Excellent restaurant
We stayed in this beautiful hotel on our journey from Biarritz to Bordeaux and reserved a table in the restaurant in the evening. The menu with accompanying wine not only met our expectations, but exceeded them. All dishes were well-balanced and tasted and looked at the highest level. The service was perfect. We would love to come back. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

Time to digest
Time to digest... We cannot remain without reacting, our dinner on Friday April 6 was a fiasco, we came there years ago to enjoy a deliciously prepared squab, today we are the pigeons. We blame ourselves, we were trapped, what a difference between your presentation on the web and the concrete presentation in the room! We blame the professional tourist guides who are constantly making false comments about things that are far below average. A Michelin star? The great deal...we serve at the table, no tablecloth or set, the cutlery is placed on the wood. The absence of a "Carte"...., there is Menu at 90€ which revolves around three dishes: hors d'oeuvre, main dish to choose from: fish or meat and dessert, the same formula exists with an additional dish menu at 120€ with fish and meat, however if one of your guests wants red meat or poultry... they will not be hungry. We also remained hungry because the portions are ridiculously small, both the trout and the lamb, worse for the lamb: it was not a slice of saddle or leg of lamb but tiny cut "bites" in different pieces - do the guests know how to cut their meat? even if we were served "Children's" menus. The whole thing is open to criticism, we slowed down on the wines, to accompany what dish?! The sommelier in his shirt sleeves was uninviting, doing a bit of a task while in the room the customers were in jackets. In the end the bill was disproportionate because there was nothing in front, we left with an empty stomach and a bad taste in our mouth from being ripped off. There is nothing excessive in my words, a contained bitterness and the resolution that I would not be caught again. Good luck !

The spring version of the menu is excellent. We had a great time with friends and hope to repeat it soon.
A true culinary experience
A true culinary experience as usual. We found that the taste of the basic ingredients of the dishes were much more recognizable than in the past, and that's a good thing. Thanks to the new chef.

Prepaid Reservation Fee

When you sell a reservation that has a prepaid fee AT takes a commission on that fee. This doesn’t really make sense because it’s an expense the seller incurs not part of the profit that is shared.
For example:
Carbone NYC fee to book table for 2 is $108.88
If you sell it for $200 on AT you get $140 from them.
Your net profit is $31 and AT collects $60 in fees.
It would make more sense not to charge commission on the upfront fee as this creates a disincentive and results in higher costs for buyers.

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
