HORRIBLE!
Last night I honestly had one of the worst experiences of my life. I went to this restaurant and I was informed I could not go inside cause my clothes were not appropriate. I stayed in Address Downtown many days and I saw many people wearing clothes showing more and they never was forbidden to go to the restaurant. But the worst is the way I went treated. The hostess was talking about me like I wasn’t there. No respect! I told her in any place the dress code was mentioning full covered. She said it’s when you do reservation, I also checked there, any information about. It was just with me? They didn’t give me a option to change my clothes or something. I really wanted to go there as I frequently create content about hotel and restaurant. I felt totally embarrassed. I had no words and it ruined my night. If they change the dress code they needed to informe the public, not making people getting embarrassed. The minimum it was adverting, the next time please don’t come with this kind of clothes. My work is that, I visited many hotels and restaurants around the world and this behavior is unacceptable for the level of this restaurant. They need urgently to do a better training for their employees they don’t know how to treat the customers.

Seen once is enough
The location itself is cool with outstanding views to the Burj Khalifa, air conditioned seats, nice background music and lots of staff with headsets. But very tight sitting and mass processing if you like it check it out. Yes, location is cool but that’s all. Food is ok but not more and grossly overpriced. More than 450,00 for a pizza, tuna, risotto and 5 glasses of wine and a rich cake is a bit excessive for my taste and after two hours you can go. Staff was friendly but stressed and the lady on the entrance were more than arrogant. Feelgood factor moderate.
Good vibes
We have our dinner inside. It was beautiful and I felt really good I like the music it makes wanna dance. The food was good but I think the alcohol was diluted we barely recognised vodka from gin.but maybe that’s normal in Dubai for the alcohol . We have a pleasant time
Not interested
I went to gala with 9 friends for drinks and dinner.we paid about 700aed for per person They told us we have to leave the table at 11 It was so bad because I hadn't even finished my meal I’ll never come back to this place.
Over ratted GAL restaurant
It’s one of worst food experience I have tried , it’s much over rated and the cost is not matching the food, it’s too expensive. I tried the truffle pizza and Risotto, it’s very bad experience. I will think ten times before go back to this restaurant. For the service it’s very good with out considering the receptionist where are not friendly at all.

Beautiful restaurant. I came here to celebrate my birthday, the food was delicious and they gave generous portions. Staff were attentive and made my birthday celebration feel special and not to mention the stunning views of the burj and great ambiance throughout! I would highly recommend!

AppointmentTrader is a community-driven platform where users can exchange their reservations or leverage their personal relationships with GAL Dubai دبي. Buyers can make informed decisions using automated seller ratings, which reflect past transactions and reliability.
Each posting on AppointmentTrader shows you which user submitted it and along with that provides a trackrecord of that user which indicates how much experience
the user has and how many percent of their transactions resulted in them issuing a refund.
If there is no user posting that fits your schedule, you can bid on your preferred time.
Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to GAL Dubai دبي at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the GAL Dubai دبي page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* MaternalRecord73, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* MaternalRecord73 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to MaternalRecord73 for any questions Peter may have as MaternalRecord73 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* MaternalRecord73 now uses their connections at GAL Dubai دبي to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If MaternalRecord73 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, MaternalRecord73 receives the $200 reward which is credited to MaternalRecord73's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at GAL Dubai دبي!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
