Perfect dunk
Excellent Tuscan Schiacciata. Excellent ingredients but above all the schiacciata is really soft and crunchy just right (without referring to the most vaunted one that is now in vogue around the world) even the absence of various sauces makes it better. The choice of dunks is not exaggerated, a few more options wouldn't be bad The only flaw, the place is really small to manage the queue at the counter and the passage of the poor waiters. With the outdoor area in the summer the situation improves
Horrible experience!! Not recommended
Horrible experience!! For lunch with friends we chose to have lunch here, after asking about the waiting time they let us sit without explaining that we would have to queue to order (same queue as for takeaway). After queuing for half an hour we ordered and many things on the menu were missing. After queuing for half an hour we waited more than an hour as they had lost our order. When we tried to ask why we were waiting they laughed in our faces. After our requests the food arrived at the table but some dishes were missing. When we reported this to the staff they were very rude and rude and continued to laugh in our faces. I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy.
Meal for 2
Had the deluxe platter, was very happy great varied selection and friendly staff. Great couple meal out, drinks selection was good too
The silence of the hams
Pre-theatre aperitif on a weekday, we choose this place because it's not crowded and quiet. The environment is spartan but nice. We enter and no one greets us, they don't rush us at all; after a while a waitress, quite annoyed, gives us a table. Orders are made at the cash register: you go, pay and then someone will serve you. But you have to discover this for yourself. A few girls wander around the place, with or without a tray in hand, looking bored and annoyed. The cashier from whom we order the aperitif also has the same expression. I got a 'gourmet' platter for 15.90 and a glass of prosecco for 6 euros. Tiny glass, hot, low-carbon wine. The cutting board consists of a few slices of cold cuts with a few pieces of cheese on top, and in the center a spoonful of semi-pulped vegetables and pieces of fruit thrown in there, all mixed together. Nothing to accompany, I see some strips of focaccia on another table, maybe you have to pay. I don't feel like going back to the cash register, I ask for some bread and they bring me 2 slices, with the usual rudeness. Average quality of cured meats and cheeses (and thank goodness it was the gourmet platter! I imagine the other one). Barely edible raw ham, you expect something else from a ham shop in the center of Milan. Almost undrinkable wine. Last but not least, on the receipt they charge 1 euro per person for the service. Which service? I'm not saying a smile, but at least a bit of education and professionalism would be useful.
Food good, staff rude
Staff where incredibly rude. Didn’t help us at all with how to order, we waited 15 minutes to be seen to once sat down. Food however was nice
Different city, still wonderful!
Have been to the one in Firenze and this one was great as well. The service was very friendly even though they were busy and working extremely hard. The cheese, meat, bruscchetta and wine were delicious. Had a lovely time.
Great food and atmosphere
My boyfriend and I visit the place to have a glass of wine. However, the atmosphere, interior and a beginning hunger made us decide to eat early. We did not regret it. We got a Gourmet Cutting Board, which was really delicious with different cheeses, cold meats etc.
Stay away
Worst restaurant in Milan. South America staff. Bad quality food and hot bad quality red vine. Bad toilet (only one and long queue) Tourist trap only in it for the money. No love.
Brilliant food, wine and atmosphere
Really large portions with excellent meat and cheese selections! Lots of seating and a friendly atmosphere! Accessible facilities
Top
Excellent cured meats in a casual but at the same time super refined and typical place Highly recommended Super friendly and prepared staff

We went on a raining day so when we arrive no one was outside. However it was quite different when we opened the door. Deli counter to your left, behind deli bar on e guy was preparing all of the food. There were no tables at first but after we learned about ordering at the end of the count a small table was available. The main guy spoke perfect English and the others were pretty good. We ordered the Il Maialoso Sandwich and The 4 salad. A few minutes later the food arrived the portions were huge and beautiful. The sandwich was about 6X9 inches and was layered with fresh porchetta, grilled zucchini and eggplant, arugula and oil. The Brest was brushed with a spicy cream sauce. I left off the grilled pumpkin. The 4 Sandwich came with same veggies plus grilled artichokes, mushrooms that I think had been marinated in a balsamic, roasted red peppers and potatoes served with a balsamic glacé, topped with poppyseeds. We kind of deconstructed the sandwich so that we could save a portion of the bread. We pulled the porchetta to the side and ate it like a meal. The porchetta was out of this world good and we ate it all knowing that it would not travel back to the hotel. The salad was the best veggie thing we have ever had(I don't like a lot...call them filler). The tastes just kept getting better and better. After we could not eat and not we asked for Togo containers. No problem. Then we added a cheese board to take away. We had In-Room dining that night. Ate and ate and could not finish. We had so much cheese and each selection was as good as the other. When we went to order the extra food I looked into the back room and it was also full of locals having an afternoon blast. Next time. We will join the back room! Lunch was $21 EUR and cheese added another $10. $31 for two people and 2 meals with even more leftovers. Generous serving I must say Within 5 minute walk fro Metro Line. Highly recommend. Great atmosphere.

When you sell a reservation that has a prepaid fee AT takes a commission on that fee. This doesn’t really make sense because it’s an expense the seller incurs not part of the profit that is shared.
For example:
Carbone NYC fee to book table for 2 is $108.88
If you sell it for $200 on AT you get $140 from them.
Your net profit is $31 and AT collects $60 in fees.
It would make more sense not to charge commission on the upfront fee as this creates a disincentive and results in higher costs for buyers.

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
