The interior gave me vintage European tea time vibes. I was seated at a little corner table that overlooked the main lobby check-in. I didn't feel like guests were watching me while I was trying to enjoy my brunch, so that was a plus. Next, the hostess & wait staff were courteous and attentive. From the time I checked in till I left the restaurant, everyone was so kind and smiling. For brunch, I usually will order an Avocado Toast, and so I did. The bread was toasted to perfection! It's wasn't too hard on the edges. I was able to bite into it as well as cut through it with my knife and fork. The avocado spread was just the right amount of chunky and smoothe to perfeccture on the bread. I really enjoyed the addition with the radish, fresh spring mix, carrot shavings & Roma tomatoes. It blended so well with the avocado. I added an organic, easy over egg on the side to give it a little more protein. I did add a little ground black pepper & and a few dashes of Tabasco... Perfection! It was a great way to start off my morning, leaving me not too full but satisfied. Washed it down with some grapefruit juice & water. Pricing wasn't terrible, a little high, but it's understandable. Everything is inflated right now, given our economy. However, if I'm paying over 5$ for a glass of grapefruit juice, I would have probably liked it better if it had been freshly squeezed with pulp. The only downside of eating here was the restrooms. They don't have their own that's specific for their establishment, and the one they offered you is also one of the hotels public restrooms. At 10 a.m., I was shocked that I had to pass on 3 stalls to get to a decent one. The restrooms designated for this restaurant had 5 stalls for women's use. That's the only negative thing keeping me from ranking it 5 stars was the untidiness of the women's restrooms.
