Fabulous for a midday pick me up
Great food, nice staff and beautiful for pictures!!! We had a ceaser salad sandwich, the bread was toasted just right with a ton of salad and avocado . An incredible creme burle donut with the mimosa flight !!!
Be the first to ReplyVery pretty cafe with ONE MAJOR FLAW!
Very pretty cafe with delicious food but ONE MAJOR FLAW! We were looking forward to lunch followed by a lovely cup of tea and sweets but we were shocked to find out that the tea is served in take away cups (even though you are seated) unless you order the $72 ‘afternoon tea’ (which in Australia we call High Tea). This is for 2 people. Too bad if you don’t want the piles of sweets that come with the afternoon tea and just want tea in a tea cup!! The restaurant is so deceptive as it is clearly set up and decorated like an afternoon tea cafe. Such a shame. The sandwich’s were delicious but we went else where for tea in china !!

Food is ok. I was expecting more the coffee is not good and the menu is overpriced almost 80 dollars for two coffees one sandwich and one avocado toast.
Be the first to ReplyGreat coffee and tea, breakfast looked great
Stopped in here and had an iced macha green tea oat milk latte with lavender. My friend had a coffee. While not inexpensive, the drink was great. It was "just right". The theme of the place is definitely something my 9 year old daughter would love, especially the afternoon tea. Breakfast pastries looked great on other's tables.

So in about April my husband said we were going to Vegas in October to watch Green Bay play. As soon as he told me I said “okay there’s only 1 thing I want to do while I am out there and that is to visit Cafe Lola” fast forward… I visited Cafe Lola for the first time this weekend. I ordered 2 iced coffees and while they were good, they definitely were not worth $31. Let me just say the price did even matter to me. it wasn’t until I waited 55 minutes for my coffee where it all became disappointing. Not only did I wait 55 minutes, but After 40 minutes I asked the cashier the status of the order for me and the customer Peter that ordered approx 2 mins before me. She told us to hold on, comes back about 5 mins later and say both orders would be out shortly. When peters order was ready the manager came out and said right in front of me, as I was standing with the customer Peter. “Peter I’m sorry about the wait, I’m going to refund you what you paid, and here’s your order” she refunds Peter, and approx 5 mins after that give me my order which was the 2 iced coffees and says have a good day. Ummm why was I treated differently then Peter? Was it bcuz I was the one to speak up and ask status? To top it off! The drink I ordered comes with the cold flames, my husband asked the mgr “don’t our drinks comes with the gold? She said “yes the do, would you like me to add them.” He said yeah I believe that’s what I was charged for. Anyhow, because of me experience I won’t return, and don’t recommend to anyone. Sorry! I was to say I think I was so excited because truly I love your energy, and the Cafe is so cute! But the customer service was not good, and the wait time was not okay especially considering the shop wasn’t busy. 😢 there wasn’t a line to order, the were may 5-6 tables of small groups. It was steady but not considerably busy where I am understanding to the wait time.

The food is good; however, it is pricy for what is offered. The cocktails are not the best, and the water that is offered for drinking tastes as bleach.
Be the first to ReplyHorrible experience with overpriced food
Very overpriced and the food was low quality. There was no bathroom and the coffee was 20$ the doughnuts were 8 bucks and tastes worse than Dunkin’. The service was below par and did not meet expectations. Mac Donald’s tastes better
Be the first to ReplySlow and miserable service
I’m just in this place now…the service is so slow with a massive q and one server who insists on talking to everyone. No signs of what everything is on display and so takes longer. The waitress brought our cakes over and between us we had to share our food plates. Then she just sling our food on the table. Still no sign of our drinks yet.

Before I start, this review is for the location inside of Caesar's Palace Forum Shops. I had been following Cafe Lola on IG for sometime now, and was super-excited to take my little sis there for her Birthday and have afternoon tea. Before I went I messaged them to ask if I needed reservations and they told me I didn't and that service is available at all locations after 1pm. So off we went (Saturday, 7/15/23). First, we waited in line for about 35-40 minutes, while servers kept coming over and asking all in line if anyone was looking for take out. None of us were and by this time, my little party of 4 was getting pretty hungry. When we were finally seated, we were instructed to get in line and place our order at the register. I was caught a little off guard, as I thought the servers would take our order, but that wasn't the case. So my party stayed at the table while I placed an order for Afternoon Tea for 2, 1 Small Meat and Cheese Charcutie board, 1 Classic Cheese Flatbread, 1 Garlic and shrimp Flatbread, 1 slice of carrot cake and 2 Unicorn Lemonades. Once I finished ordering, I had to pay (and tip) in advance ($237.47), was given my carrort cake and went back and sit at my table. We waited about 15 minutes, and my little pot of peach tea and lemonades were delivered. When I asked the server where the stirrers, spoons and sugar were, she directed me to a little cubby in the back corner to retrieve them myself (instead of bringing them to our table as we were not even given place settings when we were seated). We then watched other parties get served, people come and go for about 45 minutes, and had not received any of our food. This was obviously very surprising as I know they were busy, and seemingly unorganized, but how can you serve afternoon tea, without the partner sandwich and dessert tower? And how long does it take to put a charcutie board together and bake flatbreads?! By the time we got the food, an hour later, we ended up asking for boxes and taking most of it back to our hotel. I'm giving this place 3 stars because the ambience is cute, the drinks and food did taste good, but the service sucked, it's really pricey and the wait was ridiculous! Had I known the service was going to be garbage, I would of skipped the tip! To be clear, this place was not short-staffed, they had plenty of servers walking around, doing very little, it just seemed they couldn't keep organized and need training in service and efficiency. Save your time and your money!

We recently visited Cafe Lola in the Forum Shops at Caesar's Palace. My daughter was looking forward to visiting since this was a bucket list stop while we were in Vegas. Understanding this was not a main location, we knew going in to it the menu would be more limited and the doughnut selection would be minimal. Upon entering the store, the staff was not that friendly and seemed overwhelmed, although they were not that busy. Although everything in Vegas is expensive, this was the most disappointing thing we spent money on. My daughter was excited to order a coffee, and although pretty, was just not that good. We ordered two doughnuts and a cinnamon roll that were good, but nothing special. We spent 70 plus dollars on 3 doughnuts and 2 small iced coffees. Cafe Lola is way overrated and just not worth it. Based on this experience, we are not interested in going to visit one of their bigger locations. Honestly, it seems this business is all about the cutesy pink decorations and experience, but the product offerings are just average. Does not live up to the instagram hype and not worth the money.

The rose lemonade is so good! The ambiance is great. Very pretty. It's a pit pricey but everything in Vegas it. I enjoyed stopping in.
Be the first to ReplyEverything was pretty but the drinks had no flavour
We ordered an iced Americano, which did not have much coffee flavour. I had the rose tea latte, which was beautiful and came with a nice macaron. However, I could not taste any rose flavour. It was basically hot watered down pink milk. We did not finish either drink, and they were expensive. The decor is pretty and the staff were friendly and helpful, but we need good drinks to go back.
Be the first to ReplyDon’t bother!
I had one simple request: no cranberries on my salad. I think I was “treated” to extra cranberries! There were no forks in the self-serve area so we asked the server for forks….we were told to find some plastic cutlery (somewhere?) -over $20 for an iced tea and a small salad!!

Overrated . We’re disappointed to know they’re serving their signature vanilla rose latte in a disposable cups . If I’m paying that big bucks we expected in a beautiful breakable cup . We’re confused because they served the tea in a breakable beautiful pink tea cups . Under our table we’re full of trash - not sure if there’s not enough staff to tidy it . We chose the spot for photo ups . 👎
Be the first to ReplyPretty, but pricey
First time here. Ordered Strawberry Summer Salad with Chicken ($16.18) and an ice tea ($4.38). One pays up front then they bring your food and drink to your table….then they tell you that the silverware is up front. Found it odd that after a sizable tip, they don’t deliver napkins nor silverware.

Loved this place! So so cute, I found it from tik tok and is definitely a must go! Great food and drinks and very “instagramable” set up really cute, and easy to get to. Prices are on the higher side, we got two drinks and two sandwiches and it was like $54. Still would recommend! Perfect for a girls trip!
Be the first to ReplyMikey Made My Trip Here
This was my second time at Cafe Lola. Mikey is the only reason I am rating this place 5 stars. I was waiting at the counter for 10 minutes to have my order taken (no line). I guess the manager took my order and she was in the back the entire time? By the time we got our food, we forgot what we ordered. I ordered at 12:24PM on a WEDNESDAY. At 1:00PM, I went up to the counter to ask what was going on and didn’t get my food until 1:09PM...45 minutes later. All we ordered was a chicken caesar salad and a Veggie Scramble. Mickie was the only one who apologized and tried to solve the issue. The three staff members behind the counter didn’t know what was going on, I assume didn’t even start making the food until I complained at the 36 minute mark, and to find out one of the staff members behind the counter was a manager was shocking. Mikey was kind enough to give my mom and I two coffees as an apology so my birthday brunch was saved. Again, if it wasn’t for Mikey my review would be completely different and I wouldn’t be back if Mickey wasn’t here.

I went to this cute spot for the first time with my friend to celebrate her Bday... It's pretty an super girly which I loved it!!! Their concept is so original... I have to say food was great speaking of taste, but portions are really small vs the price you pay, adding to that, service was really slow (an example, it took more than 20 min to get coffee and we had to ask for it more than twice)... probably was just that particular day, but my expectations were higher than my actual experience.

Cafe Lola is a European bistro, my sister has lived and worked in Vegas for 50 years; yet this is her first visit. The staff is great, they use all Covid 19 procedures. Peggy had avocado toast, I had eggs, we both enjoyed the coffee.

Such a cute morning breakfast experience with girlfriends. The cutest interior with a gummy Bear and cotton candy champagne cheers to start the day. Breakfast options and dessert where equally yummy and delightful. Photo spots everywhere, would return.
Be the first to ReplyZOOM Baby Shower
I can't say enough about Cafe Lola! I wanted to give my niece a shower in Las Vegas. She moved there not too long ago and doesn't really know anyone yet, and my sister, her mother passed away. So we knew we needed to do something for her as she was having a baby soon. I decided the only way to do it would be a Zoom shower, but I wanted her to have the "feel" of a shower we would have done if she was still here in New York. Something that would have made my sister happy. I worked with Jo and she was incredible! We together decided on what items should be included in the tea because my niece is also a vegan. The arrival of the tea made the shower, which could have been much less exciting, a very nice happy experience for her. And we all had our own tea along with her. I absolutely know my sister was smiling down! Thank you Jo, I am so grateful for everything you did to work with me and thank you to everyone at Cafe Lola who was involved in making this Zoom shower extra special for my niece. I appreciate you all so much, and I can't wait to come to Las Vegas and to visit Cafe Lola in person ... and have tea with Jo! I love you a latte! Laurie M New York
