I can't say enough about Rosale at the front desk.
She is a gem! My husband's 65th birthday and she treated us like we were royals. She made the experience a 1000/10. Thank you so much!
Be the first to ReplyWe stayed here for 4 nights 5 days.
This was a wonderful hotel conveniently in the middle of the strip. Very elegant, clean and staff was friendly. Our room had a gorgeous view of the famous Fountains. Perfect. We couldn't have asked for anything better and will be staying here again.

This hotel is centrally located on the Strip which is "convenient" to several other locations (though convenient is a bit of a stretch when talking about anything in Vegas - there's always a walk). MGM properties are now connected with Marriott, but there are kinks they still need to work out with respect to how perks/benefits work. Status on Marriott did not provide us with a significant upgrade on room (just a view of the fountains - which is a nice view (and of Paris) but you cannot hear the music. You do hear the booms of the fountains - but the fountain shows are usually done before your Vegas evening will be (unless you're going to bed early - whaaaat?). The room is comfortable, showers are glass and have no door so it can get a little chilly. Non-smoking floors doesn't mean that your neighbors or previous occupants won't be or had been smoking (apparently people just pay the fine and smoke anyhow). Soaps, hair products and lotion are all large bottles (per the new trend to help save plastic use and be reusable). We had expected but were surprised that other vanity amenities were not provided (you might be able to request, but we didn't). We had one day where housekeeping skipped - I guess we left a little late for lunch but they didn't come back. No turndown service is provided as well. Both sets of elevators for the spa tower and the main towers requires a bit of a hike through the property to get there. Time from rooms to the front door of the hotel is roughly 10minutes give or take - so factor that into your transit time. There is a tram that connects the Bellagio to the Crystal shops and then to the Park MGM. The run fairly frequently so it's a good way to move from the central part of the Strip to the southern part. It's roughly 3-4min between the stops. The pools are nice including some with fountains. Service at the pool was not terribly fast, but very nice. Fun things to see at the Bellagio other than the fountain - the chocolate waterfall and the conservatory/garden.
Be the first to ReplyBooked a suite at Bellagio (paid) for a few days this week.
During check in we got our room keys and went to our room on floor 24. Waking into the room the sound of construction above us was deafening! There was no mention to us during check in that there was construction on the floor right above us. My husband and I both had calls for work and could barely hear anything. It is absolutely crazy to take people's money (Bellagio isn't the cheapest place) and then put them in a room that is directly under a construction zone with absolutely NO MENTION of this during check in. Definitely avoid this place if you plan to be in your room (asleep or awake) between the hours of 9am-4pm.

.. ---Parking is $18/day. they have green or red light bulb above each parking stall to indicate availability, great! ---Before I believe the gym was pay to use, now they just make you pay for it regardless if you use or not, they also include pool, maintenance, blah blah blah. I think it was $50ish per day. i think they make a hold on your card for $150 per day... released after your stay. ---The conservatory and botanical garden is crowded during the day till 2am in the morning when we arrived it was busy! there is a window in the morning around 8 am. ---Noodles (asian restaurant) do not go there, do not pass go, do not go there. It is overpriced and disgusting. if you do decided to go there, do not take take-out... but seriously... you can find better asian food elsewhere! ---Bellagio Patisserie, worth it. go there. the gelato is delicious, pistachio gelato was hands down favorite all time! ---Pool was beautiful. upgrades for fees ---the fountain show very loud, very pretty. very crowded. recommend going to restaurant to see show. ---We originally had 2 queen beds and they did not have it so we were given a king bed near the fountain... it was basically our view was a parking lot and to the left was the fountain show which was loud... I was disappointed with what we got... also the walk to the guest rooms is pretty far from the parking. ---The room was clean. we asked to have the liquor bar locked because we had a toddler and they didnt do it... service was horrible. the cleaner would inconvenient come during the afternoon. you can call and schedule when to get the room cleaned. ---Everything was overpriced and if they had better quality things I would understand but we are talking about snickers and junk snacks that you can get from 7-11. they had a box of chocolate... i was thinking, I don't know how long thats been there and passed over... gross. ---I am glad that they had security at the elevators to ensure that hotel guests were the only ones with access to the room elevators. Will I come back, maybe.
Be the first to ReplyEnded up coming back here and the trip started out amazing.
Then we were staying on the 27th floor and woke up on Monday to the loudest craziest construction ever. It's so loud it literally shook our room and the staff team didn't give a damn. Such a horrible staff and service team working here. They literally and truly do not care. For someone who holds a platinum card and comes here a lot it is super upsetting. I've posted a video showing how loud and terrible it was. Do not come here!!
Be the first to ReplyDisappointed in our stay at the Bellagio this past week.
- Low water pressure - No cleaning service - Phone in the room dialed twice - Customer Service was not good

..Nonexistent 7::45 Fountains...Smoking and Busted 8:00 Fountains ...where are you, still waiting. We are from the South and we came to see some water shooting in the air. Didn't happen --sooo disappointed. We actually didn't stay at Belllagio--but it still sucked.
Be the first to ReplyFirst Bellagio stay, yearly Las Vegas visitor, world
First Bellagio stay, yearly Las Vegas visitor, world traveler, non-gambler, non-drinker; ie, not my first rodeo. There's no doubting the sheer beauty and opulence of the Bellagio Hotel. It is a stunning property. There are the fountains (famous, but to me once you've seen them, well, you've seen them). There are the gardens in the Conservatory. Always gorgeous and rococo. The restaurants are great. The pools are to die for. The service is Top Drawer. (Prepare to truck in things like water and snacks). The rooms? We stayed in one of the so-called Stay Well rooms, which are located on the 23rd and 24th floors. A Stay Well room comes with amenities like Vitamin C infused shower water; aromatherapy; air purification; white noise machines; a wellness newsletter; exceptional bedding; and meditation videos and the like. A fabulous idea, and our room was probably great in 1998 or so when it was furnished and finished. Apparently, rooms on the 24th floor have been renovated and that the ones one the 23rd were in progress, not so our room. Very dated chrome and puffy furniture; Brutalism media center and a TV smaller than the one you probably have in your bedroom at home. The carpet a tired dark nothingness.I know what you're thinking: you don't go to Las Vegas for the room! I hate to break it to you, but yeah some do. We have stayed the Wynn, Encore, and Hilton properties throughout the years. We luxuriate. We shop. We pool. We spend money. We also spend more time in the room than no doubt the majority or visitors; okay, so sue me. To Bellagio's credit it does own up to the shortcomings. One amenity listed on its own website was missing from our room. I called Guest Services and although they argued the amenity was not part of the room -- even when I told them it was on their own website under the Stay Well room amenities list -- they gave us a healthy food allowance as compensation. Next year will we stay at the Bellagio? Good question. Maybe. We'll see how things progress.

Just don't stay or gamble there. I tried to check in at 2:14 PM. I was told my room number, teh floor and that it was a fountain facing room. However, the room attendant was currently in my room and it should be ready shortly. I figured I could wait a few min for a fountain view room. I was then told because we would have two cars there, we would be charged $36 a day for parking. I kind of think It should be per room but just me. when paying so much for a room, why do they need to charge to park there. I waited until 6:20PM. it doesn't take four hours to clean a room. Adn the worst part was I could not leave as they take your paper parking ticket when you check in. Casino. The player card reprint machines don't work. "They have not worked for months". then take them out. I waited 42 min to get a new card printed, as they only had to people helping. every porker machine i sat at had at least one button not working. Never, got a drink while playing. Hod to to go teh sports bar and get a drink. But only when the bartender stopped talking to his friends. even most of the ticket redemption machines were down. and why don't they give you your change. There is no change shortage! I will not be back

Hotel & this was my first time staying here & also my birthday weekend. Charlotte at the front desk was such a delight and made such a lasting impression as to the high standard of customer service of this hotel. I stayed in the Penthouse Suite and I could not have been happier at the comfort, features and exceptional views.

Bellagio Hotel has great service! There conservatory catches my eye especially, they decorate for Spring, Winter, Chinese Lunar Year, and other special occasions! I love watching the choreography fountains in the front of the hotel! Overall, one of the best hotels in vegas!

Made a last minute reservation and checked in via the MGM Rewards app to avoid waiting in line. The app was extremely convenient, as it gave specific directions on how to get to the room; included the digital key to use to operate the elevator & open hotel room door; as well as information on shows, dining, and things to do. The only downside was not being able to ask for a specific room/tower or for possible comp upgrades. The room itself was labeled as a newly renovated premier two queen, which was on the 5th floor and had a view of the pools. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and I slept like a baby. There was also a minibar, but no coffee maker or refrigerator to store your own food/drinks. Despite being only an overnight stay, and not being able to gamble or do other things this trip, I had a great time here. Will definitely stay at Bellagio again.
Be the first to ReplyWhat has happened to Vegas? First time back since the
What has happened to Vegas? First time back since the pandemic and it's become a dump even at the nicest hotels. We had what sounded like a mariachi band playing next door to us at 3AM. Music blasting, people partying. Called for security, didn't help. Called and asked to be changed to another room, was told my keys would work at the next room, they didn't. So at 4AM, bags in hand, in pajamas, had to go through the casino to the front desk. Use to be in town 2-3 times a year. Not anymore. Also the hotel got cheap. No tooth paste, no mouth wash, no shower cap, no q-tips. All of the little travel items they use to have in the bathroom are gone. A luxury hotel that doesn't even give you the simplest of luxuries. As an update the hotel comped the room which was very professional of them. I still stand by my review but at least they tried to make a wrong a right.

I've been waiting for this opportunity for a while! My husband and I finally had a chance to redeem our comp room at the Bellagio for a Sunday stay.I checked in on the app well in advance and our room was ready early which gave us ample pool time. The app provides a digital key and there's a kiosk in the middle of the lobby where you can print physical keys as well. The incidental hold for a night is $150.Initially, we walked to the wrong tower and discovered this when our keys wouldn't work in the elevator. I'm glad we ended up in the spa tower because it seemed less busy and we could avoid the incredibly crowded casino area! To be fair, the conservatory area was crowded all day too, so I waited until I woke up at 6 am to get the photos featured in this review.Parking is free for my family since we have the Mlife military and veterans rewards card. We never had any issue finding parking, even when we left and came back. Just note that the staircase in the parking garage doesn't connect directly to the casino. The room was spacious and I'm always impressed with MGM property bathrooms with full-size tubs. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable, but their huge pillow was my favorite. We hit the pool immediately which was the best decision as there were only two other families in the water. The pool is heated and if you go early enough there are ample poolside loungers. By the afternoon, all loungers were occupied and it was hard to find a spot. I was sadly disappointed that all of the smaller pools with fountains were not available for use. The poolside drinks were a bit pricey, but I would recommend the Miami Vice.We didn't have the opportunity to dine at the Bellagio as I just wanted to relax in my room, but the spa tower is conveniently located near the Patisserie, and their coffee & crepes made for the perfect midnight snack.
Be the first to ReplyWe thoroughly enjoyed our week stay at the Bellagio.
The staff was always available and handled everything with a smile. We enjoyed the Gelato Shop, Cirque de Soleil, the pools and hot tubs, and the casino. The Conservatory was beautiful. We will be back!

they cheat players, dont bother coming here, when youre having a good run in blackjack, they closed the table on you, and so you walk away, then they still keep it open when youre gone, they just want to get rid of you.crap table dealers and pit boss are rude, they all have attitude problems, they want you to tip them first before you play..i went to restroom, left my thousands of chips on table told then ill be back in few, i came back my chips are gone, i complained, they wont believe me then arrested me for lying and escorted me out.

The Bellagio Hotel and Casino is a truly luxurious and magnificent experience. From the moment you walk into the lobby, you are greeted with stunning architecture and an incredible sense of grandeur. The check-in process was efficient and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and elegant, with all the amenities you could want in a luxury hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from our window overlooking the famous Bellagio Fountains was simply breathtaking. The Bellagio is also home to some of the best restaurants in Las Vegas, with options ranging from casual dining to fine dining experiences. We particularly enjoyed our meal at Prime Steakhouse, where the food and service were both impeccable. The casino at the Bellagio is also impressive, with a wide range of table games and slot machines to choose from. The atmosphere is lively and exciting, and the staff is attentive and friendly.Overall, our stay at the Bellagio was an unforgettable experience. The attention to detail and level of luxury is unparalleled, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly exceptional Las Vegas experience

I've stayed at the Wynn, Venetian, Flamingo, Caesars Palace, MGM Grand and the Bellagio. I prefer the Bellagio by far! I've stayed there probably 5 or 6 times and I am staying again end of March. I always get the fountain view room and it is amazing! The food and shops are great there, the O show (cirque) is there, I have seen this show 12 times, its a must every time I go!The room is luxurious, the bathroom is great, a little sitting area by the window to watch the fountains from your room, the bed and pillows are beyond comfortable!!! It is also in a fantastic convenient location on the strip, right in the middle. The pools here are super nice and luxurious! The check in is flawless, you can do it online or at the desk, the staff in general are super friendly and very helpful. I would recommend the Bellagio and give it 10 stars if I could.
Be the first to ReplyThis used to be the standard for luxury hotels in las vegas.
Sadly it is past its prime in 2022 and other places like palazzo and encore outclass it. Terrible blackjack, games don't have much value. I would look elsewhere. The spa on site is horribly overpriced like everything else. Expect to pay 100% over what anything is realistically available for elsewhere
Be the first to ReplyI have mixed feelings about the Bellagio.
The hotel's public areas (casino, lobby, etc) were 5-star for sure. Very beautiful. The hotel room was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. My problem is with the lack of an in-room refrigerator and microwave. Sure, there IS a refrigerator. It is stocked completely full of $12 cokes and other drinks/snacks. There is NO room for anything you might want to keep cold such as leftovers from restaurants, your own drinks, etc. Don't even think about 'making room' by removing what they put in it because as soon as you remove anything, you are charged for it. There is also no microwave, which I found absolutely crazy. Even Motel 6 has a microwave. There is a place FOR a microwave, but it instead has overpriced candy and bottled water. I ended up using a big plastic bag from, one of our shopping trips and filling it with ice - then dumping the ice in one of the 2 bathroom sinks to keep my beverages (bought outside the hotel) cold.

The buffet quality has lowered but the decoration in the building remains just as nice. I remember this used to be my favorite buffet, but realized now the meat is dry and tasteless and the service is subpar. The price has also gone up. I wouldn't go back to disappoint myself. The inside of the hotel is gorgeous and their year-round floral displays are amazing. The hotel is still iconic, this remains unchanged.Come for the hotel but don't have high expectations for the food.
Be the first to ReplyOur stay So far so good.
This is our 2nd time staying at the Bellagio. Last time we were here was when Vegas opened back up from the crazy Covid restrictions. I think it was June of 2021. It was sad to see the streets empty back then. But I'd be lying to you to if I told you that I didn't miss that. It was awesome to have the strip to myself. But it looks like it's back to normal now. Inside the Bellagio the people traffic is ridiculous. Some people care some are A-holes. Customers that care beware of your stuffed and hope you have patience. Our room is or was 7088 7th floor with the view of the pool area. Room was fairly clean. I'm picking and work at a furniture store so I have a habit of inspecting everything for cleanliness and functionality. This room is 10 times better then our first stay last year. Last year's was a bit dated from the late 90s or early 2000-05. But it had a fountain view. Better then a pool view. Room was good. Our check in was great for as busy as it was. Long line but checked in within 20 min. Wish our playing and winning was good to. We have 4 free nights thanks to our MGM rewards. Hope your stay is good and hopefully you win some money my money just flew

Upon checking in to two rooms on the newly renovated side I went in to first room with bell hop He was completely upset and disappointed by the amount of marijuana smoke inside of the room that never aired out or never got I guess sprayed So he called downstairs and said there is a toddler there is no way these guest can stay in this room so he advised me to take everyone's bags into the next room until they get this situated I get into the next room there is poop crap Feces on the bathroom floor we immediately all panic because not only is it a national pandemic but there's also monkey pox I also don't know how you just walk over poop and decide not to mop it I called downstairs they send us to two new rooms on an older side that had stains on the sheets and food left in the ice bucket this entire experience has made me understand this is not a five-star resort there management did nothing my whole trip was ruined because I played find the room at a five-star resort that didn't have poop or food from a prior guest I wish they would've actually try to fix or compensate my trip
