I just ate here and WOW! I am beyond upset, I ordered ONE roll. I asked if the crunch roll could be not spicy so the guy crossed out the spicy part and put in my order. Then the lady came over to my table and asked about the spicy and suggested a different roll instead but was still a crunch roll, I said okay. My order came and it was so spicy my mouth was on fire then shortly after that another roll came out, I never ordered two rolls. The roll was horrible, then I asked for the bill and they charged for $16 for a Tomadachi roll. I didn't order that. The roll I ordered was $8.50 when I said something about this they just acted like they didn't understand. I AM BEYOND PISSED. It's not okay to overcharge people like that and I should have made a bigger deal, I clearly didn't tip them anything, I will never come back. I honestly just want my money back, I wish I never came in this evening, what a waste. Go somewhere else. Somewhere that doesn't do this to a customer, I just realized I was charged for two rolls. I tried to call multiple times to get my money back and no one answers the phone. I tried to go back and they closed early. I will be calling first thing tomorrow. I am so pissed. Way to literally turn my night into a bad one.

They have the best lobster roll and shishito papers! All fish is always fresh and yummy!

This is my first time ordering takeout from this restaurant.
I ordered a hand roll and two cut rolls and they were absolutely sublime. The rolls were super fresh -- spicy tuna, and an Alaskan roll. it took about 25 minutes for them to prepare the food and they had a pretty busy dine-in crowd tonight. The prices are reasonable I can't speak for the dine in experience though I've read some misgiving reviews. I can safely say that takeout experience was phenomenal.

Best ramen I've tried in my life, the true Japanese gastronomic experience!
This restaurant is truly hidden in Bogotá, highly recommended for those who enjoy Japanese cuisine, as well as those who are curious. Arriving at the place, you are surprised by the atmosphere that resembles traditional Japanese Ramen cuisine, cozy and with a charming setting. On the table you will find several very traditional Japanese cuisine seasonings to enhance the entire experience, including Shoyu, Vinegar, Pepper and Roasted Garlic. We went to Tomodachi twice during the trip and ordered ramens both times. The first time we ordered 1 Ebi Gyosa as a starter, followed by 2 Shoyu Ramens, dishes with indescribable flavors, perfect flavor, which we had never tried before, without a doubt the best ramen I've ever tried. For desserts we ordered Tres Leches de Matcha, a true traditional Japanese dessert, highly recommended for Matcha lovers, a light and smooth dessert with a sweet touch. Our experience was so good that we returned to the place the following week! This time we ordered Dengakumiso as a starter, a type of eggplant served with Katsuobuchi and sweet miso, and for ramens we ordered 1 Toripaitan and 1 Spicy Toripaitan, again surprised by the unique quality of the dishes, perfect seasoning, perfect flavor, everything perfect! It must be noted that the place's prices are highly fair compared to other establishments specializing in Japanese cuisine. Highly recommended, I will definitely return again!

We were 1st to be seated, last to be served.
The 15 people who walked in 10min after us got their orders taken and were served before we got our appetizers. We waited about 35 min for the 1st appetizer to arrive Out of 3 appetizers we only received 1 BEFORE the entrees. The other 2 appetizers arrived with the rest of the food... We were totally forgotten by the one waitress. Everything looked really sloppy and unappetizing honestly. The taste of everything wasn't great either. We left more than half the food on the table.
Ramen to be loved
In general everything is amazing, except the desserts. It is small, almost uncomfortable but totally cozy, as Julia, who is owned by the same owners, is yet to discover how they always achieve that in Bogotá's fluctuating climate. Full day. The Steeki, the marinated entrail (I know, doesn't sound good) is especially fantastic. If you can't go to Tokyo, you have to go to Tomodachi. If you get a table.

Menu does NOT match actual plate. Not very vegan-friendly
The Menu said: Miso: Zapayo, portobello, cebolla roja, espinaca y chili oil. It does NOT mention anything about eggs. I was surprised when my Miso came with an spliced EGG in it. They should revise their menu and write what really comes on the plate.
Food is mediocre at best.
Rolls are doused in sauce. Service is consistently terrible. Lots of turnover and always short on staff. Westlake location is terrible too. Not sure how they stay in business. Also always out of toro. Last visit the ginger was not edible. Thru told me they received a bad batch but still served it to me? what the heck!! Ambience isn't good either. Not a welcoming or friendly place.
Tomodachi is top tier.
The quality of their fish is outstanding and seriously some of the best I have had. The service has always been great and the staff is truly the sweetest. They are hardworking, kind, and very attentive. The ambiance is very comfortable yet clean and modern. I would recommend Tomodachi to anyone!!

Excellent Asian restaurant, we ordered some pork gyosas and they were delicious. I would dare to say that they prepare one of the best ramen in Bogota.

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
How to delete listing?
Hi I uploaded a reservation but no one has taken it. I would like to delete the listing so that I don’t get charged the no show reservation fee. And also delete the listing how can I do that?

Has anyone found a way to get a question answered? From what I can tell there is no way to get in touch with anyone that works at/for AT. Other than the occasional admin posting a consultation offer here and there they are non existent. A lot of people have the same issue I have where we cannot cash out earnings. I cannot get my warning medal removed even though I am under the threshold. Sad to say but seems like AT is holding up everyone’s funds currently. Very scary and makes me wonder….Please reply if you read this admins and can help. Tried every way possible to get in touch

I accepted a bid for a popular restaurant in Los Angeles only to receive a phone call shortly thereafter informing me that the reservation had been canceled due to it being listed on AT. I of course need to subsequently cancel the reservation on AT but get this warning that my status will be negatively affected for doing so. I have a prepaid reservation, but I'm allowed to transfer that reservation to others for a price that I set (up to the total price I paid).
For selling POSTPAID reservations, do I charge the buyer the full amount of the reservation when transferring? And then the buyer pays something on top of that (which is what is listed in the AppointmentTrader listing?)

My money is being held hostage! Can you please remove my refund medal as I am below the 11% threshold and should be able to withdraw my full daily amount now? I have been teying for a long time to get a reply on this. Major issue for people looking to do good/right like you ask and make positive sales. Being able to access earned revenue is critical and not getting any reply is very concerning for your sellers. Lot of other people having the same issue. Once below the threshold you should auto remove the warning medals.

Just wanted to put this out there as I find it quite weird. AT will hold money if your sell through rate is to low. I find this strange as you would think that sell through rate should reflect more on AT not marketing their site well enough to generate sales. It seems weird to punish sellers for listings not selling.

Banned from Resy for selling reservations- Do we have a rat on our hands???
I am new to this app and started off by selling a polo bar reservation and then quickly sold one more reservation. Not long after I received emails from Resy saying all my reservations are cancelled and I am being banned from Resy for life. How could this have possibly happened without a rat telling Resy that I sold the reservation. I need some advice on this situation and let’s catch the rat!
