An amazing tour and tasting
We stopped by opus one and they were able to get us in the following day. We spoke with Hillary and she was so nice. We came back and had a tasting with Cory. He was so knowledgeable and made the experience so much better. Then he took us on a to
Mysogynistic
Sommelier was mysogynistic and rude. Would never recommend coming here for a tasting. There are much better places with nicer staff

Host is so good in explaining things and very welcoming. Would recommend it!
Amazing Experience
Upon arrival the staff was very welcoming and professional. Maxwell was our specialist. He was delightful throughout the experience. The grounds were beautiful and the tasting areas very elegant. Stunning architecture. The wine is simply outstandi
A great product can mask bad customer care--for a while.
But over time, a company that ignores customers is building its own disruption.
This winery is definitely a special experience.
The property is very modern. The wines are undeniable excellent with a heavy emphasis on Bordeux style. That said, the tasting felt a little rushed, and the structure of the experience is very fixed. You can't really request specific vintages o

World class service with phenomenal old world class wine.
What I like most here is the venue and amazing acoustics. Pricey but worth it. I appreciate them not leaving the gate always open. Highly recommended!
I hate to say.

. I've been working out. I was attempting to do 40 awesome things/bucket list things before 40 in the last year of my 30s and going wine tasting in Napa was one of them.. so I just knew that if i was going to do it for the first time, I would ha

Amazing wines.
You start by being granted entrance past the locked vehicle gate, and slowly travel the long driveway. Then we were immediately welcomed by our awesome host, Brendan! We saw the grape sorting area, barrels in the perfect cave, and sipped incredible w

Looking at some of the negative reviews, I have to ask - do you actually like higher end wines? What did you expect from Opus One? This was our first of 9 wineries we tasted during our trip to Napa Valley and it set the bar high. Our host Brendan wa
Whispering Lou from Toronto
We stopped by the winery with no tastings booked while exploring the Napa Valley. We were welcomed with a smile from the host/hostess and were welcomed to enjoy the beautiful grounds. When I asked about buying some wine we were led into a beautiful
Nothing like it in Napa!
After a gated entrance lined with lovely olive trees, your attention will be held captive by a modern building with some unique architectural features. We were ushered into an atrium before meeting our wine educator, Theresa. A brief tour ensued an
A must do in Napa Valley
A visit to Napa Valley is not complete without a tasting and tour of Opus One. This winery set the bar high for the region when it was first created and it continues to push that bar higher. How many wineries make just one wine…but do so with s
Beautiful Winery
This was our first stop on our wine tour last week. We are from MI so this winery was at the top of our list to try, since we love the wine (when we can splurge on it). The grounds were beautiful, the tasting areas were gorgeous and tasteful (be sure

Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to Opus One Winery Oakville at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the Opus One Winery Oakville page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* FluffyStar64, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's $200 bid.
* FluffyStar64 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to FluffyStar64 for any questions Peter may have as FluffyStar64 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* FluffyStar64 now uses their connections at Opus One Winery Oakville to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If FluffyStar64 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, FluffyStar64 receives the $200 reward which is credited to FluffyStar64's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Opus One Winery Oakville!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
