I have this restaurant up there with my dinning experience at Alex Sratas' Michelin awarded resultant Alex at Wynn. Service is at that top! The outside is unassuming but the inside, is beautiful and carefully designed, much like their food! Smile and warm welcome. We were sat promptly and the experience commenced. Reservations are a must. This restaurant may take months to get into, so plan accordingly. After being sat, A pallet cleanser was put before us, escargot with garlic herb butter. Excellent. We were a party of six, and we all were having the 7 course with wine tasting. The first dish was a perfect egg that was slow cooked at 145 degrees for hours, which gave it a different flavor and taste. The components on the plate complemented the egg and didn't outshine the simplicity of its rather long journey. The second plate was a whole main lobster claw with a deconstructed Panag sauce. You taste each sauce separately, to help you understand what was about the happen, then, with a stroke of your fork, you blend the sauces together and the aromas and flavor give birth to the familiar Thai panag sauce! This sauce complemented the succulent lobster claw meat. The third course was a frog leg on a foie gras foam accompanied by a tempura battered Swiss char. Each course is carefully crafted and timed. Each better than the last. As the night went on our next course was brought out to us, stuffed artichoke and asparagus. Beautifully presented and full of flavor. Our next plate that came out was the ribeye with a beet salad. I'm a sucker for both steak and beets, sooo, yeah I really loved everything about this plate. I was in "a don't talk to me mode " while enjoyed each bite. Lol The cheese plate came next and honestly I can't remember what cheeses were presented in a soufflé. But it was delicious! Then the dessert was a citrusy journey of the meringue with white chocolate. Every plate thoughtfully presented and carefully crafted. I would say the experience was one of my tops. The differences between Partage and Alex was Alex was a little more in every aspect. But that dining experience was absolutely elite. This was more in the grasp of the food lover and a reasonable budget. Well done.
