Sunset and delicious food
Delicious cuisine, magical location in Los Gigantes, perfect for the sunset, walk along the sea on the rocks right below the restaurant. Very kind waiter and very welcoming place. Super recommended!
Great main courses
The restaurant was very quiet on a Sunday night so service was quick and polite - we had none of the issues reported by other reviewers. Apparently it has only recently re-opened and, as it doesn't advertise much from the road, this may explain why it was not full. We were only aware that it existed because we could see it from our hotel room. The menu was short but there was something for everyone and I'd prefer a limited choice if it means that the food is prepared and cooked well. We shared a starter of 'various' croquettes, which were nice but they all tasted to same in our opinion. This was followed by two brilliant main courses - sirloin steak (which was more like a big fillet steak) and pork shoulder. When we're back in Tenerife we'll definitely go again.
Awful
Seated us fine then ignored us for so long we had to go and get someone to take our drinks order. Ordered two beers then 40 minutes later they still hadn’t been over to take our food order even though we had requested twice to order food. So when we got up to pay for our drinks to leave they asked ‘is it because we took so long to take your order?’ And we said yes so they knew they had rubbish service.

Loved Ohana - we came down for cocktails and this place is great! Perfect spot for sunset. Great drinks and brilliant service. We’ll be back for more!
Dirty, unhygienic, rude and poor food.
Worse place I have ever visited! The chef was caught scratching his bum then contuine to cook!!! We also found 2 hairs in the the fish dish my partner ordered! The fish was soft and mushy, clearly frozen! When raised the issue with the angry woman owner she cussed and swore and threw a right paddy! Absolute disgrace! If you like hygiene don’t go here!!!!

I won't write a review anytime soon but this is the worst thing I have ever eaten in my life. We are both vegetarian and chose this restaurant because there are many vegetarian options on the website and outside on the plate. The menu we were presented with once we sat there contained almost no vegetarian dishes. After we inquired about this, the owner came to tell us that the menu had recently changed but that they could make us a vegetarian burger and vegetarian lasagna. That was okay for us. The lasagna was a microwave lasagna from Aldi or Lidl and I really have doubts whether it was really vegetarian. The burger was really scandalous: dirty bun with dirty (vegetarian?) burger, bicky onions and pickles, not even a sauce. I don't mind if there are no vegetarian options, just be honest. I really don't understand how the score on Tripadvisor and Google can be so high. Ah yes, and as I write this, we both have stomach aches...
21st Birthday
Started off well ,food was good then I asked how much for champagne first it was 50euros ,then at the table they said 60 so I said no we will have prosecco which was 20, then we asked for the bill what a shock it was 280 euros, they wanted to charge us 80 euros for a few balloons and a small cake and also charged us for cutting the cake it was an absolute rip off we will never go back and I will tell friends and family to keep away, we have been residents in Los Gigantes for many years and this has never happened before, this was for my grandsons girlfriends 21st and they are not made of money.

After coming here for an evening meal, we realised the reviews on here were not wrong by any means! Food. Service, price. And overall the rudeness were nothing we have ever experienced here in Tenerife. Stay well clear guys!
Extremely bad experience.
Guy outside suggested we come in, so as we were looking for somewhere we took a chance as it has great views. Unfortunately the crap Scottish cliches he came out with about kilts etc. was not a good start ! Once seated, waitress was quite surly with an attitude problem. We ordered drinks and then looked at menu which was very limited and had nothing for vegetarians and also limited choice for meat eaters in group. After looking at menu and then waiting 20 mins I went inside and asked if they could take our order. Once again, waitress was not friendly and it was then we decided to pay for drinks and leave. Not recommended !
Good and economical
A beautiful place, ideal views of the sea (if it's a good day you can see the rubber tree in front. A nice and well decorated restaurant. Perfect treatment, ideal service. The food is quite good for the price. Paella for 2 from 32- €38 in total. Good variety of starters, first courses, main courses and very original desserts. A good place to come if you are looking for cheap and good food. We will probably return.

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
Any seller support?
Has anyone found a way to get a question answered? From what I can tell there is no way to get in touch with anyone that works at/for AT. Other than the occasional admin posting a consultation offer here and there they are non existent. A lot of people have the same issue I have where we cannot cash out earnings. I cannot get my warning medal removed even though I am under the threshold. Sad to say but seems like AT is holding up everyone’s funds currently. Very scary and makes me wonder….Please reply if you read this admins and can help. Tried every way possible to get in touch

I accepted a bid for a popular restaurant in Los Angeles only to receive a phone call shortly thereafter informing me that the reservation had been canceled due to it being listed on AT. I of course need to subsequently cancel the reservation on AT but get this warning that my status will be negatively affected for doing so. I've reached out to customer support about this several times with no response, not sure what to do in this station. Hoping someone can advise.

I have a prepaid reservation, but I'm allowed to transfer that reservation to others for a price that I set (up to the total price I paid).
For selling POSTPAID reservations, do I charge the buyer the full amount of the reservation when transferring? And then the buyer pays something on top of that (which is what is listed in the AppointmentTrader listing?)
Major Issue for Seller
My money is being held hostage! Can you please remove my refund medal as I am below the 11% threshold and should be able to withdraw my full daily amount now? I have been teying for a long time to get a reply on this. Major issue for people looking to do good/right like you ask and make positive sales. Being able to access earned revenue is critical and not getting any reply is very concerning for your sellers. Lot of other people having the same issue. Once below the threshold you should auto remove the warning medals.

Just wanted to put this out there as I find it quite weird. AT will hold money if your sell through rate is to low. I find this strange as you would think that sell through rate should reflect more on AT not marketing their site well enough to generate sales. It seems weird to punish sellers for listings not selling.

This got somehow approved by AT, and a customer bought this from me for 6pm. I want to cancel this listing and refund customer , but there is no way of doing this ! Banned from Resy for selling reservations- Do we have a rat on our hands???
I am new to this app and started off by selling a polo bar reservation and then quickly sold one more reservation. Not long after I received emails from Resy saying all my reservations are cancelled and I am being banned from Resy for life. How could this have possibly happened without a rat telling Resy that I sold the reservation. I need some advice on this situation and let’s catch the rat!
