Very good shwarma
Very good shwarmas, very fresh products, very clean and great atmosphere! I recommend this restaurant at the back of Chelsea Market!
Be the first to ReplyWow restaurant!!!
Once again it happens to us. Walking around looking for something to eat for lunch. And suddenly you see a restaurant called Miznon. Checkers, a restaurant in the spirit of Eyal Shani. entering I order chicken liver in pita and my wife chicken breast in pita. I wasn't expecting anything special. After the first bite I understood. It's not just pita food. It's a special delicacy that you don't eat everywhere. The prices are very reasonable. Good and fast service. Highly recommend going in and eating.

Good food. Very tasty lamb. Relatively small servings for the price. What was a bit 'slap-dash' was the service, it was quite perfunctory. It seemed to me like there was almost an attitude of "we're good and we know it, so take it or leave it".

Exploring Chelsea Market is a unique experience for neighborhood market lovers. Known for its culinary diversity and artisanal products, the market is home to the unmissable Miznon, an Israeli restaurant that has achieved global renown. Created by an Israeli chef in Tel Aviv, it expanded branches to different parts of the world, including Paris, Vienna, Singapore, London and Melbourne. Miznon's innovative proposal consists of transforming the characteristic flavors of each city into a pita, the traditional Mediterranean bread. I highlight the "Folded Cheese Burger in a Pita", a unique fusion of cheddar, garlic aioli, sour cream, tomato and pickles. Before visiting the market, we enjoyed a pleasant walk along the High Line, enjoying the enchanting views of this charming neighborhood that is Chelsea.

One of the best places to eat in NYC! You really shouldn't miss it! The ''in a pita'' sandwiches are very delicious with juicy vegetables and excellent roasting in the meat. The service is fast and the ambience really friendly.
Be the first to ReplyAuthentic, delicious pita sandwiches in midtown.
Simple, but delicious fare with just the right amount of spice. The pita is amazing, fluffy and ultra-fresh. The vegetarian, chicken and lamb dishes were generous and well-prepared. The waiters are very friendly and accommodating. Even at the peak of lunch time, the service is excellent and amicable. A nice selection of beverages. Feels very authentic.

Found Miznon after walking out of a Diner around the corner. Glad I did. Just what I needed for a 3.30 pm Lunch. The Kebab was so tasty and the Home made lemonade hit the spot.

I'm so impressed with this place. While they had run out of what I wanted, they were good in recommending an alternative. The food is fresh, well-balanced with flavor and a great portion size. My waitress was introvert and just efficient and quietly impeccable. For people like me who like to eat alone, this is the place. Lots of solo eaters. I complemented the chef for an outstanding meal. I ate one of their falafel's.

Had a chicken shawarma sandwich/pita and found it to be absolutely delightful. Such rich flavor and the sauces were awesome. Highly recommend.
Be the first to ReplyDelicious Pita
This is a easy delicious restaurant in Hudson yard. The falafel burger with pickles in a warm pita is delicious but needs more tahini or even some hummus. The grilled mushrooms in pita with sour cream was also a treat but it needed one extra ingredient or something to give it a crunch. However, this is just being picky because it was a delicious filling lunch. Nice menu for vegetarians and meat lovers.
Be the first to ReplyGreat food and staff
After checking out most of the eateries in Chelsea Market, in the end plumped for this place. We certainly weren’t disappointed. Food was excellent as were the staff. We were lucky with timing because within 20 minutes the queue was enormous. Would definitely recommend a visit if you are in the area
Be the first to ReplyPraise to Eli at Miznon in Chelsea Market
Lunching at Miznon in Chelsea Market today, my wife had the ratatouille plate, which she loved. I had the Mesabaha, which was disappointing. However, when I told the manager, Eli, about my disappointment, he was extremely kind and offered me a free dish - the chicken in a pita, which was excellent. Eli went out of his way to accommodate me and he displayed kindness, outstanding service and… much humor and great spirit. Eli is defInitely an asset to Miznon and a great human being. Kudos to Eli!!!

Food was good!!! They had delicious falafel. A very nice Israeli restaurant. Loved their falafel. It’s a bit pricey but worth it!!! Definitely recommend.
Be the first to ReplyExcellent Israeli pita food take out dine in.
A pita Israelie restaurant with take away, cafe and restaurant seating on level 4 of the Hussain yards. The menu is meat and veggie around pita pockets. Tried the double cheeseburger and ‘fish n chips’ both excellent fresh tasty and ‘healthy’ in that it’s fresh cooked, great ingredients. Loved it
Be the first to ReplyNoisy, busy, tasty food
Chelsea market, where this establishment is, is a noisy busy ”market”. So is Miznon. If you look for nice relaxed hour to enjoy your bite, this is not it. When it is warmer, there are covered benches outside which probably are less busy, now too cold to sit outside. Person taking the orders and payment rude as expected, there are customers and I guess will be so not that important I suppose. On the other hand, the guy running around was very pleasent, higher on the corporate ladders I suppose. It is strange, how basic manners are not part of dna for many people. What comes to food, bill was surprisingly high all put together, would have covered a more ”restaurant” like experience, but the set we ordered was tasty. Lots of garlic and probably some chili, which I like. Additional plus was the Tel Aviv- wibe, which Im was not familiar at all, actually though this was greek when entering. So all in all, if you dont mind the busy hectic environment and sligthly untidy environment or can handle the cashier’s attitude, this might be for you, and at Chelsea market it is easy to pick something else instead, many, though in many ways similar places. High line ends basicly to Chelsea market so easy to combine The Edge, High line and Chelsea market

In Hebrew, MIZNON is Buffet, not a restaurant. Be carefull !! The first course includes 15 plates of all kinds salads and all of them are rich in hot pepper. I didn't know that a baked potato could be so spicy too. Grilled junbo shrimp skewers were delicious but I couldn't get any side sauce. Service was OK.
Be the first to ReplyExcellent experience! Delicious food like no other.
Best experience!!! Absolutely delicious food. The most incredible pita bread, soft fluffy and the right color. Everything we ordered was absolutely so good. Top notch service! Their staff member walk around and fix everything. To the young man that served us - thank you so much for seeing us and accommodating our needs with our young children. We also absolutely love the Hudson’s yard branch - fantastic food and an excellent service. Can’t wait to go back soon.

I love it ! They have a shop in Paris and New York and everytime im in one of those cities I have to go eat there. Please open one in Belgium :) The roasted cauliflower with tahini is A-MAZING. Chicken zatar, ratatouille, falafel … everything is so good you want it all.
Be the first to ReplyExcellent mid-east food.
Chelsea market has all kinds of restaurants large, small, moderate and expensive. My wife and I have been out of metro area for 4 years, this is what we missed. Friends were with us and we were all happy. Couple of lamb kebobs, falafel sandwich, even fish and chips in a pita. All very good. Limited seating indoors, but benches outside. Soda, waters and beer available.
Be the first to ReplyDelicious moist lamb kabob
I had the lamb kabob, it comes stuffed in a pita, delicious moist lamb, fried onions, tomato, tahini, and a little bit of spice.I would like to try many of the other items on the menu they sound amazing.
Be the first to ReplyGreat Healthy Food With Fast Efficient Service
Had a quick lunch if the Lavan pita (roasted cauliflower and other veggie goodness) and a cold beer. Super fresh and tasty and a Blue Point lager washed it down well. Fast, efficient service as well. Order at the counter and grab a seat, first come first serve. Scored a nice table.

My first try of Israelian cuisine and directly a success! Well spiced, great quick bite and amazing staff! I had pita falafel and I can really recommend it.
Be the first to ReplyVisit to Hudson Yard
We were visiting Hudson Yard in NYC and decided to have lunch at Miznon. My daughter and I ordered the wild mushrooms in pita, my son ordered Rotisserie broken chicken and wife ordered the Falafel burger. My wife felt the falafel was somewhat undercooked (there was a heavy rush during lunch time) but rest of the items were just top class. We recommend this place highly.

So tasty, so good one of best fast food in NY. We had burger in pita and chicken with tahini and it was absolutely delicious

Without a doubt the worst pitta (and extras) I’ve ever experienced. Greasy, under seasoned, loveless. Borderline inedible. The miserable tomato, pointlessly placed at the centre of the table was probably the best bet here.
Of course, the staff didn’t care. They’d heard this complaint too many times before.
Eyal Shani would be horrified if he knew what had happened to his brand in New York. It’s slanderous
