Massage Budva Reviews from The Last Year
Such a lovely place.
Yuki is an amazing masseuse, without telling her she knows where to press and release the tension.Always feeling much better after session with her

Tony is outstanding, he's fixed me multiple times and he really makes your experience well rounded & is attentive to your needs, I highly recommend them their website is also very fast to book with and they send you a reminder text a large window before your appointment. thanks again Tony! See you soon.

Yuki is one of the best masseuses I have ever had! She truly has gifted hands. I had such a long week and a stressful month and she was able to rid of so much of the stress and knots I was carrying. Although, I work out a lot and I do yoga, stretching...I have so many knots. I've tried to make massages a habit - but most places they tend to be more painful than relaxing ...but Yuki knew exactly what she was doing. She got rid of so many knots! And did it in such a relaxing manner that she obviously knows what she's doing. I did not have to say a word. This place has parking and is very clean and soothing. This is the place to go, be sure to ask for Yuki. You'll be glad you did!! Thank you. I will most definitely be coming back here.

was informed to fill out the sign in an hour & a half before my appt time when i called to book my appt... it wasn't until i was walking upstairs/already in the entrance that i was informed i wasn't going to be able to be seen. a whole hour and a half late.. could've gotten 90m elsewhere if they would've called once i submitted my sign in form. wouldn't recommend bc of this... used to be my fav place, guess procedures + staff changed.

It can be hard finding a good masseuse but this location is great. I was able to book with Yuki and it was quick and easy. I would highly recommend booking with Yuki. Yuki was wonderful and offered quality care. Everything was very clean, relaxing and professional. I would recommended for post gym recovery or just for relaxation.

I've been going to this place for years now and today, I had by far the best massage I've ever gotten here. Yuki focused on my problem spots I had mentioned prior to the massage. I feel like most masseuses ask about the problem areas, but don't really give them the time they need. Yuki honed in on my neck, shoulders, upper and lower back and really worked out the knots that were causing me pain. The pressure for deep tissue was perfect. Yuki is hands down the best. Thank you!
Marina massage is there best bang for your buck in town.
I recommend Yuki for Swedish and deep tissue. She is the best masseuse I have ever had.
I had such a great massage with Crystal.
She wis a petite woman but my gosh she has so much strength! I workout a lot, lift heavy and was looking for a deep tissue / full body massage. I was there for 99 min and I swear it felt like 30! I was in heaven. I definitely am making part of my frequent self care day
They were very accommodating.
I had called the same day for a massage and they were able to get me in. I had a massage with a woman named Grace. She was attentive and helpful. She made sure the pressure was right for me, the lights were dim and the temperature was comfortable. The place was clean and set up nicely, they even had a little basket to put my clothes in. I am a fussy person when it comes to massages, and I would highly recommend it. It's not a spa environment, it's a clean, pleasant place to get a massage and go about your day. A couple of things to know: I was told requesting someone vs. getting whoever is working that day can be a higher cost depending on the person requested. Also, using a credit card vs cash is $2 more. The only thing I would recommend the establishment adjust is to have a designated person handling the payment & not the masseuse. They are not always aware of the correct cost (I learned this from another review so I made sure to confirm before going and it was different than what I was told when I went to pay, only by a dollar, but a fee is a fee and it's not fair to have the masseuse handling these issues). It is also unprofessional and puts someone on the spot to ask how much you want to give them for a tip since they fill out the amount. That should be a third party asking if it manually has to be put in. Aside from that, I was very happy.
Typically, I do not write reviews.
A behavior I intend to change moving forward. But let it be known, I have literally just had one of my top five messages ever!! I say this having had a couple thousand massages in my past 15 years. Truly, my wife is a licensed massage therapist and treats my back/body a few times per week. My therapist was Amanda - as stated again, one of my top 5 ever. She hit every knot with the right amount of pressure and care. She stretched every limb. And best of all courteous and polite. Her picture is below. Was just visiting the area this past weekend and stumbled across Marina Message here on Yelp. The place is very clean, smelled lovely, and is affordable and is very convenient. Even booked my appt. day of on the app. If I lived in the area, Amanda at Marina would have a new regular- have already informed all my friends nearby. Thank you, Amanda. Hope you are there next time I'm in the area.
I went today for my first massage ever and I'm so glad I
I went today for my first massage ever and I'm so glad I did. I have chronic back pain that flared up earlier this week and I was able to quickly schedule an appointment early online before they opened. I was initially a little confused by the form I had to fill out before my session with Crystal, but once I realized I could select which kinds of massage I wanted it was pretty straight-forward. Crystal took great care of me, was very professional, and didn't make me feel self-conscious at all! Will definitely come back and recommend to others!
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
My friend and I booked a week yoga/spa holiday through bookyogaretreats.com[tripaneer].What we were sold turned out to be the opposite of what we were offered. The hotel in Budva is a high story building off the beaten tract with no pool. There was no terrace or outside space apart from a roof top terrace on the 7th floor which overlooks heavy traffic and fumes .This is where the yoga sessions take place, and not in the garden or near the beach as advertised. The hotel provides breakfast, however lunch was delivered to us from on outside source in plastic containers and consisted of brussels sprouts in a heavy coconut curry sauce with rice! There is no personalised detox individualised plan as advertised. The massage is in a shopping centre in a small room at the back of the first floor near the toilets. The massage therapists are gentle Thai women who spoke no English and could therefore take no medical history from us. The surly young Russian lady at the reception gave us a choice of two types of massage. The massage I had consisted of painful contortions of my limbs and back. Kamalaya Spa run by the owner Oksana is diabolical sham and should be avoid.
Disappointing Experience.
We booked a spa retreat at this supposed spa through bookyogaretreat.com and were very disappointed to find upon arrival that the entire promotional video, written description and reviews were fake. We spent a lot of money to fly from the UK to Montenegro to stay at a yoga detox retreat for a week where we were told we would have a personalized, freshly prepared detox menu prepared every day, would be given a daily thai massage in a lovely outdoor environment as well as a daily yoga class. The video showed lovely outdoor terraces for eating our meals, a pool to swim in, etc. When we were dropped off at the airport we were a bit taken back as the hotel was nothing like the video. The hotel, 2 stars at the most was closer to the type of accomodation you would book only if you wanted to be close to an airport if you had an early morning flight. The hotel room looked clean but there was no pool, no outside terraces where we could sit. We went down for our scheduled massage which turned out not to be at a hotel but in a mall 5 minute walk away. We were not sure how to get there until a young girl arrived with food in 2 plastic take out containers. She left the food on the counter and told us to follow her. The facility for a massage turned out to be located in the back hallway of mall on the second floor. The studio was very tired looking and did not look particularly clean. We were both told to go in to a large, dark communal room where they pulled a curtain between us to give us a bit of privacy and told to lie down on the mattresses on the floor. We were not asked any questions i.e. did we have any physical limitations or issues such as any injuries, bad back, knees, etc. Two Thai ladies proceeded to give us a very aggressive massage. They talked to each other throughout the entire 45 minutes. It was not a very relaxing or enjoyable experience. We were happy to leave earlier even though we were suppose to have received a 60 minute massage. We walked back to the hotel where the person who checked us in gave us the 2 plastic fast food containers that had been delivered earlier and said this was our meal. We asked if we could sit out on the terrace to eat our meals but she said we could eat in our tiny shared room or thier very dark, tired and sad looking breakfast room. She said if we did want to eat outside we could take the meals and walk 10 minutes to the waterfront and eat on a park bench! Which we did. Our meal was a lukewarm soup and over cooked brussel sprouts smothered in a heavy curry sauce over rice. We both got the same meal so definately not personalized and definately not detox or healthy. We went back to the hotel and ran in to two other women who were also at the spa and did not look happy. When we asked them if they were at the detox yoga retreat they rolled their eyes and said they unfortunately were. They told us the night before they were served only french fries and mushy peas for dinner! They said there was a daily yoga class on the roof of the hotel however there was so much noise and pollution wafting up from the busy road below that it was not relaxing at all and that both of them felt more ill and stressed than when they arrived. At this point my friend and I decided that we could not stay even though we were charged €1300 Euros plus flights, etc. We are in the process of trying to get our money back. The owner of Kamalaya Spa is a fraud by misrepresentation. What she is providing in Budva does not even remotely resemble her marketing material. BookYogaRetreats.com obviously does not vet the sites they recommend to unwitting clients looking for a healthy, relaxing spa retreat. Shame on them both!

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.

Need to cancel a bid, not getting a response… how do I do it? |
Click on "Take off the Market Option" in your portfolio
Working on your bid? |
Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.
Process after bid is accepted. |
Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from? |
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

Give the best answerNewbie sellers— how fast do your reservations sell?
I have some reservations coming up tomorrow that have gotten lots of views but haven’t sold yet. I haven’t made a sale yet since I just joined this week. I keep lowering the price, but am worried they won’t sell. How long did it take you to sell your first reservations? And did you have success being reimbursed by AT for no-show or cancellation fees? Just looking for a little reassurance. Thanks!

I posted a request for a reservation this Thursday between 6:30 and 8 pm and initially the potential seller said it would be fulfilled by today. Now they changed it that they will only fulfill it by 5pm that same day. Basically I would have an hour and a half to get to the restaurant. Is this allowed?

This app is a catfish and overrun by people programming “bots” and algorithms. It makes it frustrating for someone not well versed in this to have any movement. I thought this would be a fun side hustle, but unfortunately it’s become like any other “side hustle”. Don’t waste your time with this crap. Not a question, just a suggestion. Also don’t pay these fake “gurus” hundreds of dollars to teach you. Might as well sign up for a software class. 😕
