Pebbles Bar and Grill Southport Reviews
Our favourite place to eat in Ainsdale
We moved in to the area 3 months ago. In that time we have been to this lovely place four times. Most recently, 12 of us went last weekend to celebrate a 60th birthday. And every single person enjoyed it! Last week, two friends came to visit us from Formby and called in to Pebbles en route. “Oh, we stopped off in a lovely place before coming here. Pebbles? Do you know it?” Oh yes, we know it! And it is our favourite place in Ainsdale. Small, cosy and welcoming, the menu is predominantly Greek (my favourite food) but there is also a good selection of English dishes. I have tried the Afelia (Cypriot dish), chicken gyros, the mezze. All were excellent, but my favourite dish was the beef stifado, hands down. The chef clearly knows how to make authentic Greek food with big flavours. I hope that Pebbles can get that dish on to its regular menu. The prices are very good too. I will be back very soon!
Valentines special
My wife Lisa and I went last night for a valentines meal there was a special three course menu for the evening with choice of starter, main and dessert the food and service was as always excellent and the icing on the cake was the live music brilliantly performed by Ray Williams vocals and saxophonist who is returning for a Mothers day special, we shall be returning !

Great lunch
Difficult on a Monday lunch to find anywhere open in Ainsdale but thankfully this place was. Beautifully appointed and quite small but lovely staff and a good menu of small and large plates. I do love Greek food and so had a small plate of chicken gyros which was delicious. Hot chocolate was really good and thick. Will definitely be back but maybe on train so we can try a cocktail or two!
Pebbles
We had a lovely impromptu lunch here on the first Sat after New Year. We actually ended up here as we parked at the other end of the village and worked our way down, as everywhere else was full. Nothing to suggests it's a Greek Restaurant which is to it's detriment I think. The food was lovely and plentiful and the staff very friendly. The chips weren't brilliant, a bit thick and lots of bits and the restaurant could have done with being a lot warmer but otherwise we had a lovely time.
The worst ping food
Ping food delivered frozen in the middle then re delivered cold in the middle not offered any compensation disgraceful service
Great place
What a gem! Called in today and had an early evening meal. Lovely restaurant, gorgeous lady serving, we had small fish and chips and glass of wine included, beautiful.
Bad experience
Only gave 3 stars because food is good. Waiting on service is terrible. The waitress served our food with washing up gloves on and to the table next to us.
Brilliant Birthday Lunch
Pebbles is a great asset to Ainsdale Village. With its welcoming outdoor lighting and cosy interior, it was the perfect place for 7 ladies to hold a celebratory lunch. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and the food was delicious.
We was looking for somewhere for dinner.
We was looking for somewhere to go for dinner came across this little bar. We enjoyed the food which was good but customer service not so much. Which was a shame

1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* ElaborateHouse74, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* ElaborateHouse74 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to ElaborateHouse74 for any questions Peter may have as ElaborateHouse74 user fills the bid.

* Once the reservation is secured, ElaborateHouse74 receives the $200 reward which is credited to ElaborateHouse74's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Pebbles Bar and Grill Southport!
