If you're looking for a premium Mediterranean restaurant
If you're looking for a premium Mediterranean restaurant look no further than this place. The tomato salad was delicious and refreshing. You can decide how much lobster (in weight) you want in the lobster pasta, which was also delicious. Service was fantastic and the environment is upscale and modern. Overall 10/10 dining experience.
Be the first to ReplyI haven't been to Las Vegas for a few years.
I was there two weeks ago and found this place moved to its new location near the Venetian Resort. The food is still as good as it used to be. Excellent ambience, great service... Will go to again...
Be the first to ReplyExcellent restaurant and ambiance.
Our waiter knew the menu well and had great suggestions since we wanted something healthy. Their fish was well seasoned and the tomato salad fantastic. We had family style for the 7 of us. Everyone enjoyed it. It was nice to be in a restaurant in Vegas that didn't have loud music. Will come back.
Be the first to ReplySpectacular setting and concept.
Select your fish or shellfish, select your method of preparation, and it will be presented tableside. The opportunity to try species not widely available was a highlight. Some of the appetizers were just ok, but the smoked salmon stood out. Pricy, fun.
Be the first to ReplyAmbience is unreal.
Service was good. The octopus was very good and the best thing we ordered. Tomatoe salad also great. The dips were too big and not great. Wish I could have ordered that grilled whole fish!

Food is so fresh and full of Mediterranean flavors. Service is excellent and staff is very friendly.
Be the first to ReplyBig fan of Milo's NY .
Was a little underwhelmed by the old Milo's in the cosmo but this one in Venetian is great. I think the food and freshness is as good as NY. Service to a wonderful, fast and friendly. Lots of room , you don't feel crowded or rushed . Super pleasant experience

We ordered their pre-fixe lunch menu and it was quite delicious. Really good selections for appetizers, main entrees and desserts. Enjoyed the oysters which were extremely cold and crisp. It's exactly how I like my oysters. I wish they would offer more condiments to accompany the oysters though. Octopus with hummus was so great with the warmed baguette. Hubby thought the lamb chop was a bit on the gamey side. I was happy with my sea bream. First time eating pink pineapple and it was so pleasant and fragrant. Their Greek yogurt is very thick and tart which balanced well with the fruit syrup.

My husband and I tried this place during a food tour and we liked it so much we brought the family to celebrate my mother in law's 80th birthday. I married into a Greek family and I was excited to see how they liked this restaurant. First, we started with a Birthday card for the MIL from the restaurant that was super sweet and thoughtful! Then, a tour of the fish market was offered and my SIL went and checked out all the fresh seafood selections. They have a fish from the tiny Greek island my husband's family is from which was so random and awesome. All the things: 1) Milo's special. You must at least get the small order to share with the table. Perfectly crispy and the flavors with the cheese and sauce are amazing. 2) Swiss chard. One order is more than enough for the table as a side. We had a couple between the five of us and had leftovers. I wish it was chopped up to make it a little easier to eat but the flavor was great. Lemon was just the right amount. 3) Vegetable platter. I was the odd person out on sharing a main so I ordered the vegetables which is not what I would usually do. The eggplant was delicious and the sauce for the veggies was great. I'm glad I got to try this dish. 4) fries. Oregano &salt- nice and crispy. 5) Grilled Fagri- the fish did not disappoint. It had a nice blend of lemon and capers and was grilled to perfection. 6) dessert- Galacktobuerko and baklava cheesecake. They also brought out a special dessert for my MIL and wished her a happy birthday. They were all pretty good. It's hard to top the homemade back at the house but they were enjoyed by all. Milos is all the things I expect in a five star restaurant- excellent customer service (from check in to all of the people that guided us through our meal), high quality food and wonderful ambiance that had a nice background while still allowing us to talk and enjoy the evening. Thank you to the Milos staff for helping to provide an unforgettable birthday dinner for my MIL. It was her first time back to Vegas in many decades and she said this restaurant helped her to have a perfect getaway with the family.
Be the first to ReplyI love this place.
Truly unique culinary experience and atmosphere. I get here every time I'm in Vegas even if not in the Venetian or dinner and to visit with one of the team members I met a few years ago, Casen Lewis (pictured). He always remembers me when I come in and sets me up with an off the menu drink of his own creation we named the Aristotle. I bring team members and customers in for work and Casen always takes great care of us. He's a true mixologist. If you go there, visit the bar to have drinks and ask for Casen. You won't be disappointed.
Be the first to ReplyWe had an amazing meal prior to a show at the Sphere.
Small Zucchini and eggplant and small tomato salad to start followed by a beautiful shared piece of mediterranean fish you select from the market. Service was attentive with a team of servers waiting on you. Price was pretty high with fish at $ 70+ per pound.
Be the first to ReplyWow! Estiatorio Milos is easily one of the best restaurants
Wow! Estiatorio Milos is easily one of the best restaurants I've ever been too. First the service is impeccable, I think I had 3 servers all working together, they even take you over to the fish bar and tell you about the fish and let you select which fish you want, which really adds to the experience. The fish here are also shipped in daily. Grilled octopus is one of my favorite dishes, and this was as good as it gets 10/10. The mushroom dish was also 10/10 and the best I've had, mushrooms are pretty simple, but I like how there was a selection of 4 mushrooms, and they were grilled over coal, which added depth of flavor. I'm not a big veggie guy, but these were excellent, especially the zucchini and squash, just wow 10/10. For the entree we got the Dorade Royale, excellent fish caught in the Mediterranean Sea, grilled to perfection on coals 10/10... I can't forget about the desert, we got the baklava cheesecake, I'll go as far as saying it was the best dessert I remember eating ever! The environment was rather loud tonight because there was an Adobe tech summit at the Venetian convention center, but still a very nice vibe. I'll definitely be back, there is a few more items I want to try... This spot is the best of the best!
Be the first to ReplyExceptional service and the food was great.
The ambiance is classy and inviting. Highly recommended.
Be the first to Reply10/10 would recommend.
Milos is beautiful, big, bright, and has the best service. At your table, you get a server and a captain to guide you through the menu...as well as take you on a tour of the fish. The things you should 100% get: 1. Milos Special - thin sliced zucchini and eggplant fried and stacked with a surprise tzatziki 2. Whole grilled fish - you won't regret it. Comes with greens and you add a side of potatoes (must)3. Tomato salad - let's get real, you have had zero veg while in Vegas lol 5. Seasonal cocktail Java Monkey is a muuuuust. The entire table raved about it. It's basically a espresso martini with some banana?! Chaos.

This restaurant is amazing! The service was some of the best I have had anywhere. We have 2 very attentive waiters. Milo was our food waiter and was amazing. Sommelier was knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend using him.The fresh fish and the fresh produce was spectacular. You go up and choose your fish. Grilled Octopus was spectacular. We will always have dinner here while staying in Las Vegas. We wish there was one in Scottsdale.
Be the first to ReplyMy favorite restaurant in Las Vegas.
Excellent fresh fish, friendly service. Bartenders are great- fun to sit at the bar. Yes expensive but it's the best fish you will ever eat. The sashimi is an excellent starter and don't forget the baclava cheesecake for dessert! Go!
Be the first to Replymade a last minute reservation just cause we wanted some
made a last minute reservation just cause we wanted some good seafood. had a pretty good experience at this restaurant! service was amazing and really attentive. we had about 3 servers/employees taking care of us. when the bread and olive oil/vinegar comes out, they cut fresh oregano with it! - lamb chops - scallops - my fav dish- dorade royal
Be the first to Replylunch fixed price menu is a good deal.
food was great. Fresh oregano in olive oil with complimentary bread. yum.
Be the first to ReplyMilos is TRULY a 10 star experience.
From being seated where we requested, our server Corry Ann, the ambience and the AMAZING food you cannot go wrong. Did I mention all of that for $39 a person for lunch. Never have I had hummus that melted in my mouth and reminded me of a dessert. I could eat their slaw all day long. Every single thing I had was absolutely above par. If you were ever at the Venetian, this is an MUST do.
Be the first to ReplyAs always, the food, wine and service were excellent.
By far one of the best dining establishments in Las Vegas. We will be back soon.
Be the first to ReplyPretty restaurant with great $38 prix fixe lunch menu.
We ordered 3 lunches to share between 4 of us and added Fagri sashimi and it was more than enough for us. The following week, we came for lunch again and did the same thing but tried the Tasting of Raw Fish. The Fagri sashimi was so different and delicious which lead us to try the Tasting of Raw Fish the following week, featuring 4 slices of 4 different fish. These were not only delicious but so interesting because they're Mediterranean and unique to what you'd in Japanese restaurants. Must try if you like sashimi. Appetizers -- good Tuna Tartare (+$10) but not special; good Loup de Mer ceviche; yummy charred octopus (+$10) on chickpea purée; very filling Greek Meze plate which is pita served with three different Mediterranean dips; and the most delicious, fresh, sweet, beefy Tomato Salad I've ever had.Mains -- Dorado Royale, nice grilled white fish filleted, watch out for bones; Astako Makaronada (+$20) tasty tomato sauce pasta w/meat from a small lobster; and Colorado lamb chops, prepared well, but I think you should take advantage of the seafood offered here. Desserts --from the Prix Fixe menu, the Greek Yogurt is the star. Baklava was good and the Karydopita (walnut cake) was disappointingly dry. Overall, service here is great and attentive. We had a wonderful experience our first time and our second visit started off great, but after our main courses were served, we felt a bit neglected as they had a group of 10 that they seemed to be focusing on. I've left my comments for them about that and am confident that we'll see the service we enjoyed next time.
Be the first to ReplyEstiatorio Milos (EM) is a nice alternative to your typical
Estiatorio Milos (EM) is a nice alternative to your typical high-end steakhouse options in Las Vegas. EM specializes in seafood, with fresh fish from Europe. I was in Vegas for another trade show and meeting up with some clients so why not have a nice meal? The service, as typical in a high-end restaurant, is impeccable. Their fish is sold as a whole. With 3 of us, he suggested getting a Fagri as the main entree, which would be sufficient along with the other foods we ordered. My favorite fish is salmon, so spotting an opportunity to try theirs was an easy pick. We ordered many other things as shown in the pictures as well. The salmon sashimi was a winner, but all of the other dishes were surprising. Even the tomato salad, which was very simple, had such high=quality vegetables that they shined through on their own. I'm not a fan of octopus because I usually find it too tough, but they cooked it perfectly at EM. The Milos Special was amazing as I've never seen paper-thin fried zucchini like that and I'm not sure if I could even make that at home so perfectly. Their lamb chops were fantastic as well. The Fagri came to our table deboned and served table-side. The lemon was not necessary as it stood out on its own. If anything that upsets me, it's that it's going to be hard going back to other seafood options outside of EM.
Be the first to ReplySo this place was not our first choice for dinner last
So this place was not our first choice for dinner last night BUT sooo happy we ended up coming here instead because the food was amazing! We had ceviche & zucchini tower for appetizer; the octopus, ribeye steak with fries, crab cakes and shrimp for main course; chocolate sin, baklava and fruit plate for dessert. All items that we ordered were delicious but what really stood out to us was the ribeye steak & octopus. The ribeye steak was melt in your mouth delicious and you can tell it was a great quality of meat even though it was a restaurant specialized in seafood. The octopus was probably the best octopus I've ever had in a restaurant because it was cooked to perfection. It wasnt chewy or raw, broiled just right. Honestly, I'm still thinking about that octopus lol.Favorite appetizer was the zucchini tower, the surprise of the tzakziki in the middle of the tower as you break through the tower was fun and yummy. For dessert, I'm a chocolate person and really like the chocolate sin which was a flourless chocokate cake, reminds me of chocolate truffle. But the baklava is different than any other baklava I've had in a sense that it had a thick filling of the nuts in the middle with honey and cinammon flavor, definitely would like my own piece next time lol.We also had drinks, which are the pineapple and hummingbird cocktail. Definitely suggest to try these drinks with the seafood, totally compliments them well. All in all, we had a great experience seeing the fish market section and enjoyed delicious great quality food!I wish I took pictures but we were too hungry and ended up digging in, right away on each item they brought.
Be the first to ReplyI really cringed when I clicked four stars on this
I really cringed when I clicked four stars on this restaurant. If you are willing to pay the price, this is a great restaurant. I wasn't looking for a full dinner but wanted a good size appetizer and glass of wine. I had the octopus and have to say it was the best I have EVER had. It was also the most expensive at $38. I can't ever remember paying that much for an appetizer but it's a reflection of the overall cost for this restaurant. If you are looking for an experience as great and large as Vegas is, splurge on this place but go in with your eyes open.
