It was very poor service. I had booked my table during the day itself, yet when I reached there, they did not know that the table was booked. Anyway, I adjusted with whatever table was arranged. I kept waiting for a long time for someone to come and take my order but no one came.After waiting a lot, I went to the counter myself and i said I can see you are very busy so please take my order here. That's why he assured that he would come and take the order.After 10 minutes a person took our order and said that he would like to serve it soon. Or it's a bad situation or we did not serve food even at that late hour.After that I called on the number mentioned online from whom I bought the table book. He answered the phone and said, Madam, I have never done anything like this before and I am quickly sending it to Pushpendra ji. He will surely give you good service and our cashier hasn't come today because of that we are facing problem.After 10 minutes no one came I went back to the counter or asked is Pushpendra ji available here. After 5 minutes a waiter came and said Pushpendra ji has not come today I have taken your order.Now I have completely finished my hunger and I am finally tired or my friend decided to pay for water and juice and after that we will go for dinner somewhere else.Now after this I went to the counter to pay the bill and at that time there was two person standing at the counter both of them ignored me. Now this was the end of our journey and I shouted whether anyone would take the payment or I would leave without paying.After this someone said that you will pay the niche and now I started paying the bill at the niche counter. What a gentle man said, please forgive me, I am running this restaurant today, I have not been able to manage the log. I said sir i am sorry that I have come here for the third time even after giving such poor service. I will take care of you no matter what your request is, please take charge and let us go asap.From then again we had bad luck or it's a poor management. I was waiting for the lift. Like the lift has come, there is a couple Soughting in the lift, mdm please call someone, we have stucked in the lift. As I looked, the lift door was slowly opening. I requested the person at the counter nearby. Please tell someone that this lift is not working.The person at the reception told us without even looking that you were 6-7 people trying to go together that is why the lift had broken down. This was a very absurd kind of answer. Then I started talking to you in such a tone that you stop giving excuses and crying without looking at the situation and treating people like that. Because the spring of the lift has already passed. After waiting for a while, we got out of the lift.I myself am a hotelier and have stayed with many brands but I have never seen or provided such poor service. After this I said I will never visit the restaurant. My request is that you please try to understand people come here to eat food not to waste your time. Please give good service because they are paying their harder money for your services.. thank you🙏
