Million dollar view, probably the worst Michelin star
Million dollar view, probably the worst Michelin star restaurant I've tasted so far. I was wondering why it was so easy to get a table and by 7pm on Friday now the restaurant was not full, the menu explained it all. The presentation was ok, but the taste from appetizers to main course was not impressive at all.
Amazing lunch
Side entrance to tower 42. Doors open at 12 with a invidial lift to the 24 floor. Amazing views of the city of London on arrival. Has a dark interior. Sat in a wonderful circular booth with views of the Gherkin building. Bread with caramelised onion butter was very good The red clad cocktail was average- on the sweeter side and not particularly balanced Had the three course lunch menu which was excellent value. The lobster ravioli was excellent, a big green dumpling with Beautiful lobster bisque poured around it with a base of courgettes and basil sauce and the interior of lobster and long prawn meat.A beautiful blend of flavours . This had an extra supplement on the lunch menu. The Newly cod main was again excellent- cooked to perfection with a crispy top albeit on the small side and with fennel strips and fennel ragu and a lovely sauce . Again a Wonderful dish. The desert of elderflower and lemon parfait was nice and fresh and suited the weather as it was over 20’c outside . Service was good, attentive. Water wasn’t too over priced at £6 for a large bottle of sparking. Petit fours after was nice. Excellent dining experience. Would love to come back for dinner.

Was my birthday meal last night Took half hour to even get a food menu , very very slow service, wine was too cold for red wine didn’t even get offered an aperitif Food was tasty and well presented have to say not up to Michelin standard though and have eaten at a few Was my birthday also didn’t even get a cake or some chocolates, nothing Spoke to one of the higher up staff last night who did say they staff down last night however, when dining in a Michelin restaurant and I have worked in Michelin also , the customer should not know about the lack of staff , no description of the dishes were made, and it says cheese trolley however simply came on plate, also, I’m gluten free and there as wheat crackers on the plate , very nice to offer some complimentary cheese though that was appreciated Overall a really unpleasant and disappointing evening and had been excited to eat here for a while , And not Michelin standard at all both service and food sadly Sad really as for some and my partner we had to really save up for this meal it a lot of money and felt really sad when leaving
Romantic dn.
The entrance at the ground floor could be improved because it does not feel as a Michelin star restaurant. Almost all tables have the beautiful 24th floor view on the London skyline, particularly over the Gherkin. The service is excellent, kind waiters and staff, from our arrival until the end of the meal. The menu, in my opinion, is not impressive for a one Michelin star restaurant, however, the quality of the food is very good. I find this restaurant the perfect place where to go for a romantic dinner.
Nice Food, Mixed Service, Noisy Environment
It's a discreet entrance at ground level and a lift straight to floor 24. Good views and a striking corporate modern interior. Service to start with was a bit slow, the food was delicious although a double mix up with our orders was surprising with main courses being delivered to wrong persons twice. Remember to order your sides as most mains are just the main. An expensive evening if it's not on a works tab and with music and echoes of chattering guests quite a noisy meal. Although the food was really nice I would probably choose a quieter restaurant next time.
Great experience
We had a great experience here. The service was brilliant, cocktails were great and food was delicious. ‘Ice Cream Game’ was a lot of fun and recommend as a dessert. Special thanks to Ozzie, our wonderful waitress throughout the evening
Lovely experience
The service was very good, my waiters were very nice and polite and also were able to look after us despite a very busy environment. I also liked how one of the two came to me, shook my hand and introduced himself at the end(Anjelo). The food was very good and the drinks were fantastic. We just had to wait a bit for the wine, but when it came it was on point. Definitely coming back.
Not deserving of a Michelin star
First impressions were good as the restaurant is in a great location with lovely views. Bar area was nice with a good selection of cocktails for a reasonable price. Unfortunately our experience changed once seated in the restaurant. Lobster and prawn raviolo Starter was the highlight and very tasty although only singular for £22. Mains of Ribeye steak was average but accompanying salad poor, bearnaise sauce cold, and triple cooked chips mediocre. Dessert of Apple Tart Tatin for 2 was also slightly burnt. Unfortunately the food presentation here was not "a feast for the eyes". When our post dinner coffees arrived I think mine had more in the saucer than in the cup. Even the water glasses were dirty. But the final talking point had to be the actual water. Along with the wine on the table we had ordered Sparkling water. At one point a waiter approached and topped up our glasses containing said sparkling water with TAP WATER?? Definitely not deserving of a Michelin star. Maybe the inspectors need to revisit this establishment! Also the wine prices were a complete rip off! Buyer beware.
One Star, Really?
Food average, quite bland but ok. The service however was diabolical, how this place has one star I have no idea. Pate served and the bread followed 15 mins later, drinks were never filled, I asked for a drink twice never we got it, leaning over you to get other people plates etc. Just a level of service that you would be disappointed to get in a standard restaurant. Appreciate it was a large party but still no excuse especially as the restaurant wasn’t even that busy!
Superb experience
Perfect experience, from start to end. The atmosphere is stylish, the view from the bar is breath-taking, cocktails are superb (especially the espresso martini). Then as we moved from the bar to the restaurant the experience continued with a refined wine line selection and splendid, modern menu. An absolute delight, worth every penny.
Disappointed
We had been very excited to go to City Social but were very disappointed! The service was very poor from the less than friendly staff at reception to the fact that we were sat for nearly 40 minutes before even getting a drink. The waiter we had although very nice, had terrible body odour that was off putting especially as he had to keep leaning over to serve our food. At one point we had asked for wine glasses from 3 different waiters and when they had still not arrived I ended up going to find some for myself! The food was lovely but not exceptional, apart from the desserts which all got 10/10 from us. The ambiance of the venue is great, but sadly the service spoilt the evening for us and did not represent the price they are charging!"

I’ve eaten at the other socials over the years , but have to say this was a very poor experience. Starters of fois gras where the portion was tiny compared to the other guest choices , the mains of lemon sole was over cooked and quite oily , and as for the soufflé… despite looking tasty it was ok but with a hard crust all around ??? Very wrong ! .they didn’t have the wine we ordered and then forgot my desert wine altogether…service felt hurried but overall ok, but don’t think I’ll return here … maybe just a bad day in the kitchen

The food was amazing. And the view was incredible. Everything completely exceeded my expectation.
The place was difficult to find.
The view was amazing even on a foggy day. Wine selection was good. My husband and I ordered lobster ravioli. He was happy with his I thought mine tasted weird and he confirmed it. I become unwell shortly after. Truly a letdown as the place came well recommended from our concierge.

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

Banned from Resy for selling reservations- Do we have a rat on our hands???
I am new to this app and started off by selling a polo bar reservation and then quickly sold one more reservation. Not long after I received emails from Resy saying all my reservations are cancelled and I am being banned from Resy for life. How could this have possibly happened without a rat telling Resy that I sold the reservation. I need some advice on this situation and let’s catch the rat!

You can only deposit $50 at a time until you earn the “Sales and Low Refund Medal” I believe. Im new to this as well but the ability to deposit more money at once and increase your amount of listings comes with that medal.
