Food Junction @ BUGIS Junction.
Maybe I am unfamiliar to you coz my "attention span" AKA RADAR is sometimes "unpredictable".This time around it was a recent visit on a Thursday December 20th 2018. I went to have my Late Lunch at about 15:20hrs ish. I found out Fitra Hainanese Chicken Rice Stall #10 at this Food Junction. The pricing is slightly higher due to the fact its located in CBD aka DOWNTOWN Area.I opt for the Chicken Rice Set (SG$6.90). This includes the Plate of Rice with Chicken, a small bowl of Soup/Broth and Oyster Sauce Vegetables. You can either opt for Roasted Chicken OR Steamed Chicken. Since I have a Passion Card and its a weekday, 10% is reduced, hence my Late Lunch was (SG$6.20).Portion are generous. All in all, doable. I do not mind returning to Fitra. Now I know FITRA Hainanese Chicken Rice is a CHAIN food vendor in some parts of Singapore.Fitra Chicken Rice (S10) @ Food Junction Bugis Junction 200 Victoria Street #03-30 Bugis Junction

There are lots of choices. Generally, all of the food I've eaten there has been good to very good..At each of the stalls I've visited, the staff has been friendly, efficient, and professional. The preparation and serving areas are all kept clean. The seating area is also always well maintained. With the way the seating is arranged, it can take some walking to find a seat. I do find though, even when it is busy, there is are available seats somewhere. The trick is knowing where to look first. My favourite stalls are:Nasi Padang Stall for Chicken Biryanitinyurl.com/bpt25vcScissor Cut Noodle Stalltinyurl.com/dylzaz2I get their Scissor Cut Chicken Curry Noodles.tinyurl.com/c33w8g9Teppanyaki Stall for their Beef Teppanyaki (Hot sizzling goodness)tinyurl.com/br3eqfjOverall - If you are in or near Bugis Junction, this is a very hand place to go for a nice meal served by friendly folks in a clean environment. It is especially good if you are shopping with someone and you can't agree on what you would like to eat. Food Junction has good options for all. The prices aren't too bad either.

Summary based on many visits over years:--good place for the usual food court fare when in the area. --often difficult seating--clean--cheap--fast, then waste time finding seating

The decor at this food court is above average, and has a good selection of stalls with a mix of local and international cuisine. Food Junction's coffee and toast brand Toast@Work also has a showing here. It serves up decent coffee, and is cheaper than Ya Kun, pretty good in a pinch.I'm also a fan of the soup stall. You can't miss it, just look for one with huge pots of soup out front. For good heart-warming traditional Chinese soups, this is definitely one of the better ones I've tasted. It's not outrageously expensive, too.Watch out for the lunch and dinner crowd. It's usually packed to the brim around those times.
