Wifey had the kale salad amazing everything fresh and good Also ordered some very good deviled eggs customer service nice atmosphere I will return.

It is always worth the wait! I never thought I'd find a place with a delicious burger and sushi! It's cozy and low key with quick service. My husband and I have come back twice already, we love it!

The wait was estimated at an hour long but they were able to take us in sooner! Service was great! Everyone was super friendly & nice! Ambiance was nice, for a small bar, i did not feel claustrophobic at all. The hero burger & sushi were both delicious! Only bad thing is the parking but that's LA/Beverly Hills for you ¯\ (ツ)/¯ there is valet. would come back again!

Burgers itself are yummy- not the best in LA but definitely better than an average diner. Although the burgers themselves are not worth the price, you're partially paying for the ambiance and location. Honor bar is located in the heart of Bev Hills on a street full of amazing food spots. The paintings caught my eye - each table featured a different set. Service is good, wait was not too long for a Sunday night even with 7 parties ahead (15-20 min).
I reported a case of FOOD POISONING after dining on 8/15/25.
The following afternoon, I finally had the energy to call to report to one of their managers. He didn't really ask further questions, but promised a call back the following day, and no later than 2 days. I never heard back. Disappointed to write this review, because I wanted to give the restaurant a chance to respond. I searched the reviews history, and sadly, there had been similar incidents of lack of response to food poisoning.

We walked up to open seats at the bar and were approached by the hostess that there was a waitlist for bar seating. Never have I ever… we left!

Food was good, with selection of sushi and French Dip was amazing. Waiter was great, but manager came to our table to pick a fight because we had been at the table for too long and he charged our credit card on file without anyone asking for the bill.

This review is disappointing to write because of how much I used to love coming to Honor Bar. Most of the staff, all of the bartenders, and professional servers are incredibly friendly and the food is always delicious. Unfortunately my most recent visit was terrible due to the hostess deciding to enforce antiquated dress code rules on me and only me. When I arrived I was told my Dior short sleeve shirt was unacceptable. I hate that I am throwing in the designer but the point will be made by the end of this review. The host informed me that my top violated their dress code. Because I am happy to follow any rule or standard policy, I quickly ran to my car to find something to put over my outfit. All I could find was a black salon robe since my partner is a hair stylist. So I put it on even though it had color stains on it because it was all I had and according to them this was more permisible than a designer shirt. There is no universe in which anyone would say my outfit was now classier. However, because my arms were now covered I guess to them this was acceptable. While dining, there were multiple women and men wearing either backwards hats, spaghetti strap tank tops, flip flops, and incredibly short shorts. All of these looks were far more casual than my initial outfit and I cannot accurately explain how embarrassing it was to see them all while I had to eat wearing a salon robe. Again, I am happy to follow any rule but it is deeply hurtful and humiliating being singled out while no one else was expected to follow the rules. It doesn't help that everyone else who got a pass was white and straight appearing. It sadly makes me wonder if there were more additional layers to me being singled out. My partner told me to check their website while we were dining and I have attached a photo of what it says: "We consider tank tops, flip flops, and team athletic attire too casual for our restaurant." Upon reading this at the bar, I felt compelled to ask the manager why their rules only applied to me. She let me know that the rules mostly applied to men which is quite frankly an insane thing to say in 2025. Casual is casual. And the standard for what is or is not appropriate should have no gender. Please understand I am not trying to be elitist when I talk about the value of my clothes. It just needs to be said because my outfit was far more upscale than the sloppy men who were wearing flip flops and backward hats. It was more conservative than the women who wear essentially in pool side attire with spaghetti strap tops and outfits ready for the beach. All this to say, Honor Bar is no longer one of my favorite bars and restaurants in LA since it has become a place where I no longer feel comfortable dining due to the way they singled me out and gave every other customer preferential treatment.

The Honor Bar is a great place to go if you're looking for a good bar with good bar food! Great for a fun date night as well (but it was also a tad dark in there when we went.) We went there mainly for food and ordered the Veggie Burger, Emerald Kale Salad (to share), French Fries, and the Honor Burger. I did not try the Honor burger but my partner said it was pretty good...not life changing as he has read in some reviews, but still delicious! He also pointed out that the bun was also really good! I thought that the most delicious of the foods I tried was the Kale Salad. Not many restaurants can successfully make Kale taste good, let alone a BAR, but this place sure does! The reviews were not wrong about this dish, but i think it could've been bigger for the price. The Veggie burger was also really unique and delicious! If you like veggie patties made with grains and other stuff, this is one to try! It was made with rice, mushrooms, almonds and melted jack. I'm not usually a fan of veggie patties that are put together with grains or beans, but really loved this! The fries were not anything unique for me, but when I see fries on a menu, I order fries from the menu. And I did also eat most of the fries as well! Service was great, food came out fast, and servers came to check in from time to time. Overall a good experience and could definitely see myself coming back here to try the Ahi Tuna Burger and some sushi!

Hostess said it would only be a few minutes for seating but we could order at the bar in the meantime. Took an hour to be seated.

Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* ElaborateHouse74, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* ElaborateHouse74 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to ElaborateHouse74 for any questions Peter may have as ElaborateHouse74 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* ElaborateHouse74 now uses their connections at Honor Bar Beverly Hills to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If ElaborateHouse74 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, ElaborateHouse74 receives the $200 reward which is credited to ElaborateHouse74's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Honor Bar Beverly Hills!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
