Will never go there again as the lady is rude and should
Will never go there again as the lady is rude and should not be on the front line. I had a coupon for by a blizzard at full price and get another for a $1.99. The lady tried her best to tell me that is not what that meant. Apparently, she could not read. She thought I was going to proceed with my order after she was rude. I will not go back.

The ambiance is off. The food is of small portion and I wouldn't recommend this Dairy Queen.

I took my daughters for ice cream after a trip to the store and maps told me this is the closest location. It's attached to a gas station, and I was relieved that they still had a drive-through. The weather is nice and just starting to warm up so I wasn't surprised to see about four cars in front of me. Several more got in the drive-through line after, so it's definitely busy. I'm not sure if the service was slow, or if it was just my perception, since my toddler was fussing in the backseat. But our total time waiting in the drive-through line was just under 15 minutes. But I do think the staff looks like they were moving as quickly as they could looking through the drive-through window. You could see them hustling around. I also thought they did a great job sounding calm and polite, despite being so busy. I got blizzards for all three of us. It was the perfect treat for a warm spring day.

Got to the Dairy Queen in Champaign, IL on mattis. The person at the window said they didn't have my order on their screen. I showed the drive through worker the order number on my phone and that I was supposed to pick my food up at the exact time I got to the drive through window. He said I don't have your order and no way to look it up. I said, so you aren't going to give me my order that I already paid for? He nodded and told me I could call the corporate office Dairy Queen. I asked for a manager, he said he was the manager. I told him that I would be filing a complaint on him and he laughed at me. I left empty handed without the blizzard I paid for. I have NEVER EVER had such a terrible experience. I have contacted the corporate office and I expect a refund for the blizzard that the mean man in the window never gave me. Unbelievable.

Employees either need to be re trained on how to do their job or be fired. My last 3 visits have been awful. The orders were not at all complex: 2 large blizzards. All 3 times they have overfilled the cup and handed them to me with no lid. I shouldn't have to ask for a lid. This last time I wasn't even given a lid but was instead handed two tops to I'm assuming ice cream sunday cups. These did not seal around the edges and I got to spend more time cleaning melted ice cream out of the console of my car than actually eating the blizzard. Never going back.

They were super busy and it looked like they only had 3 people working with a long line of cars and they were still all very polite and although we waited a little bit for our order, they were all running around doing their best to get everyone their orders. Highly recommend this location

Terrible customer service, I ordered a large cone the guy brought it to the window it was smaller than other dqs small and he only opened half the window and stuck his hand out like some kind ofT Rex hermit that's allergic to sunlight. He never spoke one word to me and handed out melted ice cream. I will be switching my ice cream places since the Dq in my town sucks worse than this one.

Tried to order a $2 smoothie during Happy Hour but the girl on the register tried to say it was full price because it didn't ring up on sale. ??? Then the cook couldn't get the idea of a plain hamburger with no cheese or condiments. And there was a young man laying down in a booth the entire time we we were there.

We ordered a 4 piece and six piece chicken strip meals. The strips were have the size I receive at other Dairy Queen's. The onion rings order was half an order clumped together. They were cooked golden brown except where the clump was. The clump was uncooked.
