New Year's Eve dinner-prix fixe at $225pp plus tax and then 20% gratuity added on the post tax total. And we would've been more than happy to pay that had it been good. However, this dinner was an ABOMINATION from start to finish. They had some kind of "computer issue" and we waited 20 minutes standing outside while they sorted it out. Our table (#1) was accidentally hit by bus boys and cheese/pepper servers as they tried to make their way to the large table crammed behind our table. Starter and pasta courses were okay (but came out COLD) , and our entrees were meh with the beef filets oddly devoid of flavor. We spoke to both Scott (server) & Caesar (mgr) at that point to let them know the evening was not going as we'd expected. And then to cap it off they inadvertently gave us somebody else's check and put that incorrect amount on our American Express card. My husband noticed that those weren't the things we ordered and asked the waiter to please give us the correct bill. When they provided the correct bill ( after we waited 15 mins for them to provide it) they told us that they couldn't void the other persons' meals that we had paid for, but that it would come off our American Express within 3-5 days! Totally unacceptable that we left the restaurant with nearly $3000 in charges on our credit cards for what should've been a $1500 bill. Why couldn't they just have charged us the additional amount we owed, which was only about $200 more? Caesar offered a glass of wine as we were headed out-but it was too little too late. Man, learn how to run a restaurant. So unprofessional. We were so embarrassed in front of the other couple we brought with us. I asked for an owner to contact me but so far-crickets. Never again.
