good and flavorful! Kalbi(5/5) Fatty, tender, juicy Seafood pancake (4/5) Thought this wouldn't be crispy when I first looked at it but it had a good crunch while being soft in the inside Japchae (3/5) Pretty standard japchae Beef short rib soup (5/5) Super flavorful wow. Since it's a Korean restaurant, rice cakes are always a must! We had two orders of rice cakes and it was sooo delicious! We also had chicken skewers but we found them a bit dry, dumpling soup was fresh but tasted very plain, Beef brisket soup is what we recommend because it was full of flavor, and of course the pork belly- so juicy, tender, and yummy.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
