Surprised how difficult it is to get reservations as there are many empty tables (in the middle of the restaurant on a busy Saturday night), maybe for walk ins? Food was hit and miss. The hit was braised short rib, two of us got that oh my gosh so good!! Two others got the Beef Wellington,...meh. Lobster risotto appetizer was excellent, scallops, tuna and oysters were good. Foie gras just okay. Pumpkin soup not so good and my friend had to send it back (impressive presentation poured at the table but not great taste). Service was also hit and miss. We had a lot of attention in the beginning, 3 servers. And then barely any visibility from the waitstaff as the meal wore on. There was a lead who seemed to be training the others but attention to detail is just not there (really cannot believe this is a Michelin place?), seemed very rookie. Service at the bar downstairs was a little more consistent
