Bo's Beach Fort Lauderdale Reviews from The Last Year
Great beach bar that serves 22oz beers for 6 bucks all day!
Great beach bar that serves 22oz beers for 6 bucks all day! Michael the bartender, is a good dude. He was very attentive and friendly to us.
So while staying at the marina in Fort Lauderdale.
We happen to walk by Bo's Beach We sat at the bar and we immediately immediately served the food was good I would go back again. The ambience, what can you say you've had a beach view it doesn't get much better Peggy had the salad and I had jambalaya. I would definitely go back here again..
Food was just okay.
The service however was fantastic. Sadly, the evening we went the wind was blowing very hard. Also, they have the music playing so loud that it was difficult to carry on a conversation.
The Buffalo shrimp was awesome.
The shrimp were huge and crunchy. The other menu items were good as well. But we came back twice for the shrimp!
I have eaten all over Fort Lauderdale knowing very well
I have eaten all over Fort Lauderdale knowing very well it's going to be pricey. This was the most disappointing menu I have seen. Everything starts at $21 but the portions are so small. I got a sad, flat cheeseburger with a handful of fries for 22 bucks. It was smaller than a Wendy's burger. Also the beach view it's just ok being as it's on a busy corner where all the cars stop and honk. I could have gotten lobster rolls or salmon at Bubba Gump for same price. A huge burrito bowl at Roccos Toccos. After I paid for my sprite, tip and tax I spent $40 on an awful lunch.
First time to Fort Lauderdale and happened upon this place
First time to Fort Lauderdale and happened upon this place as one of the closest beaches and restaurants to the Hilton Marina via Uber (not a lot of walkable options). Fantastic location right next to the beach with open air and decent views depending on where you sit. The churrasco steak entree was AMAZING! Their chimichurri is one of the best I've tasted with the right amount of spicy bite. The black beans and sweet plantains were the perfect accompaniment. The bartenders were friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!
As far as location and speed on food I give this restaurant
As far as location and speed on food I give this restaurant 3 stars. The quality of food was sub, it honestly tasted like 3 day old chicken and rice. Soda taste flat and bad water quality. The 3 scary host teenage girls were intimidating and we even questioned eating here when we approached them just based off their vibe and there all black hooded outfits, eye rolls and irritation that we asked for a table. Our waiter was really sweet but then something happened and her mood changed and we were no longer taken care of nicely. Overall I wouldn't recommend.
Food is amazing Drinks are great Service is on point
Food is amazing Drinks are great Service is on point Best spot to eat on the strip
I was very surprised with my meal at Bo's Beach.
I have been to Bokamper's many times and I have found the food over there just ok. This time at Bo's Beach, I decided to get a Ahi Tuna Sunset salad and....oh..boy..what a good salad it was. The greens were all very fresh and the size of the salad was large. I asked for the dressing on the side and it made it perfect for me. My server Darwin, was also very attentive and very good. I had gotten a table overlooking the ocean, so it was a beautiful setting with good food and good service.
Was unfortunate enough to visit Bo's beach and try to get
Was unfortunate enough to visit Bo's beach and try to get some food after tortuga. Once we arrived at our table one of the ladies I was with realized she had lost her phone and another one of the girls (my girlfriend) tracked it and saw that it looked like it was right out front of the building. So my girlfriend and I decided to go out and look for it together. We asked the front desk to see if maybe someone had turned it in and after they said no we both went outside to look for it. When I went back inside I saw what I thought was a random man (tall, white guy with a serious attitude problem) cursing and screaming at my girlfriend some of the most profane things I've ever heard so I immediately pulled my girlfriend out of the way of this guy once I realized that he was talking to her and I told him that he was not going to talk to her like that because no one especially a woman should be talked to like that. Well this guys ego must've been really sore because he said I was kicked out and my girlfriend was also kicked out. Ok great! Don't want to support an establishment that would hire someone like that anyway. We explained that we would be happy to leave but our friends and our wallets were upstairs and we needed to get them. The same guy said no we wouldn't be able to get them and that we were sol. Luckily there was at least one sane and reasonable bouncer (a black gentleman) and he allowed my girlfriend to go in and retrieve our things while I waited with him. That wasn't good enough for the other bouncer though he had to chase her through the restaurant up the stairs yelling at her the whole way out. Really classless and absolutely disgusting treatment of women and customers in general. Will never go here again and I hope if you try to go you don't run in to this bouncer because wow what an experience.

When you sell a reservation that has a prepaid fee AT takes a commission on that fee. This doesn’t really make sense because it’s an expense the seller incurs not part of the profit that is shared.
For example:
Carbone NYC fee to book table for 2 is $108.88
If you sell it for $200 on AT you get $140 from them.
Your net profit is $31 and AT collects $60 in fees.
It would make more sense not to charge commission on the upfront fee as this creates a disincentive and results in higher costs for buyers.

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
