Best Ramen in NYC?
Best ramen spot in NYC imho. Love to take friends there so they can taste ramen thatโs better than Ichiran. Also only place Iโll go solo for food when Iโm craving something rich and restorative.
Be the first to ReplyYummy ramen is what I needed on a rainy October night
Yummy ramen from home made pasta is exactly what I needed on a rainy October day in New York. Iโve ordered Spicy Tonkotsu and it was great, I love spicy and it didnโt seem spicy to me to be honest. I. The evening there is a waitlist, around 30 mins, so be ready to wait and maybe hop in the neighbour bar, which was what we did.

We had an early dinner here after visiting the Met. A bit far to walk considering the Met is on the east side. Both ramen (miso and Tonkotsu) are very good. The soup is flavorful and the noodles are stretchy. I'd like a bit more meat but it's good enough. The portions are not as big but enough for us. The Donburi (rice bowl) is simple and okay. The restaurant is big for a ramen place. Service is simple and quick.

I have been listening to Eminem a lot in the past few days!! I love Samuel l Jackson and rappers and food so I want my rap name Michelin mother fโer!! I mentioned Eminem because I think NY is full of ramen gods!! I went here for lunch with my good Ivy League friend!! I will keep his info private!! I got the shoyu ramen because I didnโt want to get tonkotsu since itโs very heavy and that combined with the heat today wouldโve been a recipe for immense sweat and odor!! It was very good and flavorful!! I also got the pork buns and the pork melted in my mouth since it was tender!!
Be the first to ReplyBOOM! Delish. (Delivery)
Was working in NYC and this place hit the spot.
Got Ramen and shishito peppers.
Loved it. Broth really well done, and really good noodles. I normally more into the broth and meat, but the noodles stole the show for me this time.
Peppers were good.
Delivered RIGHT on time, and well packaged.
Delicious, affordable and fast delivery
Iโm not a fan of ramen noodle delivery but the restaurant had a long queue. We ended up ordering from here anyway because the sushi bowl they offer is affordable. The online order process was smooth. It was delivered much faster than predicted on the website. The sushi bowl is big and satisfying. The price is a lot cheaper than similar dishes served by sushi restaurants in the neighborhood.

Delicious ramen. Great service. Vegetarian ramen with miso and mushroom is amazing. Very patient and helpful staff
Be the first to ReplyNo delivery, they took our money
Do not order delivery from here. They were an hour and a half late and we called them every half hour it was late asking for an update. We never got our food. The woman on the phone was incredibly rude and called us liars - saying the food arrived and wouldnโt give us our money back. We have lived here for years and nothing like that has ever happened to us. Very bad customer service.
Be the first to ReplyAmazing place we stumbled upon
Tried to Ramen for the 2nd time and went for the green curry ramen with pork. It was delicious. My wife had a cold soba with sashimi salmon and again, couldn't fault it. Stumbled upon it with it having many Asian customers queueing and thought it has to be worth a go. I am delighted we did.

This is my second visit to Jin Ramen on the upper west side. I wasnโt planning to write another review, but here I am. Once again, the food was delicious. I had the rice bowl with teriyaki salmon, broccoli and carrots $17. My daughter had the spicy tonkotsu pork ramen $17, and we shared crispy chicken gyoza $10. Everything was delicious! Portions are huge and worth the price.
The restaurant is on a bustling street, and seems to be favored by the locals. We requested a seat outdoors as the sun was soon setting and the August weather was perfect. The staff was once again accommodating. A special shout out to our superb and friendly waiter Daniel K!
On our next visit to NY, we are sure to return!
Cramped but delicious!
We have tried many Ramen places throughout the city, and Jin is one of our favorites for good ramen at decent prices. Their broths are very flavorful and we are satisfied every time. The only drawback is that the space is very cramped.
