Thank you Cesar for being an amazing server! Really
Thank you Cesar for being an amazing server! Really friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I have dietary restrictions that I told him about and he was very patient and helpful! Food was exceptional. Everything was delicious! I'm vegan and my boyfriend is not. We both enjoyed all the food that we ordered. It was packed on a weeknight. Definitely make reservations online! Will be back again soon!

Fabulous suggestion from our daughters to try this restaurant. Everything was fresh and delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience.
Be the first to ReplyAbsolutely horrible.
The worst dim sum experience ever. I'm not one to criticize food joints like this. But that was the top worst.
Be the first to Replyyummy! lots of seating.
must have a reservation unless you want to wait a while. i love that you can watch them making the dumplings when you're waiting to be seated. service was excellent!! mark and the staff were outstanding! food was delivered at appropriate timing not all at once. lots of really good flavor and the menu selection was very large. restaurant was very clean, had a nice view of outside. we were celebrating my aunt's birthday, and they even gave us a little treat at the end!

The name is popular so my girlfriend and I had to check it out. The wrappers on the XLB were paper thin and chewy which was so delightful however the dumplings and food all kind of came out lukewarm which was so disappointing!!! When I eat a soup dumpling I want it to burn my mouth. The spicy pork and shrimp wonton flavour was really good but once again came out lukewarm at best and not that spicy. Green beans were the highlight for our group. The service was friendly and very professional and obviously the restaurant has a great vibe and energy. For the price, you mind as well go into Chinatown for hot food.

We swung by Din Tai Fung spontaneously on a Saturday night and were seated within 30-45 minutes - we got really lucky, seriously! If you're staying nearby, or visiting the area, send a runner from your group to get on the waitlist. You get about 15 minutes to stroll on back, which is plenty of time, if you're remaining nearby. The quality, atmosphere and flavor was as expected - Din Tai Fung quality. Our server, Bryan, was fast, efficient and patient with our group of six. We felt taken care of, which is something not always easy in Vegas, especially when people are often juggling multiple tables and parties. Bryan somehow did the impossible. As for food, whelps - it was delightful and delicious. Aria's Din Tai Fung was probably one of my favorite dinner experiences so far. The quality was superb across the board. Every single order was cooked to perfection - juicy, warm and flavorful. Overall, we were happy campers last night! We'd definitely come again.

Yea Din Tai Fung of course . The dumplings here come in a set of 6 vs 10 in LA. I guess when one is in an Oasis it doesn't even matter. Good ole Din Tai Fung known for earlier headliners such as world famous XLB and making the Dude wait for a table, how could I ever forget about DTF. To the Manager at this Las Vegas Location- kudos-. $25 for beef noodles and $25 for your fried rice here . @50 for both I envy you. Reputation outweighs the menu , and the service was extraordinary as it was service at a steakhouse while eating XLB. Just like most things there are two lines . DTF again ? Yes please
Be the first to ReplyWe had reservations.
Were seated promptly. The two girls at the front desk seemed disorganized and inefficient. They walked around calling names but no one could hear them because they didn't even speak towards the crowd but rather looking down at their clipboards. The atmosphere is nice but nothing special. The service was excellent. Best part of the experience so the wait staff deserves praise. The food we ordered: Hot and sour soup - excellent Green beans - meh. They needed to be more crispy. Spare ribs - excellent Sticky rice - excellent Pot stickers - weird presentation and ok flavor but the dipping sauce was excellent. Steamed pork dumplings - ok not great We tried all three versions of the soup dumplings. The seafood/crab ones tasted too fishy and were the worst. The chicken ones were ok. The best ones were the pork so we got a second order. The drinks were waaaaay over priced and served in tiny glasses. Kind of shameful to charge so much for a tiny drink. Would we go back? Probably not. We can find better soup dumplings in Chinatown.

Hands down thee best dim sum! Huge place in Aria hotel, with delicious food. We made reservations ahead of time online, and were seated upon arrival. We pretty much ordered everything that sounded yummy, which was a lot of food for 5 people. So we had leftovers. I recommend ordering one of each dish before doubling up, because you can always order more if you need to. The service was great too, waitress was so sweet! I can't emphasize enough of how yummy their dim sum is. Freshly steamed & cooked. The taste of everything was melt in your mouth, yummy to your tummy. I wish Hawaii had this here!

I've been to so many din tai fung (DTF!) And this one is awesome too. Very expensive since Vegas and in the aria, but it's so good. I was in Vegas 3 days, I ate here three times before I left. Garlic green beans Xlb Chili oil shrimp and pork wontons Get it alllll

Delicious food, great ambience, friendly and knowledgeable staff, great experience! The food could have come out a little bit more warm, but it might have been because I was talking and taking a while to eat there is single seating available which makes it fun to meet new people!

Food is always goodServer was nice, recommend the fried rice & turned out great addition Spicy dumplings and green bean is my favorites
Be the first to ReplyIncredible food & service.
...we had a reservation, so there was no wait although they were very busy. The fried noodles were delicious, as were the green beans and the chicken mushroom bao. I had the potstickers, and they were okay - but nowhere near as good as the other dumplings. The best thing in our opinion was the shu mai....incredible!!

Tried this place for the first time last night and we had a really good time. The experience started off well with very good customer service from all the restaurant workers that we interacted with. The ambiance was classy. The food was pretty good too. My favorite was the noodles with sesame sauce and the spicy wontons. The cucumber salad and the vegetable and mushroom fried rice were really good too. The chicken xioa long bao and the pork xiao long bao were good but could have been better. The chocolate buns were a nice way to end the meal. The prices of the menu items when taking into consideration the food, location, service, and ambiance is worth it. Would be recommending this place to others.
Be the first to ReplyMy second time here with some friends.
Had reservations at 11:30am which made the seating process a lot easier so definitely recommend getting a reservation beforehand as they get busy right when they open. Food is simple impeccable, so good! I love the ambiance of this place, watching them make the food and how bright it is. Very family friendly as well. Food doesn't take long either, we ordered a lot! I love every single things we got! My favorite are the broth filled dumplings, A MUST TRY. You will not be disappointed. I love the variety of meat choice when picking out each dumplings. The spicy wonton is 100% my favorite thing to order here. The green beans and mustard greens are a great add on while eating everything else! Overall fantastic, a place I will eat at everytime is in Vegas. I had the lychee cocktail because they didn't have any of the frozen lychee drink I'd had the first time but this drink was insanely sugary. Like I could barely finish it, so sugary. I don't know maybe I got one that was made incorrectly.
Be the first to ReplyDelicious.
So so savory, and flavorful and artfully presented. Located inside Aria, make reservations (it's ALWAYS busy) and go. You won't be disappointed. The cocktails are phenomenal, service is fast and friendly, and the overall vibe is on point. It's Vegas, and there are a million and one places to choose from, but this gem always brings me back. It's a MUST whenever I am here. Hot and sour soup is great - nice consistency and lots of flavors. The ribs were delicious and tangy, the dumplings has the most delicious sesame broth inside - all so savory. The noodles are just as good, everything is so fresh and presented aesthetically. Just go already!
Be the first to ReplyFood was amazing, as always.
Customer service was phenomenal. We enjoyed our dinner despite the surrounding being a little loud.

Excellent!!! Way better service and taste is always better when atmosphere and service is better vs the south coast location in OC. I recommend the usual popular dumplings, but the braise beef noodle soup really hits the spot. Save some dumplings and to the soup

Fantastic, was introduced to DTF when in HKG and always make it a stop regardless of where I am in the world if it's near.
Be the first to ReplyI just love the buoyancy of the ice in their water.
The glass shows off the beauty of these mini icebergs. Some of the best water on the strip. The food was wonderful. They offer forks but use their beautiful chopsticks, unless you're eating rice, then use a fork. I stuck with the chopsticks (I'm stubborn like that) and at one grain per grab it took me 2 hours to eat. Seriously good food. Try it.
Be the first to ReplyLocated in Aria, I grabbed food to go.
The shrimp and spicy pork dumplings were really good. I also enjoyed the sweet and sour ribs. The shrimp fried rice was bland and lacking. I had to use the sauce from the dumplings to save it a little. Other than that it was decent. #VegasTrip

din tai fung has always had a decent impression in my mind, but I've only tried the san diego location. I will say, the quality is exceptional and consistent between these two locations! the only difference is the Vegas location gives you less pieces in the bao orders, but they price appropriately so you're still paying roughly the same per piece. it was our first time trying their cocktails and I was very impressed! they were well balanced and paired well with the meal because they were refreshing and clean. our go to's are always the xlb, shu mai, spicy wontons, and chocolate mochi. they're just the classic dishes that will make your mouth water and fill you up. everything is so steamy hot and fresh, with the perfect amount of seasoning and spices.I love how grand this location feels. It's super spacious with soaring ceilings but because it's laid out really wide, it doesn't feel crowded. definitely coming back again next time I'm in town!

20/10!! It is definitely worth all the hype! The dumplings and wontons are made in house, and have display where you can see them being prepared. Our wait time was about 10 minutes. Everything was AMAZING. The ambiance was calm, with an open concept and high ceilings, creating a flowy environment. Our server was attentive and very helpful with any recommendations we had. I can't wait to come back to eat this again! We had the: - Spicy Chicken Wontons-Pork and Shrimp Wontons-Cucumber Salad-Spicy Noodles-Braised Beef Noodles

Are you looking for the best Soup dumplings? Well you are not going to find it here. I order 2 orders of XLB and no a single one had any soup in them. No favor and very dry. Very disappointing as I have had them before in California and they were really good. The wait staff was very nice though.
