Super welcome, top and professional service, The menu was exceptional, both savory and sweet. Well done to the 2 Chefs. I highly recommend it because it is the most beautiful view of St Paul as well.

Very disappointing welcome, despite our reservation confirmation the same morning we were told that we were not expected until the next day. No menu presentation for the aperitif, some dishes presented on the menu are no longer available. Given the misunderstanding when we arrived, we were celebrating our mother's 80th birthday and it was a surprise, we would have appreciated a gesture from them.

The meal was very good but not up to the standard of a Michelin star. The fish was cod instead of haddock with little taste because the sauce was not very tasty, too bad. The appetizers were very good, however. The room was very beautiful but on the other hand there are details which are not for a 4 star such as the very old and low quality shower head and a little mold in the shower. Likewise the television with an old remote control which didn't work at first. The breakfast was excellent

The view from the beautiful terrace of Saint-Paul de Vence is magnificent. You immediately feel at home. The service is very friendly and attentive. The food is of course the highlight. The "Le Collection" menu is exceptional and of a very high standard. Not only tastes fantastic, but also looks fantastic.

The journey there alone, but especially the view from the beautiful terrace of Saint-Paul de Vence, is worth a visit. Alain Llorca celebrates his skills here in the truest sense of the word. We opted for the "Collection" menu. Not only a taste highlight, but also visually perfect. The service was very friendly and very attentive. We would be happy to come back.

At the end of the meal, we were alone in the room, we asked to see the CHEF. Response from the butler “Sorry Mr. LLORCA is in Mauritius”. And there, the proverb “When the leader is not there, the seconds dance” is entirely appropriate. This lunch was unworthy of a Michelin star. We chose the market menu. Excellent appetizers. Starter “Steamed scallops” bland, tasteless. The dishes “Roast partridge/chicken liver tapenade” overcooked and dry, the “Haddock with anise butter” not very tasty. Saved from the waters, the magnificent cheese platter and desserts. The wine list, overpriced, the cheapest €85 (Château de Peyrassol, red), €70 (Château St Martin, white), €18 per glass Château de Peyrassol, rosé. I'll forgive you the amount of the bill, it's heavy, but we were at a Michelin-starred hotel.

I love the mixture of flavors and my taste buds were delighted. This mix of citrus and salty wow!!!! The setting is beautiful. On the other hand, we will have to notify the waiters of the arrivals, on the menu it says partridge... they come back to see us to tell us it will be venison... and in the end we are served venison. Result: I don't really know what we ate because the waitress herself didn't know if it was venison or venison, but it was good. And for Mr. Llorca when we arrive from the parking lot we hear all your outbursts. In this case we get out of the car and while getting in we hear someone being trashed “who’s the boss, you’re rubbish,…. » And I won't put the words quoted!! The heat stroke lasted for a while. But it cooled us when we arrived in a place that should be classy.

Stunning, very warm welcome, Chef Alain Llorca was ever present and a fantastic host. Chef Pâtissier Jean-Michel wrapped up our out of this world meal with chocolate melting magic. Had to sleep in one of the wonderful suites with its plunging views of the Riviera. À très bientôt!

Took the 5 course meal at €150 which from many other experiences is the top end of the category. The cheese plate is a €2 supplement The scallops could not be secured that day and the substitution was and inferior small piece of octopus The main meat was venison. This was an extremely strong flavor that does not agree with many people. It is also considered a low end piece of meat and nothing was done to make that more palatable. Wonderful service and dessert, but overall, not worth the star.

Everything was magnificent!! First things first, easily accessible by car, very nice view and qualitative setting ( table, seats, glasses etc) . Friendly and explanatory service that made you feel comfortable. Even though the prices of the food were expensive, they were not without a reason, in every plate you could feel that a lot of effort was put in preparing it and the result was amazing. Long wine list that can pleasure all. A place that everyone visiting the area should go!!! Finally when the chef came out to greet all the tables after preparing all the dishes was another ⭐️ !!! -a slight delay on our table was not something to reduce our rating when all the other services were 5+ Thank you!

Very good hospitality, service, food and location. Go there for the view from the terrace and the magnificent local fresh food. This is fine dining but not the minimalistic 2 items on a plate way. Here you get proper french food from a chef who knows the secrets of french cuisine. No small portions, but delight with every dish. They are especially good with seasonal vegetables. Try it. Sutherland set menu comes with small surprises in between. Remember to save appetite for the dessert. The pastry chef is very talented and makes mouthwatering deserts.

To start, the scenery is stunning. A terasse with a beautiful view of St Paul de Vence, very nicely decorated in a Provence architecture. We chose the surprise menu and that was a very pleasant surprise. Fresh fish, foie gras, pigeon and an outstanding dessert. Everything was cooked to perfection! The wine list was good and the pricing of wines correct. The staff was welcoming, kind and professional An overall excellent experience. Highly recommended

Fabulous situation with views out to the walled town of St Paul de Vence. Excellent service and menu with good variety of choices. It is expensive but that should not deter those wanting a special culinary experience. Definitely one to include on a visit to the region. We plan to go back.
