The food is amazing and the service was great!! I can't recommend the pork belly ramen enough -- tender, juicy, cozy, full of flavor!
Be the first to ReplyI went there on April 22nd and only ate their Ramen dish.
After eating, my stomach started bothering me so I used the restroom. Their food gave be diarrhea and my stomach has been feeling terrible ever since I ate there. That night I couldn't sleep and got up every hour to use the bathroom because it was so bad. The next day, I called to speak with their General Manger Josh and the girl that answered said she didn't know what time he would be in and that I should call back. I called back later that afternoon and Camille told me to call back at 2pm. I called back ad spoke with Tony, who took down all of my information and told me that Josh would call me back. Since Josh didn't call me back and the restraunt was closing in less than and hour, I called back several times and someone at the restaurant kept rejecting my call because all of a sudden it would stop ringing and after calling back several times, they finally decided to actually answer. So I explained to the guy that answered and he said Josh left early and that Josh would call me back the next day. I waited two days and called the restaurant back again today and Camille told me she doesn't know where Josh is but that he will call me back. This restrauant couldn't care less about their food, their customer service, or their patrons so if you don't want to get sick then I suggest that people not eat here.

OMG!!!! When I tell you, this is one of those places you have to eat at, you have to eat there. We were in Vegas and I ate here three times sit at the bar where you can watch the kitchen cook the food and definitely order the broccolini, or the cauliflower, and the pork. I promise, you will never have tastier pork! The service was perfect as always, the ambience seems a little hectic and a little loud, but it wouldn't keep me from not going.
Be the first to ReplyAfter a rocky start, our experience was fantastic.
Our first server failed to even acknowledge our table for over 15 minutes followed by a less than stellar first impression when he did. As soon as he was aware, the manager stepped in and assigned a different server. Don't be afraid to ask for service if it's lacking and allow a reset, this restaurant can rock great service and great food. I hope the start was an anomaly. Our new server, Matt, was amazing. His knowledge of the food, the beverages and the provenance of the ingredients and his energy in making sure we were having a great experience was beyond expectations. We started with the House Pickles and also the Sprouted Cauliflower. This dish is my new favorite thing! I wish we lived closer to enjoy the symphony of flavors and textures in this dish again soon. I followed with the Spicy Miso Ramen. The broth is to die for. Another hit! My husband enjoyed the lamb ribs. After a citrus (yuzu?) meringue tart, we savored a finisher of Montenegro Amaro. Thank you to Matt, the manager and the kitchen staff at Momofuku for a memorable dinner!

In all the years we've been going to Vegas this is the first time we made it to Momofuko. What a delightful surprise. Every bite bursting with deliciousness. We ordered the spicy cucumbers, the ginger scallion noodles and the grilled Iberico pork. Our waiter was down to earth and attentive. I can't wait to go back and order the exact same thing because it was to die for!
Be the first to ReplyGreat food.
Located in the Cosmopolitan, 2nd floor. Tasty and fresh dishes. Staff very sweet and friendly. Delicious dinner in a relaxed atmosphere.
Be the first to ReplyLunch service was really, really good.
Server was super friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Food was served very fast. Portion sizes were as expected. Flavors were awesome. Pork Belly Bun, Caviar Bun and the Ginger Scallion Noodle were fantastic! Highly recommended. We will be back.
Be the first to ReplyBest ramen EVER! Service was also on point.
I'm going to have to come back to this place every time I go to Vegas...yes...that good.
Be the first to ReplyTerrible food, horrible service.
Over rated, tons of better places exist in LV. Save your money and time and go somewhere else

It's very hard to get into this place in NYC so if you get the opportunity to experience it in Vegas you should. Beautiful restaurant with fusion dishes that represent Asian/American cuisine.

Be the first to ReplyThe food was absolutely delicious.
We ate here twice once for lunch and once for dinner do not pass on the bao buns. For lunch Steak Ssam is a must. The service was great they were helpful with the menu and fast.

Absolutely awesome time, awesome food! Oh, yeah the duck not bad either ;) actually it was delicious. Went there on a business dinner and it was fantastic! We sort of had like a 4 course meal with wine and sake their brand which was really good. I would definitely go again next time I'm in Las Vegas!
Be the first to ReplyThe shoyu pork ramen is delicious.
The broth has a great depth of flavor, the noodles have a nice chew, and the pork shoulder and pork belly are so tender. All the components add up to a nice bowl of comfort food. What really stood out to me is the generous amount of pork you are given. A lot of ramen places are so stingy with the meat. This is a solid choice for when you want something in-between fast casual and fine dining.

I've been twice before and each time the food is outstanding. I've usually been able to grab a bar spot for two people, but if your party is bigger than that or you are looking for a table, expect a wait or make a reservation. If you can get a kitchen view table, even better, it's so fun to watch the chefs since it's an open view kitchen. The food does change, but here's what we ordered:Pickle Plate: very unique, a variety of pickles vegetables such as daikon and snap peas. A great side for a lot of other things. Pork belly bao buns: delicious. It's what they're known for and it always hits. Hokkaido Pumpkin with coconut yogurt and chili crunch: I loved this. Spicy and crispy and just such a fun thing to try. We were going to stop there and just have our apps, but our server recommended that we try the lamb ribs, because apparently they're only on the menu every two years. OMG THE HIGHLIGHT OF THE MEAL. Crispy and sticky and rich and tender. If you like sticky ribs, you will love these. Absolutely worth the $40. This is in the Cosmo, so don't expect to walk away without dropping some decent cash, 50 bucks a person minimum if you're getting small plates. We didn't have alcohol this time, but the cocktails also looked pretty spectacular.

The food is deliciously amazing! We had cucumbers, brussel sprouts, shrimp and pork belly buns to start our meal. The pork belly buns are by far, the best I've ever had. It was so flavorful and I could probably eat 8 of these to myself. My daughter and I had the spicy miso ramen and it was a great way to end our evening. The wait service was icing on the cake. I wish I remembered the waitress' name but she never let our drinks get low, she made really good recommendations and they were able to accommodate our last minute additions party. Great interactions, atmosphere and the menu is solid! We will definitely come back.

Fun place and amazingly good food! Had a great time and quick service. The pork belly!!!

Ok. Good service, but to be expected. Food was so underwhelming. Vegas, right? Lured in by the lights, glamor, activities, etc. Then ripped off every which other way.
Be the first to Replyoverpriced and bland food.
we had the oysters, pork belly slider bun sliders, crispy lamb ribs, and duck pantan ramen. all of it was very underwhelming and not good.
Be the first to ReplyAmazing experience at Momofuku.
I have been there a few times before but was blown away firther tonight. Our waiter Mags sets the standard for a good waiter. Personable, knowledgeable and a great guy. He set us up with a tasting menu and did not dissapoint. Started with Sashito peppers (yum), followed by some mondblowing pumpkin, then rounded off apps with out of this world pork buns. For the mains, we shared green curry rice cakes that were spot in, lamb ribs that were otherworldly and lobster tails/shrimp that were immersed in a philippino inspired sauce. Too to bottom, one of the top 5 meals of my life. Also have to note that the GM Josh started off the dinner by pulling a chair for my friend and speaking with us about his craft after we indulged. From ambiance, service and culinary delivery, 5.5 stars.
Be the first to ReplyExpected to be blown away eating at a David Chang
Expected to be blown away eating at a David Chang restaurant but was disappointed how mediocre and unsatisfying the Shoyu Pork Belly Ramen was. Broth was decent. Noodles were al dente. Thick cut pork belly wasn't marinaded in the usual soy-mirin-sake mixture. Poached egg was just a plain tasting egg. I was still hungry after after spending 20 bucks at this place.
Be the first to ReplyHad an amazing meal here yesterday.
We stopped in for a snack and had no idea what to order. Christina was a gem and took great care of us. Her recommendations were top notch. The pork belly buns and truffle ramen were incredible. Can't wait to come back. Thank you, Christina!!

Be the first to ReplyThis place is so good, we ate there twice.
We loved sitting at the counter and watching the action. You can tell that each dish was prepared and plated with love and attention. The staff was super friendly and really welcomed us. We had the mushroom ramen, the kabocha squash, and the roast chicken. The broth in the ramen had insane umami. We ordered extra poachedeggs and that was the perfect amount of protein. the pork belly buns are also a must have. Reservations strongly recommended.
Be the first to ReplyMy three positives and a negative because the world needs
My three positives and a negative because the world needs more positivity:+ for foodies- this place is the bomb. I'm not- but every dish was full of unusual and delightful flavors. The green curry rice cakes were unbelievably scrumptious (we ordered two). A friend ordered the pork shoulder and declared it the best he'd had. The duck (while I'm not a personal fan) was well presented+ the service was on point. Friendly, helpful and responsive. There was not a minute our waters got below 3/4 full+ the view is spectacular. Overlooking the strip, it's a world in itself - I was glad to experience this- but I don't see the value. $200 a head is far too rich for my tastes
