Armed robbery without warning, with mediocre quality
We ordered a Shabu Shabu to eat, my wife and I. They told us that it was out of the menu, but they didn't warn us that they were going to charge us… €140/person!! Their argument was that it is Kobe beef. Well the meat wasn't too good!! I have eaten it in many countries and even here, and when it is good... it is butter. This one had nerves... The poor vegetable. I paid because it was like an uppercut that knocked me out. It seemed like a scam and with poor quality but worse style.
PRICE OF DRINKS BY THE CLOUDS
No matter how many Michelin stars it has, it is not acceptable to charge on the terrace, in the middle of Claudio Coello Street (without views of the Plaza Mayor, Puerta de Alcalá or Palacio Real) for a mini beer €4.20 and vermouth at €8. €00, straight, without any appetizer. I consider it to be an exorbitant price without trying a bite... First and last time...

I have some reservations coming up tomorrow that have gotten lots of views but haven’t sold yet. I haven’t made a sale yet since I just joined this week. I keep lowering the price, but am worried they won’t sell. How long did it take you to sell your first reservations? And did you have success being reimbursed by AT for no-show or cancellation fees? Just looking for a little reassurance. Thanks!

You should probably cancel prior to the cancellation date per the cancellation policy. I would imagine you would only get reimbursed for a sold listing if you happen to be charged?

My first sale took about a week. But as the other commenter said stay ontop of your cancellation windows. There’s no reimbursement for those so make sure you cancel in time then just try again.
