Well worth it.
Was staying at the hotel downstairs on business, and checked out the rooftop restaurant. No regrets. Great drink selection. Food was delectable. And the view is lovely. Appreciated the heat lamps in the outside seating area.

I went there yesterday to celebrate my wedding anniversary, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The food was excellent, tasty, amazingly presented and it was fairly priced. The staff was lovely, polite, professional and friendly. The whole atmosphere was pleasant and I'll surely dine there again.

5, but it's got the potential to be a 4.5 or more! Here's the scoop:In the summer on a warm evening, you can't beat the skyline view, encompassing St Pauls, part of the Shard, and a lovely look across London. The two-top tables are small and it very tight to have more than a few dishes, but they're mostly comfortable with a nice indoor/outdoor space. The food is a mixed bag. Some dishes are spot on, and they tend to be the ones that Chef has done the least with, letting ingredients shine. A side tomato salad features a variety of colorful heirloom tomatoes, lightly dressed. It's pretty and refreshing. The bread that begins the meal is equally good, especially the dark slices. Steak are cooked exactly as specified, and are flavorful without overdoing the fat.Scallops, on the other hand, are placed in a sort of ceramic scallop-shaped dish, which in turn is perched onto what appear to be charcoal logs inside another dish. Difficult to eat, and nothing at all added to the flavor. Same thing with the chocolate mousse: the mousse was flavorful enough on its own, but the stout splashed on added nothing but a wet slurp that broke down the mousse (and not very nicely), and some kind of crumbly product was intended as a textural contrast but didn't quite succeed. Triple-fried chips were wedged into a faux-copper tin, hard to extract and not particularly hot. The cheese platter was fine, but could benefit by having some chutney or quince or something to balance the flavors. Fruit ... Service on both nights we were there started out fine, but by the time we were at puddings slowed. Dishes came out individually and not timed well.So ... plenty of potential, but it's not quite there. Price for 2 people with a few glasses of wine, 2 mains, 2 sides, and a dessert ranged from £95 to £120.
