Bukhara Restaurant नई दिल्ली Reviews from The Last Year
beautiful place
Situated within the iconic ITC Maurya, Bukhara is celebrated for its rustic North Indian fare cooked in traditional clay ovens. Their signature Dal Bukhara is a vegetarian masterpiece. Slow-cooked black lentils are simmered overnight with tomatoes, garlic, and butter, resulting in a creamy and velvety dal that's rich in flavor and aroma.
Delicious and Unusual Indian Food
If you want to enjoy Indian food that is not too spicy, you should come here to enjoy it. Not much spice and internationalizing the dish. Service is fast, the restaurant is crowded and always full so make reservations in advance
Dinner time
Food was amazing and gave the fantastic and timely service. The view was amazing and club facility was also good and timely.
Amazing experience
I enjoyed the services provided by Mohit and Prashant. They were phenomenal. The meal was good too. Everything went well.
Still the best
While growing up in Gurgaon, Bukhara was the most sought after of the restaurants in Delhi. Last December, on my visit to Delhi I had the opportunity to eat dinner there after 7-8 years. I must say, I was not disappointed at all . The raan, the daal, the barrah kebab had still the same distinctive taste from before. They were all finger looking good. To me it was still the best Mughlai restaurant in the whole of India.
Food was great but they made us sit on these small chairs im 180cm tall and it was a real bad experience .
The restaurant undoubtedly excelled in delivering exceptional cuisine that tantalized the taste buds with each bite. Every dish was a masterpiece of flavor and presentation, leaving us thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the culinary experience. However, our enjoyment was marred by the inadequate seating arrangements. Instead of providing suitable chairs, the restaurant inexplicably had us sit on small baby stools, which proved to be uncomfortable and impractical for a dining setting. The lack of proper seating detracted from the overall ambiance and made it difficult to fully relax and appreciate the delicious food. Despite the culinary excellence, the discomfort caused by the seating choice left a lasting negative impression on our dining experience.
5++ Stars!
Trip to India for our 25th Anniversary with our American and Italian friends. Bukhara went out of their way to accommodate our group! Food was outstanding and service was impeccable! We chose to go with the set menu where we were told we could get seconds as needed. There was so much food so we just chose just another portion of the Sikandari Raan which was to die for! As for desserts we did not even have to choose they just piled on all of it as you can see in the pics! Apart from that they brought us a complimentary chocolate cake for our anniversary! Just an overwhelming experience all around!
Classic Indian restaurant
Bukhara is a highly acclaimed Indian restaurant located in the ITC Maurya hotel in New Delhi. It has been serving authentic tandoor-cooked dishes for over 40 years and is consistently ranked among the best restaurants in the world. The restaurant has a warm and inviting ambience, which is decorated with traditional Indian artwork and artifacts. The tables are close together, creating a cozy and intimate atmosphere. Bukhara's menu features a wide variety of classic Indian dishes, including the signature Dal Bukhara, which is slow-cooked in a clay pot for 24 hours, resulting in a rich and flavorful lentil stew. Dal Bukhara is a slow-cooked lentil stew that is cooked in a clay pot for 24 hours. This results in a rich and flavorful dal that is unlike anything else you will find. The dal is served with a dollop of butter on top, which adds to its richness and creaminess. Butter naan is a soft and fluffy flatbread that is cooked in a tandoor oven. It is brushed with butter after cooking, which gives it a delicious buttery flavor. Butter naan is the perfect accompaniment to Dal Bukhara, as it soaks up all of the rich flavors of the dal. Murgh tandoori is chicken that is marinated in yogurt and spices and then cooked in a tandoor oven. This results in a juicy and flavorful chicken that is charred on the outside and tender on the inside. Overall, it’s a place you must visit this place.
Good
Very awesome place to enjoy and party.good service and food.feel so fresh and satisfied with the reasonable price.thanks all
Fading star
Indeed was considered one of the best in Delhi had a list of regulars who enjoyed the unchanged tasty food BUT from the last two visits the standard has been deteriorated in taste and no check being implemented The chefs should take a serious eye view the signature dishes like Sikander Raan Dal bukhara (over floating with ghee) butter chicken (over sweet) a few mentioned Service is excellent but if food looses its flavour then it is difficult to maintain the top position

Prepaid Reservation Fee

When you sell a reservation that has a prepaid fee AT takes a commission on that fee. This doesn’t really make sense because it’s an expense the seller incurs not part of the profit that is shared.
For example:
Carbone NYC fee to book table for 2 is $108.88
If you sell it for $200 on AT you get $140 from them.
Your net profit is $31 and AT collects $60 in fees.
It would make more sense not to charge commission on the upfront fee as this creates a disincentive and results in higher costs for buyers.

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
