Great little breakfast.
This place was busy, it's hard to find a seat but worth a stop if you can manage. Food came out quickly, staff was nice. We quite enjoyed the bustling atmosphere.

Honestly was super excited for this place but maybe we missed the mark with our order. We got the scrambled eggs with bacon. The croissant was delicious but standard. The bacon was fatty and not crispy. The eggs were okay! The service was impeccable and the coffee was okay. I will be back to give their pastries a go!

This place had the most stunning chocolate croissant I'd ever seen! I'm used to pain au chocolat as a little rectangular slab with a block of chocolate rolled inside, but this one had swirled folded waves of layers of pastry. Even the chocolate itself was laminated into the thin layers -- honestly such an impressive feat! It's the only thing I tried from here but it seems like it's a cute cafe with sandwiches and salads and breakfast items. The inside was very cute too, I could definitely see it being a great cafe to catch up with a friend at, or read a book or catch up on some work.

m. and the kitchen was closed so we just grabbed a couple of sandwiches. One pastrami sandwich and one tuna salad. The white bread was super fluffy and ingredients were fresh, but the sandwich itself was not too memorable. The audience was pretty chill and there is a quieter area in the basement. Overall, a cute cafe, but food was just okay.

Ordered to go pastries and the muffin was stale, they gave me two of the wrong pastries. The coffee was decent but I would not recommend stopping. There are other places in the area I'd stop at before this place.

This cafe in Marylebone is pinnacle millennial with cutesy baked goods and Instagram-worthy espresso drinks. The croissants betray their namesake, as they're not crescent-shaped but rather baked like a puck -- yet they're still the flaky goodness you'd expect from a croissant. I enjoyed the almond one. There's some cozy seating inside, plus many tables outside on the plaza next to the church. It's not very green (instead just a concrete open space), but it works when the weather is nice.Overall a bit pricey for a regular hangout, but nice for something special and fun.

Had the best almond croissant here - it's basically like a cake! The charcoal latte was also great, and the setting of this place is amazing! A gem in Marylebone and the waiters are super friendly. Lots of locals come in and out. Also do try their pistachio olive oil cake.

ย Clean sandwich shop with quick service. ย They have French style croissants shaped in a cup. ย Most unusual looking. ย Next time I will try the egg salad in a cup shaped croissant.

There are a lot of great food options here. It's great for breakfast or lunch; and they even serve ice cream! They are kid and pet friendly as well. There are lots of little tables so it's better for one or two people rather than large groups. There are huge windows so the place gets lots of sunlight. Downstairs, they have a more chill, quiet area too.

It was super crowded on Sunday!! Almost no place to sit but luckily we got seats right on the main floor :) They also have a downstairs but it was full when we came. Had a great time here, catching up with Miguel about his 30th birthday and New Years party and everything! :)I got a chai latte which tasted nice but unfortunately they were also out of all sandwiches when we came here Sunday afternoon.

Walking down the street, Boxcar caught my eye for how airy and open the space is - there were tables on the street and it looked like a very inviting coffeeshop. I didn't go in right away but made a mental note to return. When I went inside I was surprised to find it was not just a coffeeshop but had their own delicious home-baked breads and pastries, as well as an assortment of tasty looking salads and food options. I had an iced tea and tried two pastries, an orange danish and a raspberry muffin, both of which were delicate and flavorful. The staff were efficient and seemed unpretentious and friendly, although the aesthetic of the interior is very posh/curated. It looks like something off of instagram or a magazine. Bathrooms are downstairs and very nice - I loved the green tile, old fashioned lightbulbs, and little copper spigots for washing your hands. The best part of Boxcar is that after 6PM all baked items are 50% off - picked up a pain au chocolate, cardamum bun, and loaf of rye bread for only ยฃ5 total on my way out and was very happy I did!

Lovely, sun-filled and attractive interior layout with a small selection of salads and other items at the till and fresh bread and pastries along another wall. Wine bottles line another wall with fern plants scattered about. Fairly small and hipster brunch menu (like coconut porridge and spelt pancakes with plum and creme fraiche). I got the detox green juice, a chocolate hot cross bun and a salad for takeaway. Fresh and healthy tasting green drink and nice winter greens (kale, apple, cranberries, pecan and honey mustard) and butternut and feta salads (puy lentils, wild rice and balsamic dressing). My one gripe is it seemed my takeaway salad portion was far smaller than another I saw served on a plate for eat-in. The hot cross bun was also nothing special- there is only a teensy tiny amount of chocolate sprinkled inside and the bun itself was only meh. I wouldn't make a special trip out here again but would stop by if in the area.

Ambience, food quality and aspect, service. Everything looks and is great. I am surprised that nobody reviewed it before. If you are in Marylebone, this is absolutely recommended.
