1. One of the best meals I had in Paris. 2. We came here for dinner on a Friday night so I expected a wait. We only had to wait about 15mins until we were seated at the coziest spot. The space is a bit intimate so you'll be friendly with your neighbor/s. 3. We ordered the tenzaru and kamonanban, both of which were amazing but the star was tenzaru. Because it was a cold, dipping soba, it was perfect for the warmer weather. The sauce and fresh wasabi was the perfect combo - simple flavors that were just delicious. 4. I'm definitely coming back the next time I'm in Paris!

The inside ambiance is lovely, was full when we went and the vibes were great. The Zaru and Kake soba are delicious, the broth is perfect. Truly an incredible little restaurant and will be back!

Worth the try: kamonanban (canard/duck) sobaDuck Soba: tender, thinly sliced duck pieces and soba noodles swimming in a delicious, light brothMy friend and I needed a break from all the bread and butter and came across this Japanese restaurant by our Airbnb. I was reluctant to have Asian food in a European country, but this place proved its worth. The hot soba was such a comforting escape from the cold weather and paired well with a Sapporo. Our bowls came out rather quickly, though we wished the soup was a bit hotter. The portions were perfectly sized, not too little, not too much. I'm used to having leftovers at ramen places in America, so it was nice to finish my bowl for once. Overall, great find in the city and would recommend to anyone who loves Asian food.

Japanese in Paris at a high quality is tough to come by but Abri Soba excels. Full menu of specialty crafted soba as well as a bunch of appetizers. English is not their specialty here so to summarize the appetizers are your typical like edamame, tataki, chicken karage, and agedashi tofu. The mains are soba with soup, without, and marinated. Mostly the options are plain, duck or tempura within each category. Drinks are normal with wine and Japanese beer and a lot of sake bottle options. Pricey drinks but food fine at 15 euro max with others around 10. Food filling and cooked perfectly. Ordered 2 appetizers and entree each and this was one of the best paced meals at a Japanese restaurant I've ever had. Karage exceptional! ย More of a Korean bbq style chicken. With not too much fried outside and great dipping sauce. Tofu fine but very fishy so beware. Soup is an umami bomb but overall a good opener. Sobas are good with fresh noodle and fresh tasting broth. Duck is a chasu consistency and cut and cleaned perfectly. Hot or cold you can't go wrong, dipping or broth in can't go wrong. The entire restaurant was on all fronts for type. Tempura is probably recommendation as you get quite a lot with about 2 shrimps and 2 potatoes. Very fried so will be heavy but seemed to deep up the juices of the broth well so makes for a nice meal. Abri Soba is a great option in Paris for something a bit different. Reservations not availability so just show up and hope there's no line. But service is fast and you can drink in line so a minimal 20 min wait isn't too bad in this neighborhood restaurant.

Since moving to Paris we have spent many a date night at Abri Soba. It's also our go to for when our friends are visiting from out of town. Not for the lack of amazing french food that's in this area but because a meal at Abri Soba is just so fun. The menu is extensive the tapas are small enough so you can try a few different ones each time, the staff is friendly, and the food is just really good.
