Chicago Steakhouse Staple
Top notch. One of those dinners. From the presentation to the service to the managers attention to detail we had a great time. Nothing was oversold or forced and everything was cooked perfectly. We came here for a welcome dinner for work and it was
Chewy $75.00 T Bone
We have been to Gibson's numerous times. We were there with seventeen family members for a reunion. I ordered a T-Bone steak which was probably the worst steak I've ever had there. My cousin also had the same and she also commented on how
Terrible
Been to Gibsons over 20 times. Absolutely worst meal we’ve ever had there. Stay away from the halibut!! Dry and no flavor. Better fish at Long John Silver.
Disappointing experiece
We had lunch at Gibson's on Easter Sunday and had a really disappointing experience. We are frequent diners with the Gibsons restaurant group ( generally Hugo's 2 to 3 times a month) same menu as Gibson's and expected same quality and
Lovely atmosphere
Very friendly and attentive staff. Our dinners came out quickly despite the busyness of the restaurant. I had the seared ahi tuna salad which was very good.
Excellent
Had a great visit here while staying next door. Excellent service and my French dip was excellent. Fresh, hand cut fries and a nice ambience. Look forward to returning soon.
Absolute classic Chicago

Terrible meal. My guest and I were at Gibson's for the first time on September 25, 2024, at 4 pm. We were warned that the plates were hot when the main course was served. This was a sign of the problem. Another sign was that we waited a long
Used to be better
We had out of town guests who love steak so we took them to our favorite steak house. What a disappointment. I'm not sure what happened to this restaurant but it's gone downhill. Our wedge salad never came out. When we asked about it, it ca
A great dinner experience
A group of us came here for dinner and it was a great experience. Edgar, our waiter made the experience fantastic. I had the pan seared halibut, which was delicious. We shared the Brussels Sprouts, those were a highlight. They pay attention to gluten
Pastor Shonda
We loved our food, generous portions and nice staff. What we didn’t like: very crowded restaurant, very noisy. We made reservations 30 days in advance and still waited 30 minutes for Father’s Day. We had a large party and our waiter was amazing b
