LE BON GEORGES Paris Reviews
I was hoping for more due to Tik Tok reviews but was ok.
Cute restaurant with outside patio. Great wine list selection and we went for lunch. We made reservations and enjoyed the ambiance. Definitely pricey and ordered steak and frites with white wine. I did like the sharing option of bread, salad, frites,
Incredible setting.
Amazing food and wine. Service was impeccable. One of the best dining experiences in my many visits to Paris. I have recommended to several friends who have visited and agree. Thank you
Not what expected
Known for steak we we're looking forward to coming to this restaurant. Delivery was not at all.what was expected. The steak was not flavorful, requested medium came out rare, staff were disgusted with us.When asked to cook more. We were respe
Amazing wine list, great service
Really wanted to love this place. Vibrant atmosphere, excellent service, amazing wine list and good food. Probably would give it 4.5 stars if I could. In hindsight might just be a matter of what I ordered! Do plan a return on my next visit to Paris.
Nice decor, good service, average bistro cuisine
I really enjoyed the decor of this bistro, very French, made with taste The food is very average, the service was professional and nice
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
My husband and I went here for dinner tonight and really regret it. They seated us in the front room at a 2-top in between 2 other 2-tops. All 3 tables had Americans and they were the absolute worst seats in the restaurant. Right by the kitchen windo
They hate English-speaking patrons! (And Iâm NOT that type of American)
Youâve heard of those places that treat foreigners badly? Iâd never experienced that until now. I actually speak French (with an accent of course) and, like most places, they switched to English after I spoke French. But then they put us in the w

Nightmare Service, average food. Tourist filled.
Started out great but the service is terrible so the experience went downhill. Service was forgotten despite several reminders. Had to wait over 20mins just to pay the bill and another 35mins just to order dessert after we finished our mains. Food

Sorry but not worth the price and did not live up to expectations. Me and my partner had been excited to visit here after 2 years of hearing so many good things. Unfortunately we waited over 40 minutes to order our food after ordering wine - despite

Mediocre food and service !
The food was cold and mediocre. Four of us were stuffed into a tiny table that was dirty and uncomfortable. Our waiter was arrogant and very inpatient. A pity that the food quality was so poor and badly presented - it's not what it used to be -
Absolutely incredible.
Emmanuel was absolutely amazing. The food incredible. So many amazing wines to try. The service from all the staff amazing! This place is just the best. Will be back for sure.

Everything was spectacular, including the wine list, service, menu selection and ambience. When we come back to Paris from the states again, we will definitely stop by!
The very definition of hit or miss.
Our first time several months ago was excellent, however our dinner last night was both overpriced and underwhelming--meats not cooked to temperature with zero flavor and very tough for a filet-- the lobster dish 'looked good' but looks wer

Phenomenal meal, one to remember with pleasure! I had a reservation but my companion was late, and every single server reassured me "c'est pas grave, madame." The meal was incredible - I had basically a ceviche but it was so much more than

As much as I enjoyed dinner and the evening last night, I have to say, I would not go back to the Bon Georges. It is way overpriced, and for what you pay, the service is not that great. Poured my own expensive wine all evening. I consider it a tou

First impression was great- very authentic French bistro restaurant but very disappointing.
Place looks great but unfortunately we left unimpressed. The wine list was so big and the tables so small it was impossible to read without elbowing the people on the next table. This in itself would be fine but then the food was so overpriced it lef

The person handling reservations and phone inquiries
The person handling reservations and phone inquiries displayed a high level of rudeness, resulting in poor service. This was particularly disappointing considering the recommendation from a friend.
Was so excited to try this place.
It really was just okay. I don't see what the fuss is about. I live in the SF Bay Area and eat out often. This place just didn't do it for me. Nice enough ambience. Great staff. Good wine. Fantastic neighborhood. But very expensive and food lacked in

Simply the BEST
I visit this traditional restaurant in all states. I am a business traveler. I have arrived with jet lag, with friends, with my partner. Usually during Fashion week. The wine list is extensive, and aims to please all budgets. Traditional french fare.
One of our favorite casual restaurants in #paris .
They have special #polmard #beef that's super tender and delicious. They change their menu frequently, so there is always something new to try. They also have an amazing #winelist . If your ever in Paris, make a reservation at @le_bon_georges and yo
Authentic French cuisine in a traditional setting
At the recommendation of our concierge, we dined here during a recent 8-day stay in Paris. We were the only tourists which speaks well of the authenticity of this corner restaurant. The wait staff are very professional yet friendly, engaged and eager
