Rebecca's Bistro Walnut Creek Reviews from The Last Year
Great food and charming atmosphere.
Rebecca’s has a charming old fashioned atmosphere and simply yummy homemade food and desserts. It’s a small place and will be crowded near noon. We loved our patio table and service was so friendly!
A must stop lunch location
It is a quaint little cafe and very intimate inside and out. Even though it was full with a short wait, it was quiet. The food selection is not huge but varied enough that there were plenty of choices. We were able to split Turkey Berry sandwich and it, along with the soup was enough of a meal. The soup was tomato bisque and was very flavorful with chunks of tomato. The server also was excellent and cheerful. We noticed that as lunch slowed down, the greeter grabbed a broom, without being asked, and began sweeping the waiting area. Nice change for these days when there is so much 'its not my job' attitude. We will definitely stop again when in the area.
GREAT PLACE WITH NON AMISH FOOD!! Get there early and plan
GREAT PLACE WITH NON AMISH FOOD!! Get there early and plan to wait for a table, but it is definitely worth the wait!!
Food was beyond incredible.
Not your typical "mashed potatoes and chicken" kind of Amish food. This was amazing. The Cuban sandwich was out of this world. The scones were soft and delicious. Coffee was so good. Definitely worth the wait.
Great food!
The food was WONDERFUL!!!!! Not commercialized like the Dutch Buffets!!!!! Service was excellent. We had tomato soup, Chicken salad sandwich, burger and cheesy potatoes.
Great food, quaint atmosphere
My wife and had lunch at Rebecca’s today. Everything was great , the waitress was helpful in guiding us to delicious meals. We had soups, salads, and chicken. Everything was prepared and presented well, a really great lunch.
Rebecca's is consistently amazing.
We drive 2 hours one way to eat and shop. The lattes are always so good, they never taste like chemicals which seems to be an issue with some places. Everything on the menu is flavorful and fresh. It is small and intimate so there is often a wait but it is worth it!! All of the employees are very friendly and helpful if you ever need a suggestion.

Went on a Wed at lunch, waited about 45 minutes but they had nice soft music and a warm waiting area. Parking tight as all the businesses are close together and they don't like to share spots. We had quiche which was very good. The tomato basil soup that they're known for was too sweet for me. It has brown sugar in it. But everything was hot and fresh tasting. Service very friendly and prompt.
Worth the wait
There was a 25 minute wait but worth it. Very small restaurant. But comfortable seating. The server was very attentive and food came fairly quick. I had tomato basil soup, a house salad, and ginger peach tea. The herb dressing was so delicious, that we purchased their bottled dressing to go. Meal was delicious and flavorful. Wife had the Cuban sandwich and cheesy potato. Also had a slice carrot cake for dessert. Excellent experience at this restaurant. Definitely refer to others traveling through the Amish country.
Best of taste food with service to bare none.
Friendly little house with many rooms to eat in or outside if weather permits. Worth the wait for usually 45-60 minutes unless you get lucky & go at just the right time. (We haven't found the right time yet). I passed by this bistro many times when in Amish country. However when my friend introduced me to this prize in disguise I always eat at Rebecca's whenever near the area. Don't miss an opportunity to check it out.
A friend and I stopped for lunch today.
We both had the Turkey Berry Sandwich. She had the cheesy potatoes as her side and my side was the soup of the day corn chowder. Delicious absolutely delicious. We also split a piece of carrot cake for desert. The combinations of the ingredients on the sandwich were unusual but they worked so well together. The combination of the cream cheese and the berry jam is genius and the fact the sandwich was toasted made it warm and gooey and enjoyable. Everything was attractively presented and portions were nice size. Now this a a very small restaurant so we had to wait. Not long but about a half hour. We were able to eat outdoors and it was a perfect afternoon for that. Our waitress was pleasant and efficient. Food piping hot when delivered to table. Parking was confusing and not readily available. We parked down the street a little ways and walked. In my opinion it was worth it. Pleasant atmosphere good food and moderately priced. I will go back to try other menu items
Delicious
Delicious breakfast. The baked oatmeal is so good. Service was great. Prices were good. We got there at 830 so we didn’t have a wait.

We visited Rebecca's Bistro for lunch during a day in Amish country. There was a short wait for a table, but for such a cozy environment, it's worth the wait (and a much appreciated alternative to the all you can eat buffets that are more prevalently available in the area). Very decent menu options for both carnivores and vegetarians. Service was good, as well. The only reason it falls short is that (in my opinion) the food is a just ok. The signature burger was ok, but it was a real mess with the quantity of bistro sauce that was piled on. I ordered the grilled cheese with cherry butter, and if I were to order it again, I would hold the butter and ask for less cheese to avoid soggy bread. The Cuban sandwich option was also soggy on sourdough (instead of Cuban bread). Overall, possibly worth another try.

Really really great place! Super cute restaurant and the food is GREAT! The staff was so sweet-- definitely recommend if you're in the area. Put your name down and go shop at the antique mall while ya wait. Perfect afternoon
Such a wonderful brunch and barista! Definitely a step
Such a wonderful brunch and barista! Definitely a step above and apart from the rest there in Amish Country.
We love this little bistro! Everything here is so unique
We love this little bistro! Everything here is so unique and so well put together. We also love that they have their tomato soup canned and you're able to purchase to take home. It is some of the most flavorful homemade tomato soup I've ever had. It is a very small place and gets extremely busy, you must to be patient, but the wait is definitely worth it!
Favorite restaurant in Holmes county
We have recently moved to North Carolina and returned to Ohio for a visit. We usually go to the Amish area and have always made Rebecca's Bistro our go to breakfast spot. This year the breakfast was so good we ate here both days we were here. We had the three guys breakfast , two eggs , hash browns with onions, bacon and toast. Both days everything was perfect. We split a peach scone the first day and a peach pancake the second day. Both were exceptional . We have been visiting this restaurant annually for the past 40 years and it has never disappointed. It also has a very nice bakery and good lunch selections. The service is consistently good and prices are very reasonable. highly recommended
Make this place a priority!
It’s not a common thing for a restaurant to average 5 stars while having several hundred reviews. There’s a reason that Rebecca’s Bistro is one of those occurrences. This place is great! Wife and I stopped by on a Friday afternoon around 1:30 and was told 75 minutes for a table. Since we were staying another day, decided to stop by a bit earlier on Saturday. Came in right around noon on Saturday. We were told 50 minutes. No problem as they text when table’s ready, so we just went to a couple shops around. We were pleasantly surprised when we got the text after about 20 minutes! The food was fantastic! I got the burger and cheesy potatoes. Potatoes were great. Very simple, but a great cheese sauce. The burger was delicious as well. Again, fairly simple, but cooked to perfection, great flavor, and a nice bistro sauce on it. Wife got the turkey berry sandwich, which was really good. She got a side salad with their house herb dressing. I now know why they sell their dressing by the bottle (and am the new owner of a bottle of it). We look forward to coming back for breakfast, because that sounds great as well! Do yourself a favor and plan to stop here. Well worth the wait!

The site doesn't have resources to properly execute a reservation transfer. Some places allow it however the best bet is to open a chat on the listing from the seller and communicate there

Transferring reservations is not supported in AT. Why not just use the name in the AT screenshot?
