It was a packed restaurant, and showed up around 10PM without a reservation. The staff sat us pretty much immediately, and very professional, despite some of the staff being on the younger side of things. While the food and experience was great, I'm not so certain it should really be considered "michelin" quality, as conceded as this might sound. First, I want to say Michelin, in my eyes is a full experience and the food is unique, in a way that can't be replicated with ease. The service is delivered in a way in which guests barely lift a finger, and everything is done so exceptionally well, you leave the restaurant feeling like it's hard to go back to "normal" dining experiences. Don't get me wrong, the food was outstanding and the service was great, especially for Orlando, but let me point out some of the things that made me feel this way. We had Juan as our server--he was very professional, but felt like he was spread a little thin, thus leading to a few minor errors that could have been avoided. We ordered a bottle of rose, but we were brought a bottle of sweet dessert wine--mind you it was my mistake for not taking too much notice, even though he showed us the bottle and we tasted it and let it slide. We ordered oysters, and requested 6 of the east coast oysters, instead of their standard 3 east coast and 3 west coast oyster split, which is what we were served. I will absolutely give credit to Juan, who was very observant and noticed both, that the bottle was not what we ordered and the oysters were not exactly as we ordered. They did sort of rectify things by giving us a discount on our bill to match the price of the bottle that we ordered, but felt they could have ultimately done more. Now for the food. The oysters were definitely fresh. We also got hummus, which was delicious, especially when you add a little extra olive oil. The pita is fresh, but we also got a side of veggies. The tuna sashimi was fresh and enjoyed the citrus flavors they cultivated. I got the Ribeye which was cooked and seasoned to perfection, and they have a nice chimichurri to pair, even though I don't typically pair steak with any sort of condiment. My companion got a greek salad with feta on the side (vegan), which had great flavor. I ended things with the Baklava, which was so delicious, and was right out of the oven. I'll definitely be back.
