Nice setting, fantastic service
Visited Racines as a group of 4 to celebrate a family member's birthday. Our server, Rey, delivered impeccable service. He was attentive and engaging, with great attention to detail. We did not expect it, but the restaurant also generously arranged for a small birthday cake to be sent to our table. Fabulous experience!
Delicious food, pleasant ambience and attentive service
Enjoyed the ambience, and the perfect seat in one corner of the restaurant that allowed us privacy. The people who made it happen are the wonderful folks of Racines with our appreciation for Wenz and Paul for always going out of their way to make the dining experience memorable. They are always attentive and from time to time would check in to ensure we are enjoying our time there. Particularly enjoy their mix of dishes, namely the fried cod, and sea bass topped with a signature tangy sauce! Racines is one of our favorite dining places in Singapore and we will be back again.
Amazing Hospitality & Service
Amazing hospitality and ambience. I've been going to Racines since last October and almost always to celebrate a special occasion. Food wise is French / Asian on weekdays, whereas on weekends, you get a good international buffet spread. Love the space, vibes, service and of course, the food & drinks. Thanks Wenz and Rey for being every so welcoming!

Their attention to detail and dedication to providing a memorable experience truly stood out. They went above and beyond by surprising my friend with a delightful birthday cake and song, which added a special touch to our dining experience. Furthermore, I must commend the culinary team for preparing such delicious food, and the ambiance of the restaurant made our time there even more enjoyable. Thank you once again for the outstanding service. I look forward to returning soon and experiencing more of Racines' hospitality.
Quiet environment, great service
Celebrated a cousin's birthday with the local food buffet lunch on a Saturday. The restaurant was quiet and was very nice for conversations. There was a good variety of dishes for the buffet, and the quality was good value for the price we paid (there was a 50% off discount with Accor Plus membership). What stood out for me was the impeccable service by Went and Paul. Used plates were cleared very promptly, and there was close attention paid to all guests to make sure everyone was comfortable, without being overly intrusive. They also asked if we were celebrating any occasion and prepared a small plate of desserts for the birthday celebration - they sing really well too! Overall an enjoyable experience and I will recommend it.
Fastastic Service of Wenz and Rey
Its Great to be back and dine at Racines. As always, I would commend the service staff who welcomed us at the host stand by Mr. Wenz and the service rendered by Mr. Rey. Both of them have delivered good service and well commended on their performance. Great ambience, great food and awesome service. Cheers to the Team!

Warm and great hospitality! Wenz and Rey were prompt in noting what we needed. Food was good too, hor fun with beef, first time I tried.
Quality of snapper is disappointing
I was here January and beginning of February and was totally impressed with the dishes. Unfortunately, this time round the fish portion shrank to a third of the size of my previous 2 visits. On top of that, the fish aas not fresh at all. When we brought it to the attention of service staff, we were told that the supplier changed. To us it was not a valid reason for serving sub-quality food (not befitting of a 5* hotel). The service staff gave us additional portion but the fish just was not fresh. I hope the management address this. I do love the rest of the food - the laksa and satay are staples in my orders always.
CNY dinner at Racines
Whenever we are at Racines, we’re always greeted by the friendly staff and they never fails to impress us with their hospitality. This time, during our CNY gathering, we were greeted by Louis, who is ever friendly and polite. Tossed the Yusheng with his auspicious Lohei words - extremely impressed by that service from him! Kudos to Ibrahim and Wenz who are constantly checking on us. Special thanks to the Chefs behind the scenes (Chef Andrew, Chef Neville and Chek YK) for their yummy food and great service! Amazing team over at Racines!

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
Newbie sellers— how fast do your reservations sell?
I have some reservations coming up tomorrow that have gotten lots of views but haven’t sold yet. I haven’t made a sale yet since I just joined this week. I keep lowering the price, but am worried they won’t sell. How long did it take you to sell your first reservations? And did you have success being reimbursed by AT for no-show or cancellation fees? Just looking for a little reassurance. Thanks!

I posted a request for a reservation this Thursday between 6:30 and 8 pm and initially the potential seller said it would be fulfilled by today. This app is a catfish and overrun by people programming “bots” and algorithms. It makes it frustrating for someone not well versed in this to have any movement.
