Posi's Kitchen Baltimore Reviews from The Last Year
Nice food
Food is very tasty. Enjoyed the big birdie. Very Friendly staff and meal was prepared on time. Would definitely recommend
The new suya pizza was a spicy treat
I have been drooling over the social media posts of the new suya pizza, and I can now confirm it is a spicy treat on a perfectly made crust. This served as our appetizer, along with an order of fried, sweet plantain. The iced hibiscus tea with lemon and mint was refreshing, especially as it was not sweetened in advance. Two of us had the hearty pounded yam with tender goat meat, one with okra stew, the other with egusi. The colorful jollof rice complimented the souce turkey wing. The tastes happily transported us back to West Africa.
By far the best Nigerian food I've had in a long time.
Not only was the food amazing but the service was absolutely outstanding, great ambiance and decor....overall a great experience, can't wait to come back. Whatever you get don't forget to try the meat pie
The egusi soup was amazing.
Came back two nights in a row! Ordered carry out, but would sit there for sure.
New to Baltimore and wanting to support local business, I
New to Baltimore and wanting to support local business, I said as much and asked for recommendations! The red rice tasted Burnt, I had asked for fries, and the spinach was spicy. Isn't that an important detail to share? The goat meat? Was it really? I am disappointed and not able to recommend this restaurant
Overpriced.
Underwhelming. Scarce customer service. Meh. Owners should reduce prices and concentrate on making food with greater flavor profiles. Authentic African cuisine from the continent is usually amazing. Owners should learn "cooking secrets" from their elders or relatives back home.
The food was delicious!!! I was suppose to share but, I ate
The food was delicious!!! I was suppose to share but, I ate it all to myself! Try them out for yourself you won't be disappointed! Efo Riro
Love this place! The food is so good.
Just ate the tilapia and immediately came on yelp to say it was amazing.
This is what greed and poor business looks like.
$20 dollars for a small bowl of soup $5 for fufu. It's so disappointing when some African businesses don't understand value. Overcharging doesn't make you more money. You just loose future business. The food is okay but the servings are small.
Overall, I think Posi's Kitchen was pretty good.
It's nice and quaint. I had the beef suya with white rice. It was a little spicy for me but that's to be expected with West African food. The service was great. The waiter was attentive and informative. I would definitely recommend checking it out.
Delicious West African fare with just the right spice
Posi's Kitchen features what they appropriately term West African Fusion built on a Nigerian culinary foundation. A West African accent was added to egg rolls, spring rolls, spaghetti, and waffles. These supplemented traditional main dishes like Jollof Rice, Poundo yam, and garri with well-known stews like basic tomato, okra, greens (e.g. spinach), abula (bean soup, draw leaf, tomato), and melon seed (egusi). All were made with care as when ordered, so a little wait time was well worth the homemade taste and presentation. Snacks and appetizers included two types of goat soup, beef and shrimp kabobs (suya), and more. The pleasant dining area is nicely decorated, and an inexpensive parking lot is found next door. A variety of West African drinks like mint-hibiscus-lemonade, Chapman, and juices were refreshing with the spicy meals. In addition to filling up with tasty appetizers and the main starches, I got a take-home order of moinmoin (steamed bean pudding) and asum (spicy goat soup). Posi's is clearly a gem of a restaurant.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Can come from a lot of places, people who don't want to get charged their cancellation fee or people who just have them and cant go.

almost all restaurants aren't affiliated with AT and I'm guessing it's mostly people wanting to not pay cancellation fees.
