This is an enigma.
Why does the owner of a highly rated restaurant insist on slapping on a extremely high fee for a reservation canceled two days in advance? I really wanted to dine here this Friday. Open Table informed me that I would be charged $100 for my party of f

Food was excellent, I loved the fried goat cheese and truffle speghettios! I expected to see some Palm trees and plants or waterfall. I was disappointed.
Absolute Gem
My daughter picked this blindly from the internet (we were visiting town) and we gave it a try. Absolutely delightful little place. Added to our "when we are in Pittsburgh we must go" list. My daughter had the Tuna Sushi Tots and said they
All tasty small and large plates.
Helpful server for our first visit. Will return with high anticipation. Warm ambiance. Only small problem- the food came all at once instead of pacing the plates.

As soon as Palm Palm opened, accolades were being spread amongst foodies in the Pittsburgh area, so of course, I anticipated my visit. Upon entering the restaurant, there's a bar in front of you with cool seating and group tables in the back.
I recommend booking a reservation through opentable.
Went with my wife to celebrate our final date night before our newborn! Right when we walked in the hosts greeted us and congratulated my wife (I added a note we were celebrating on opentable). They were so pleasant and welcoming. The vibes insid

Upon walking in, the atmosphere is very lively and bright.
The decor is really cool, and they have multiple areas to dine/drink (bar, outside, couch area, or main tables). Apparently the larger tables are reservation only so definitely recommend getting a reservation in advance! The happy hour special on foo

My friend & I went here for my birthday.
We had a cocktail at the bar before our dinner. The bartender, hostess and waiter were all so lovely and made our time even better. They did a cute monkey sparkler for my birthday and we had the delicious key lime pie! I like that you can stay as lo
First, our waiter was excellent.
And they had a large staff. We shared small plates -5 for four ladies. Perfect. And since it was a birthday, we shared the pistachio cheesecake. Delicious.
Palm palm is absolutely fantastic and a true experience.
Unique cocktails, diverse and delicious tapas (as well as full plates for those who want), and delectable desserts are beautifully presented and like edible art. Get immersed in the mid-century cali vibes and start with their house margarita. Take
Excellent.
There were a number of vegetable forward small plates, and you could certainly make an evening of sharing a series of small plates with friends. The cocktails were both interesting and well crafted, and I'm not even much of a cocktail person. Th
Awful food.
Really did not like my experience there. Extremely expensive for what you get. Place is nicely designed and the servers were great. But the food was so salty. Could not stop drinking water all night. Nothing we had was good.

Vibrant tapas in Pittsburgh's East End
The menu is biased toward tapas but there are certainly some lovely full-portion mains as well. We suspect the menu is likely to change dynamically depending on what is in season and what suits Chef's fancy, so rather than comment on specific di

* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
