Kenzo Napa Reviews
We had such a fantastic dinner for our anniversary.
The restaurant is cozy, beautifully minimalistic, and the staff is great. Our host described each dish wonderfully, and we thoroughly enjoyed every dish that came out. In fact, we had the BEST piece of tuna we've ever had thus far (and we'v

This was my second visit to Kenzo, and it reminded me why this small, serene restaurant is one of Napa's standouts. My first time was March 2024 with girlfriends at the tables; this return (earlier this month) was at the sushi bar. Both were exc
One of the best experience! Food is great.
And service is beyond your expectations! I will come back again for sure!
5 stars for service! No other experience like this.
The service was impeccable as well as the presentation. The food was good, and not the best i have ever had. The sashimi And sushi was out of this world, everything else was good, one dish was not great. It's hard to give bad stars because the

Joined for NYE and wow what an experience.
We sat in one of the rooms in the back. Service was friendly and personalized. It's staff like this that make the overall experience elevated and memorable. The chef preparing each dish was very skilled. Do the wine paring and ask that they do a
Food let us down.
We were so excited for this experience and it let us down. There were some dishes that were very good, but more of them were mushy, confusing and underseasoned. Presentations were also rather boring and underwhelming. The service was done well but
Kenzo is definitely an experience and a splurge.
The highlight of the night was definitely the customer service. It was one of kind and not something you experience often. We had a total of 9 courses including dessert (I forgot to take a photo of one of them ). We could tell the chefs put a lot of

Things I aspire to in life: to go here exactly four times per year -- to have each new season's menu. It's just so good.
Superb Japanese kaiseke in Napa!
Superb Kaiseki meal this side of the Pacific! Note not a sushi “omakase” restaurant - this is kaiseke, so know the difference. There is one sushi course, which was as amazing as the other courses. A 7-star meal and attentive service to match.

I would not normally leave a review for a mediocre experience but with about $1,000 spent, I would definitely not make the same decision to have my birthday dinner here. One of the dishes had a cold fish component that tasted like canned sardines. I
Overpriced for average food and mediocre service.
I was put off by our waiter who seemed not totally with it (talked super slow and would forget what he was saying mid sentence and often seemed like he was somewhere else) and was also not responsive, not attentive, and forgetful. At $300pp, I expect
Just phenomenal.
If you appreciate extremely high quality fish, exceptional customer service, genuine omakase experience and gorgeous display of dishes, dining at the bar is a must. Kenzo is quietly tucked away one street down from the heart of downtown Napa. We
I ate at French Laundry 2 weeks ago.
I mention that because Kenzo was EVERYTHING French Laundry was not. There were exotic ingredients and new tastes I'd never experienced, and old ones with a new spin that changed my appreciation of them. The service was simply impeccable! You would l

Kenzo.... You got this.
Loved the atmosphere. It was a soft opening for a new owner May I put new owner in quotes. Maybe didn't have the fastest staff for the soft opening but the food was phenomenal. Please give them the opportunities to work some kinks out. There staff
Very disappointed
Michelin star rated, I am not sure how. While many ingredients added to each dish in an attempt to make it interesting, the food lacked taste. We started with the grilled Shizuoka freshwater eel, which was the highlight, although the last dinner di

I would like to say the food was great.
I also enjoyed the ambiance and service. I can vouch for that!! However, what made my experience horrible was the fact that I found hair on three different occasions. I was extremely dissatisfied and made this a point. Although I can say that it was

Impeccable dining experience - especially the service.
We sat at the chef's counter and the attendees explained every dish to us. Also, they explained the difference between kaiseki and omakase. Even when we left, the chef walked us to the door to say goodbye. Too many amazing dishes to touch on them all

Perfect for a special occasion
Had a wonderful dinner here a couple weeks back. Food was superb, a nut allergy easily accommodated, and the most friendly and professional staff you could hope for. Highly recommended!
Kenzo was one of the best experiences of my life.
Location is very lowkey. Interior is very simple and minimalist. Servers and staff are absolutely amazing. Now the food. I went with a partner. Spent about $1000 for two on one meal and I would do it again if I were in Napa. Absolutely amazing food.
I loooooved every minute of this meal.

Each posting on AppointmentTrader shows you which user submitted it and along with that provides a trackrecord of that user which indicates how much experience

If there is no user posting that fits your schedule, you can bid on your preferred time.
Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to Kenzo Napa at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the Kenzo Napa page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* EternalAnt36, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's $200 bid.
* EternalAnt36 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to EternalAnt36 for any questions Peter may have as EternalAnt36 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* EternalAnt36 now uses their connections at Kenzo Napa to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If EternalAnt36 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, EternalAnt36 receives the $200 reward which is credited to EternalAnt36's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Kenzo Napa!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
