Great service and great food! Nice Ambiance but is a bit dark to read menu without additional light. Overall, very tasty dishes!

While I have enjoyed their Butler brunch very much and highly recommend that I can't say that I would recommend dinner service. Like my previous two visits during dinner large parts of the restaurant were already rented out for private events which seems to be a pattern and perhaps how they make the bulk of their money. I find the menu a bit limited and I found our service not up to the usual standard of the Wynn. While our waiter was pleasant he seemed under trained and a bit flustered. I did like the wine flights but he did recommend the two most basic flights for myself and my husband which was what it was. He could have easily upsold us with any more interesting information on other more rare wines. We have the crab ravioli which had a bit too much lemon so you couldn't taste the sweetness of the crab. The short rib tacos which were fantastic but I already knew that because I had had their short rib dish at a previous brunch so I knew that they did short ribs really well. My husband ordered the flat iron steak which was fine. I had the tuna dish and while the cream spinach was delicious and tasted like it was the same recipe as SW steakhouse the tuna was under seasoned and bland All in all it's a solid 3 stars and a reasonable choice if you don't want to leave the property for dinner

The perfect spot on the strip for a casual yet upscale getaway! A hidden gem located at The Wynn! All of the food items tasted well, but their signature cocktails stole the limelight! My favorite was Lavender Haze which is torched at your table. The ambiance was quite comfortable for it being a busy lunch hour. My favorite aspect of La Cave is their interior decor and the view! We had a lovely seating next to the windows.4/5 because the menu lacked originality. A lot of generic options you could find in other restaurants. The quality of the food was fine, but the menu had too many different cuisines and not one single dish that seemed authentically curated.

Be the first to ReplyDelicious food and great wine selection.
Menu had several options for vegan and gluten free diets. I really enjoyed the options for wine flights based on colors and regions. Even though it's located in the Wynn, the atmosphere is quant and doesn't feel like you're in Vegas.

La Cave was a nice experience and had a nice ambiance with lots of seating. It features lots of small shareable plates which gave a nice opportunity to try various dishes. We opted for:Kale Salad (10/10)Chicken Flatbread (9/10Truffle Fries (9/10)Beef Brisket (8/10)Hamachi & Tuna Crude (8/10)The staff was friendly, attentive and welcoming.Good option for quicker style dining.
Be the first to ReplyBelieve me, you're paying for the experience not the value.
Three meatballs in a polenta sauce with marinara on top will run you $20 with tax and tip. They're not giant meatballs they're about an inch and a half around. The flatbread pizza tasted nothing like pizza, And the sliders, although very tasty, we're not worth $21 plus tax and tip for three micro burgers. That being said, the ambience was nice, the Intimate feel of the seating would make date night special. I ordered three meatballs, that's it. We had a table of five people. The bill came to $330. Take off my $20 for the meatballs, and divide 300÷4 people. That's what you can expect to pay at minimum.

Came here during the weekend for brunch and got charged $59 for the holiday menu which was the same brunch menu for any other day.The portion is very small and it's butler style. I did not get to try all the food on the menu because our 90 mins was up. It's a cool experience but it ain't worth coming here if you don't get to try all the food.
Be the first to ReplyEnjoyed our meal here very much.
The hostess was able to accommodate our request to sit near the window and the waitstaff were amazing. The iced tea was good and the hamachi crudo was amazing. All the flavors with the cold fish and crisp cucumber together just made it. The meatballs, scallops and sea bass was cooked excellent. I feel that the bass should have been in a garlic butter sauce instead of a tomato based sauce, but I'm not a big fan of cooked tomatoes with fish so maybe that's why. The fish was still cooked excellent and was of good quality. To me the price was worth what you got. We cannot wait to come back to this restaurant next time we head out to Vegas. Thank you to the amazing waitress and new staff member she was training - you guys were awesome!

I brought my boyfriend and his parents here for tapas and wine and the service is always fantastic. The decor is modern yet bohemian and the waiters/waitresses are friendly and very informative. Recently we chose 2 bottles of wine, Ahi Tuna, Beef Filet Crostini, a Flatbread Pizza, and the Pan Seared steak- all were great and well-seasoned dishes. For dessert, we each had an espresso and shared a s'mores flatbread, which wasn't my favorite dessert but was pretty good! Only complaint is that our espressos came very late as our waiter kept forgetting we'd ordered them and once we paid, service stopped last time and we were offered no further water refills (and yes we tipped well @ 25%).

The ambiance was amazing! It was a cozy terrace and we would have stayed there all night. The food was okay. My octopus source was sour which didn't seem to go well with the octopus. My Short Rib Taco was super salty, I had to squeeze a lot of lime just to be able to eat them. I would have asked them to change the dish but my friend was treating so I didn't want to offend her.We had the Charcuterie board and my friend had the Chilean Sea Bass.Definitely a nice place to hang out.

La Cave exudes the vibe you might get if dining in a vinter's tasting room. Having opened in 2010, La Cave is hidden away beyond the gambling floor at the Wynn. It offers both intimacy and privacy. In preparation for our meal, I had read that small plates/tapas predominated. La Cave has an extensive wine selection, but we stuck with cocktails for our dinner. Jenny, our server, suggested we order two to three items per person. He gave us a quick rundown of all the signatures. Most of what we picked were his suggestions. With four of us dining, we started with the Diver Sea Scallops and Crab Ravioli. The Polenta Cake gave the scallops a unique flavor. Next was the Beef Carpaccio and Bacon Wrapped Dates. Loved the Blue Cheese fondue with the dates. Saw lots of raves about the flatbreads, so we tried the Chicken Flatbread, which didn't disappoint. The Moroccan Chicken Skewers and Beef Filet Crostini were next. The Pear Chutney is a perfect complement to the chicken. The Filets were good size, served medium rare and accompanied by blue cheese and truffle cream. We liked the Truffle Fries so much we had a second serving. Overall the pacing was pretty good. Sometimes one item came out, other times multiple items. We had plenty of food for our group. Given the quality, I thought the pricing was fair. Some might disagree given the size of the portions. Like most Strip restaurants, cocktails ranged in price from $17.50 to $23.50. Next time we visit, we must try some wine and the Charcuterie Board.
Be the first to ReplyA group of 7 of us attended brunch yesterday.
The staff was nice (the only good thing at this place). The food was Denny's quality. Maybe even worse. We got some pancakes, "eggs Benedict" if you can name it like that, a lot of hash browns (Burger King style), some ugly jelly mass with some mushrooms inside, some burgers (patty with bread) and things like that... Fruit cup was good, probably because they only needed to cut it and didn't cook it. There was no normal meat, no fish at all. $59 per person, after tax and tips about $80. But what I didn't like the most was that one of my friends didn't really eat anything. He only tried hash browns. And he was only drinking. He said to the manager that he doesn't want to pay for the food. He complained about the food quality and said that he expected much more for the price. And that he only ate hash browns because everything else looked like poor quality food. He asked to remove $59 from the bill. Manager said that the price was upfront and this is an upscale restaurant in Wynn and that's why the price is high. Well, if it's an upscale restaurant and the price is high, why don't you serve normal food? We paid $700 and the food had a really bad taste in the mouthful that we were impudently overcharged. And we asked to remove $59 for one person because he didn't eat almost anything because of the quality of the food. The manager just ignored our request. If you want to pay $100 per person and get IHOP quality food - then this is a place to go!
Be the first to ReplyCocktails are good, but $59 per person for the food doesn't
Cocktails are good, but $59 per person for the food doesn't make any sense at all. Very basic food, not tasty and nothing special. We are so disappointed that we regretted visiting this restaurant. Highly not recommend this place if you want to have decent food.
Be the first to ReplyWorst experience ever I had.
For 59$ we got nothing. Food is terrible. It's just overpriced. Seriously guys I don't recommend this place I'm disappointed of this place. Never ever again!!!!!!!
Be the first to ReplyThis was by far my favorite brunch that I've had.
It was a little pricier than what I'd normally want to spend on brunch... but it was a great splurge and well worth it. We had 10:15 reservations and got there a few minutes before 10, so we waited just a brief period for them to open. When they brought us on to the patio seating area it was so nice and a really comfortable atmosphere. Soon after sitting they took our first order of drinks and then the food started coming. The butler style was much better than a standard brunch. It was great. Although the food was almost coming too fast and I wanted to try everything but had to make myself just say no to some and stop being too glutinous. Haha. I think my favorite thing was the Grits with truffle oil. Although the Ube pancakes were fantastic too. Oh the veal Benedict was extremely flavorful too. Least favorite? Skip the hot wings. They were average, if not less than. Also the filet Benedict... nah. Not sure what it was a filet of... but one bite was enough. We did have to ask for a few thinks to come out that we wanted to try. I know we sat right about 10:00 and at 11 we were notified last call for our table... which seemed early. So we requested a few items we hadn't received but wanted. Our mimosas they kept full and were very generous with keeping it coming. So overall... I loved it. I really did. My sister did too. I would absolutely recommend it and will go back.
Be the first to ReplyLa Cave has been a lovely spot for an evening meal and now
La Cave has been a lovely spot for an evening meal and now for brunch on a weekend morning. The ambiance here is lovely. The main dining room has large green walls and windows all around to let in plenty of sunlight. It feels like dining outdoors even though you are indoors. I've noticed an outdoor patio, but it wasn't open either time I've dined here. The service was friendly and attentive both times. Most recently, I was there in a group for the butler-style tray passed brunch with a group of friends. We wondered if we'd be able to try all of the brunch items this way, but the servers made sure every dish made it by our table. They even checked in to see if we wanted any specific menu items. The butler-style tray passed brunch was great. It's $49 per person with a 90 minute limit for unlimited food from the brunch list. There is an option to add unlimited alcohol for $34 per person. Some items were very good, some just okay. Overall, there was enough good food. I was pleased and thought it was priced appropriately. My favorite items were the Applewood Smoked Bacon, Chicken Wings, NY Egg Sandwich, and Filet Mignon Eggs Benedict. The one item I didn't try was the Veal Short Rib Hash and everyone in my group agreed it was the best dish they had. The carb options like pancakes and waffles were on the dry side and definitely not the group favorites. La Cave has excellent ambiance and tasty food. It's a fun spot for an outing with the girls or a date night.

The prettiest patio/indoor setting with intimate lighting and lots of green plants around to brighten up your spirits. Most items are served family style, but the portions aren't that big so order a bunch of different plates to enjoy with good company. Best part, they have wine flights! So fun. Must try.
Be the first to ReplyWhat in the Worst Las Vegas Brunch is going on.
Concept was similar to a Brazilian steakhouse which is great but to execute properly you need to be properly staffed. You have a 90 minute all you can eat and drink situation. We each had 3 drinks during our time there because the waitress was no where to be found and when she was she said the bar ran out of bloody marry mix - 25 minutes after ordering, at this point Just bring me any drink. The food was almost inedible, seemed like it was sitting around all morning. Overall just a huge disappointment. Some of our friends left and went to Jardin. Stay away, maybe it's good for dinner but for brunch stay away you're better off at Jardin or the buffet. The bill came and we were charged for an additional person that wasn't even there. Was extremely expensive for what we got. The management of this place needs to be evaluated. The Wynn really needs to figure out if this place should still be in business there
Be the first to ReplyFood was excellent.
I have a very hard time with loud restaraunts and this might be the loudest I've ever been to. Al the staff is trying to tell at you through their dumb masks that do nothing, it just is pathetic to see this is still happening.
