Worst customer service
Myself and family went there to eat and have fun which we did and paid the bill left and 20 minutes later they called and they forgot to put two drinks on the bill went back paid the bill then security of Hasalon approached me and told me that was very inappropriate and it was not my fault. The waitress did not put it on the bill and I did not realize it when I paid and the bill that was $1570 at the time when I paid it so I was not really itemizing stuff , when I got into the casino , they had Venetian security waiting for me and they asked me what my story was and I told him exactly what I told security from her salon which I thought was Ludacris. It wasn’t my fault. They forgot to put two drinks on a bill security told me I was not cooperative with that answer, which was that the waitress forgot to put it on the bill and they trespassed me from the casino. I am still scratching my head what happened? I don’t understand. I wish they would call me and explain to me what I could’ve did differently. I know one thing I’m not on the payroll. It’s not up to me to make sure the bill is correct the next time maybe I should bring an accountant or a lawyer with me.

This is a dining EXPERIENCE! The food is great, but it’s all about the energy inside the restaurant, where people are dancing and the music is fun and lively. The menu is very unique and tasty. It’s a perfect place to visit in Vegas.
Be the first to ReplyMemorable for Flavors and Service
My wife and I ate at HaSalon for 2 out of our three nights in Vegas. Two amazing meals. Only planned on one night but the food and people drew us back . The flavors are memorable. And the service has great energy. We sat at the chefs counter. Perfect place if you like seeing a well run kitchen. So fun. Recommendations - tomatoes salad, roasted squash, beet carpaccio, tray of eggplant (eggplant parm in its simple and most pure), shrimp pan, Baklava with olive oil ice cream. The lamb looked awesome. Petra made recommendations and paced our meal. Present but not annoying. Quality Recommendations. Watching the cooking team is like watching a good sports. A group of individuals producing something bigger and better because they work well together. A spectacular experience.
Be the first to ReplyGreat meal at Hasalon Las Vegas!
After many years of enjoying CarneVino in this location, I just had an excellent meal at Hasalon at The Palazzo. Food was extremely fresh and everything tasted great, service was extra attentive, and my wait staff was helpful in explaining the daily created menu and they happily helped me to select my choices. The table side hammered out beef carpaccio was incredible and a great photo moment. Green salad was huge and well seasoned with light house dressing. Skirt steak was tender and butternut squash tortellini were fantastic, I highly recommend everything. Olive oil ice cream was incredible, try it! Overall, an excellent meal. I understand that the party livens up later in the night, so go after 8pm for some singing, dancing, and celebrating.
Be the first to ReplyLoud night out
So, very good food, very helpful staff. BUT, ok so they advertise this as a great fun place where ‘every night turns in to a party etc’ the house ‘background’ music is embarrassingly deafeningly loud completely ruining the experience. I’ve spent 30 years playing in loud rock bands - I love loud - but not when I’m trying to enjoy a meal out with friends. If you want to spend the evening screaming at your friends this is the place for you, for normal people-be warned. We went on a Tuesday - god only knows what it’s like on a Saturday…
Be the first to ReplyCame for dinner - A Party broke out
HaSalon is a new spot in the Palazzo on restaurant row. The property now charges for parking. Locals get a few hours for free, EXCEPT when there is an event at the Sphere. On those nights everyone gets ripped off for $30. We were there for a business dinner at 8pm on a Saturday night. The place is designed for a young crowd, with wood slab tables covered by a piece of butcher paper. The ambiance is what you might expect from a young Israeli chef. A DJ played music too loud for easy table conversation. We were told that things are a bit quieter for early dinners. Wine by the glass is pricey: $30 for Peju cab., made worse by a short pour. The waitress did top us off when we commented. As the evening progressed, the music got louder and more Disco. Within minutes, folks were up on their chairs dancing and waving napkins handed out by waiters who were clearly enjoying the party. We gave up on trying to talk and just gave in to the festival. It was fun Oh yes, there was food. There is no such thing as Israeli food. Simply one chef’s take on Mediterranean classics, and this one is really good. Creative preparations, use of spices and ingredients made every dish tasty. The menu is not large, and features shareables. We started with an interesting and smoky baba ganoush, followed by the dorade carpaccio and mushroom pasta. The beef carpaccio was pounded, oiled and cheesed table side. Dishes average $30. Steaks will be double. We highly recommend the fresh baked baklava with ice cream. Service was friendly, attentive and fast. The chef also has a lunch only counter across from the restaurant entrance. As long as you know this is a party, it can be a fun night out.
