Everything was perfect, chef Bart (my favorite chef). Thank you very much, wife Sandra, who was very professional but still super relaxed with nice (funny) service. Chef Bart's right-hand man, Philip, also deserves a lot of praise. In short... a big compliment to the entire team. Cheers. We will definitely come back.❤️

Wonderful evening. Delicious food (a lot of it) but exceptional combinations that were just right. Excellent wine list! Nice presence of the chef and his wife and partner. A first-class address. To repeat!

For some time now, and after visiting several other star-rated restaurants on our wish list, we finally made it there. Of course everything was well thought out - delicious, that was expected. But apart from that, the friendly and warm welcome from the host/hostess + colleague was also pleasant. It is often different in some star (sometimes not even) restaurants. Bravo. Dean

Bartholomeus is an example of the casual enjoyment of pure products that are prepared with incredible mastery. The interaction between the chef and his brigade and the customer takes the experience to another level. Eating/tasting here is the pinnacle of culinary pleasure. The products such as langoustines, fresh gray shrimps, oysters, Wagyu tartare, turbot and partridge are top notch, the taste experiences are sometimes explosive, but time and again they testify to high-quality finesse. Words are inadequate to appreciate this experience.

We tasted the love for pure flavors wrapped in delicious dishes. It was heavenly, we enjoyed it immensely. Thank you Bart and wife Sandra and also Philip for giving us a wonderful evening 👍

1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)

* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* PerceptiveWash44, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* PerceptiveWash44 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to PerceptiveWash44 for any questions Peter may have as PerceptiveWash44 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* PerceptiveWash44 now uses their connections at Restaurant Bartholomeus Knokke-Heist to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If PerceptiveWash44 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, PerceptiveWash44 receives the $200 reward which is credited to PerceptiveWash44's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Restaurant Bartholomeus Knokke-Heist!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
