Came here for a dinner with friends and got to try a lot of menu items. First, the service from Viviana was stellar. She was very attentive. Management checked with us which is also a must. It's a great location right by the water so lovely place to walk around after your meal. Now for the food...Appetizers from best to worst are the spread trio, calamari, and then tuna tartare. The spread trio comes with fresh pita bread, tzatziki sauce, hummus and a spicy feta dip. The spicy feta was amazing with the red chili flakes and lots of feta. The tzatziki was freshly made and had small shreds of cucumber. The hummus was chunky which I loved. The calamari was hot, seasoned well and the tartar sauce gave the acid that fried food needs. That tuna tartare was inedible as it was not fresh. The tuna should have been vibrant pinkish red and this tuna was murky brownish tan. Please pass on this one.Now for the entrees ranked from best to worst: salmon, burger, Greek mussels. The crispy skin on that salmon was perfection. Served medium as desired and definitely a dance got the tastebuds. The burger was angus meat so automatically levels it up. The toasted bun and the fries brought in on home for a real win. Crispy bacon was chefs kiss. Now the Greek mussels were a sad entree and I love mussels. They were fresh and all steamed open so we are off to a good start. First strike was serving them with paprika fries as the side. Those fries had zero salt and the paprika fought with the feta in the dish. I requested normal fries instead which were a decent pairing. Second strike was the broth was overpowering with the feta like overboard. It needed more white wine and fresh herbs. Third strike was the absence of a crusty baguette for dipping. Mussels in broth are always served with a bread like sourdough to soak broth and give some acid. Overall all 5 diners gave the dinner three stars.
