AMAZONICO SCREAMS RACISM
My boyfriend was already inside before me, he already bought drinks for 2 and paid, only to come pick me up and the guys at the door said NO that it's too full, but white people were trooping in in multiples, that was how he left with drinking automatically paid for nothing THEY ARE RACIST, BLACK PEOPLE TAKE YOUR MONEY TO WHERE YOU ARE VALUED

Dirty and smelly place, overpriced
Some of the staff is scammers, they charge you extra money if you are not aware of it , first they will take your credit card for payment and charge you small amounts then they say that they charged wrong amount and ask to take the right amount without decreasing the first payment , Everything is overpriced, they charge you for 500ml water but bring only 330ml little bottles of water for 6 dollars. The place smells bad people smoking where the dining area is. Overall bad experience
High quality party
Despite ordering only a few dishes, our experience was delightful as the small bites we chose were promptly delivered to our table and incredibly delicious. The service provided by the staff was exemplary, demonstrating both kindness and professionalism throughout our meal. Following the food, we indulged in some of the finest drinks available, which elevated our dining experience to a memorable and high-quality affair. Additionally, the lively ambiance, complete with top-notch music, made it a truly enjoyable party atmosphere.
Great atmosphere
The live music was amazing, drinks were great. Consider this as a place to end up at, post midnight for dancing and drinks. Food is good, the choices are pretty limited but drinks are better.

The best option in Dubai to enjoy the night! Amal, Guest Relations Manager, as always going an extra mile for the customer and making sure every night in Amazonico is TOP. I met Ryan first time, I was impressef by his professionalisim! Thank you:)
Exceptional
Truly exceptional food. Fantastic vibes. Very nice ambience and decor. Excellent service (definitely trust waiter recommendations). Served by a charming, attentive and knowledgable gentleman by the name of George Greiss. If I ventured to Dubai again I would simply ask George to order for us. Salada Amazónico is a unique and very good version of what you think you’ve tried before - don’t be fooled by typical expectations and the thought that ‘salad isn’t not for me today.’ 8/10. Patacones mechados, plantain soft tacos, with shredded veal and guacamole, incredible - almost doubled up. 10/10. Pan de queijo very good - I’m not usually a fan, but enjoyed this a lot. Nicely salted and the perfect touch of crunch. 8/10. The Langoustine Melose prawns with mango, caviar and nut sauce was incredible - we wish we’d ordered a second. My girlfriend actually hates seafood with a passion, but left wanting more too. 10/10. Picanha - for those not familiar, it’s a large skewer of beef steaks, cut down in front of you. A cool experience but moreso, the beef was outstanding. Juicy and very well seasoned. My gf is Brazilian and difficult to please when it comes to beef - she loved it. Piña Rostizada, roasted pineapple with a coconut ice cream, not too heavy and the pineapple itself was flavourful - 8.5/10. Finished with Chocolate Al Moctezuma, accompanied by a lemon sorbet. Perfect size for sharing. Delicious. Careful not to eat too quickly - it’s very hot! 8.5/10. Be aware that men must wear trousers, not shorts. Smart trainers are fine. T-shirts are fine. Overall an excellent experience.
The jungle of Dubai
It was a very pleasant experience in this beautiful restaurant located in the center of Dubai's financial district. Passing the entrance, we were greeted by a very delicate and subtle Amazonian South American decoration that immediately excites the senses... The staff was warm and welcoming, we appreciated the time given to explain the menu and give advice on the house's star dishes. We were lucky to have a table on the 1st floor facing the kitchens which have a beautiful living window. The food was delicious and authentic. I enjoyed exotic dishes that introduced me to new flavors and textures. Each bite was a true culinary journey. What made this restaurant even more special was the ambiance. The music in praise (ground floor) and in the background on the 1st floor perfectly enhances our evening without disturbing our discussion. The evening ended with a delicious dessert and a glass of wine, ... We enjoyed passing through the rooftop while dancing to good music and flirting with the ambiance of Dubai by night with a smile on the lips ... This pleasant experience in this original restaurant in Dubai will remain memorable and one of my favorites... I recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxed dining experience in a beautiful musical atmosphere. The only problem is, book in advance before going and get a recommendation if possible!
Terrible experience
While inviting friends who are visiting Dubai to dinner at the restaurant, cockroach was joying on the table We informed the waiter who saw it and finish it with big smile on her face telling us we can relax and continue dining! Not sure how is the kitchen then Not a good experience and not recommending anyone to go
Very expensive for food quality offered
Disappointing food quality but nice venue and ambiance. The picanha ordered by 3 of us was dry and hard. For such a costly restaurant this is unacceptable and definitely does not give you a value for money feeling.
FAVOURITE PLACE !!!
It will remain among my favorite places in Dubai! Excellent and refined South American dishes. Everything delicious, from appetizers to dessert! The drinks were really good, and the after dinner party was super fun, attended by nice people!
A brand going down dramatically
I went before several times to Amazonico. The food before was pretty good. This time the food was not tasty, and almost normal. The desert was very low quality and no originality at all… As for the service it was very poor, and some of the staff almost rude… it is very strange and non acceptable… we took two business lunch, paid for the full sets ( more than 100 USD) and I think the restaurant is not treating their guest properly…neither in term of food , nor in term hospitality…if this is the case because it was for business lunch, although we paid 100 USD!!! then better remove this option from their menu… it is not and should not be double standard… I have been for business lunches to many others restaurants in DIFC and elsewhere, and all of them they provide their best food, with their best quality of services… The restaurant management and owner should educate their staff as well their chefs in order to keep same level and standards for whatever services, lunch or dinner! the restaurant was empty… and I think if they continue like this, no others guests would be willing to have a culinary experience in Amazonico anymore… in any cases, this restaurant should not be in Michelin list… I post my comments of since bad experience on trip advisor to express all my disappointment…
Perfect amazonian night
Amazonico never fails to deliver top service! The atmosphere is as vibrant as you can imagine and the food is simply out of this world! Exotic flavours are present in the entire menu. I can strongly recommend the langostino meloso, the picanha (or any other meat - their grill is just awesome) and also any dessert is probably one of the best desserts you've tried! (We had the cremoso de mango and tres leches de kamak). Special thanks to Eugen for his suggestions and great attention to details - he helped us have the perfect night at Amazonico Dubai!
Good food, but the concept of eating in a smoking area was not for me
The food was very good, They have a very tasty cebiche and al the meals have a special taste. The only downside was that people are smoking cigarettes inside even when you are eating…

Rude Hostess
Very rude head hostess. I was there on a date, we had a full dinner experience and did order a bottle of wine however they kept approaching us for more orders and we were full at the point just having wine. Then their hostess came up saying that we need to leave the table as its booked for someone else. Meanwhile we look around and there are around 4-5 free tables. we asked her nicely to give us 10-15 mins to finish our wine and we move on what she said NO YOU HAVE TO MOVE NOW. so we stood up, i asked her can we move to the bar- so she was like yes you can. no one came to help us move the wine and our glasses- had to carry them myself. on the top of that no apologies nothing and we stood at the bar finishing our wine while our table remained empty for the next 20 minutes, after i dont know whether someone seat there but at that point we just wanted to leave. even tho before the plan was to go up and enjoy more drinks at the bar. am i gonna come back to this place- definetly not, there are plenty of nice restaurants in DIFC who will follow high standards and remain polite and professional.
Incredible culinary experience, outstanding service
My friend and I were completely blown away by the excellence and quality of the menu, especially the fresh seafood. As the meal progressed, each dish seemed to outshine the one before it. Every item was perfectly presented and balanced. The ambiance on the ground floor is wonderful, refined yet intimate. A special mention must be made of Cynthia, who provided the best quality service I’ve EVER experienced in a restaurant. Truly an expert in her field, she gave fantastic recommendations and described every dish in detail, from the complex flavour profiles to the origin and preparation of the top-quality ingredients. At all times, her conduct was attentive, thoughtful, professional, warm and welcoming. Cynthia also managed our dietary restrictions with ease. We want to thank Cynthia in particular for creating this outstanding experience for us, and for every member of the staff who showed such poise and professionalism at every opportunity. We will absolutely be back!
Business Dinner
That feeling of being ripped off after having a good time with business partners was so terrible that made me write this review, look at the bills again and compare to website price (I never do that). So DONT go here unless you dont care about being cheated on the bill. Experience was Ok until they inisisted in overcharging us at the end. They charged us for three fruit platters worth AED 840 that nobody order (I saw only one which waiter sad was on the house but still had to pay for 3 ) and over charged us 2 bottles of Rum for more than it was being shown in the menu (see pictures). We intially ordered Kraken (AED 1,380) which they said was unavailable and would bring us Havana which was the same price. In the end they charged AED 2,240 for each bottle whereas menu shows only AED 1,680. So besides not being the same price they still over charged us (I downloaded the ROOFTOP BAR menu and compared with the bills, pics attached). Completely unnecessary considering we had alredy spent AED 8,322 at the restaurant, and in the end we were forced to pay another AED 6,097 at the rooftop bar. Its not for only for the money but that feelling of them trying to make you a fool because they think you are drunk... wow, I think its the first time I ever felt like that in my life... not even in Mexico was that bad. Never going back here, never recomending to anyone. And I hope that you that luckly are reading this find somewhere else to go too.

I went to Amazonico with my friend. Service was unexpectedly fast! The food is 10/10!!! Definitely must try! We had avocado-mango salad, octopus, some kind of cheese bread, guacamole, sushi, mash potato! All the staff is super friendly, and Simona - manager is great! Highly recommended! Atmosphere amazing 👏
elaborate interior design, good food
Much sought-after restaurant in DIFC with terrace on 1st floor and popular rooftop hangout. Within walking distance to Museum of the Future. Mood is cool chic in a plant themed setting: Feel the Amazon rainforest. Check out the wallpaper. Service is professional and swift within the assigned 2 hrs time slot. Food is very good with room for improvement to become excellent. Try rumpsteak Brazilian style, it will be served on a large skewer channeling Brazilian Rodizio. Have a Spanish Cava as an Aperitif. Not a bargain but then again, this is Dubai.
A no go place again. Rude security staff
Drinks are okay but No vegetarian food. Rude behavior by security staff over there and they offered no assistance after one of our family member not feel good after drinks. I went with family people to hangout there and ready to leave the place after many drinks and bill payment. But some security staff made drama which is not good at all.

Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to Amazonico Dubai دبي at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the Amazonico Dubai دبي page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* ElaborateHouse74, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* ElaborateHouse74 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to ElaborateHouse74 for any questions Peter may have as ElaborateHouse74 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* ElaborateHouse74 now uses their connections at Amazonico Dubai دبي to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If ElaborateHouse74 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, ElaborateHouse74 receives the $200 reward which is credited to ElaborateHouse74's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Amazonico Dubai دبي!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
