Best Indian food
5 out of 5. Brilliant food and service. In particular the peshwari naan was the best Iโve ever eaten. Bhasrat (sp) the chef did an amazing job.
Be the first to ReplyAverage. Avoid.
High on Disappointment, extremely average on food. For a fine dining restaurant resting on the name of its chef, the food was so bland and average. The Paan mock tail was the only saving grace. Papads, roti, mutton curry- all seemed to have been reheated ( not fresh). Dessert platter was a bad decision we made , with none of the desserts making it upto average grade too. Good on decor and a great location adjacent to the Dubai Mall, this fails to attract by the very crucial element- its food!! Prices are reflective of a fine dine. Except that itโs so coarse on experience!
Be the first to ReplyFantastic indian food
Fantastic good Indian food that tastes just like Indian food should. Perfectly seasoned and plenty of food. The staff is nice and attentive and the food arrives fairly quickly after the order is placed. What unfortunately lowers the rating a bit is the premises. There is very little space and the furniture is old and shabby. This together with the annoying red lighting gives not the most cozy place to sit and eat, but as I said, the food is fantastic!
Be the first to ReplyPatiala - birthday party
We went for our friendโs birthday celebration and were allotted a nice, private space in corner of the restaurant. We were served by Sadiq who was very prompt and helpful in service. We ordered corn tikki, chicken tikka in the starter and it was delicious. In the main course their Dal Makhani is awesome and must try. Achari subji and chicken bhurji was also good. In the dessert, gulab jamun was awesome but pista kulfi was not great. Overall a good experience with food, service and ambience.
Be the first to ReplyPatiala, Souk Al Bahar, Downtown Dubai
If you are hunting for fine dining Indian restaurant in Dubai with amazing view and ambiance, then head out to @patialadubai in heart of downtown at Souk Al Bahar, Dubai. Recently got a chance to try culinary art of Chef @rawat.bharat7 and I must say he speaks magic through his dishes. They have a wide range of menu with Authentic Indian dishes of Appetizers, Main Course, Desserts and Drinks. I really enjoyed each and every bite of the meal. Thanks Patiala Dubai for lovely hospitality. Just visit them, highly recommended.

Be the first to ReplyAmazing place to be and enjoy food and drinks by the bartender Mr. Vansh Arora
The best part about the restaurant is the ambience and nostalgic feeling. Also ordered flaming shots that were amazing and Kudos to the Bartender Mr. Vansh Arora for making my day more special. This restaurantโs food and drinks took me back to punjab.

Thanks to Mr Bharat and Mr Saddhik! They made our experience very positive, and kind. The paneer and dal Makhni is so good, their flavours are on point. Lovely! Must try pistachio kulfi here!
Be the first to ReplyFine dining Indian food. Try it 100%
We are the fan for sure. Very tasty Indian food in the best possible way that you can describe. I am speech less to be honest. You should try it. Our waiter name was Mr. Sadib, an additional value to the very nice Five Dinning restaurant. I do believe their head chef is a extra ordinary person with very special talent. Unfortunately I forgot his name. Anyway his good, very good.

Be the first to ReplyIndian food with a twist
Dropped in on spec fairly late one night. The restaurant was full but we got a table in the bar. This was not ideal, but we were quickly moved to the main restaurant before our starters arrived. Food was excellent, with n interesting and varied menu it was hard to choose but nothing disappointed. Service was good throughout the evening. Definitely recommend for Indian food in Dubai.
Be the first to ReplyGreat food and experience
Went to Patiala to celebrates wife's birthday. We opted for their Diwali 4Course set menu (Veg and NonVeg). The service was good and ontime. The atmosphere was nice. The food was amazing and tasty. The quantity was enough and we were full till main course. They surprised with Happy birthday desert platter. Overall great experience
Be the first to ReplyWe did not get the table we reserved
We made our booking in person a week before we dined so we could see the restaurant and select a nice table . We were entertaining close friends and wanted everything to be perfect in the night .
The table we selected was a table which provided the most light ( my eye sight is not the best )
We arrived 15 mins late due to heavy weekend traffic but my hotel had already informed the restaurant .
When we arrived , we noticed our reserved table was occupied by another party . We were asked to sit on another table so I questioned it . The waiter simply said you were late and this party requested your table so we gave it them . I said it was reserved for us and there were other tables you could have asked them to select. The restaurant was not even half full and if the waiter simply said to the other party , that table was reserved , Iโm sure they would have been cool about it .
No common sense and no respect for our Pre booked reservation which sadly started the evening on a disappointing note .
The service was generally slow but to be fair the starters were very well presented and tasty delicious . The mains were ok but Iโve tasted better . The chicken curry was disappointing as it at best had only 3 cubes of chicken .
Would I go again , donโt think so , thereโs better Indian restaurants in Dubai with better food and all round service at better prices.
Great service and starters. Poor main dishes.
The service and the starters were excellent, unfortunately both of the main courses were disappointing. When the food is this expensive all dishes need to be top class.
Be the first to ReplyTerrible...
Before the hotel management decided to label me as a cheap guest..Let me start by saying that the food was good. However the entire experience was spoiled by staff who doesn't give a damn about customer not being happy ....they have to be trained to be empathise. The world now leaves on credit card discounts, entertainers Zomato discount etc. No one informed us that the set menu which btw is 150 per person isn't entitled for discounts. They just shrug saying we won't give you discount and that's that. NO APOLOGY no special discount or any gesture of any sort. It was like hear is the bill pay it....this completely ruined everything. On top of that their waiter need to use deodorants...one gentleman in particular. Now I know why the restaurant isn't doing that great....I am a hotelier and having worked with the likes of Armani hotel in dubai I guess my expectations were very high....Taking about food. Chicken wasa bit old and dry but the gravy saved the day as that tasted good. Briyani and Daal Makhni were amazing ๐. The homemade kulfi was also very good. The bread should he served fresh rather that keeping 10 bread on the table and by the time you finish one the others are very cold and chewy. Plus please control the portion size for mains...its an utter waste of food. In addition the tables are small so such big serving bowls are just occupying the entire table. NO GOOD. U also need to serve some palate cleansers between courses. Also no one asked if we were ready for the main course they just served it. A few more thing s ut let's see what Checf Kapur and team replies back to me on this..
Be the first to ReplyAlways delicious
We have dined here on many occasion and have never been disappointed. The staff and service are great. The food is delicious and there's lots of it. Certainly good value for money. Looking forward to my next visit.

We went to see the fountain show and then walked around to find a place to have dinner. Patiala doesn't have the view but the interior is so cozy and the service so good that it's worth visiting. We had the tasting menu and it was delicious, we felt back in India. It's also quite vast so we couldn't finish despite we tried hard.
