Out of this world experience
We’ve been coming to palazzo Avino for years and I’ve dined in Rossellini’s many times. I’ve never been disappointed, but this time, I was truly blown away. The food is incredible - this has always been the case for the 22 years I’ve been coming here… but the level of service this time really wowed me. The pre- dinner experience in the garden was fabulous.. I’ve truly never experienced anything like it. With the advantage of one of the most beautiful settings in the world, they manage to create the most mesmerising kick off to your evening imaginable. It was a special occasion for us (milestone birthday) and the staff made it a true night to remember. Spectacular food.. every bite was a burst of flavours, skilfully and carefully crafted. It’s certainly not cheap here… but it’s worth every single penny. I’ll be thinking about this meal till the next time I can come back here.
Beautiful location but the price left much to be desired
The location and views are amazing as is the service. We can’t say the same for the value. For over $600 for 2 people including a bottle if wine you would expect the meal to be amazing but it was just ok/good. The prefixed chefs meal is $250 per person. If it was $250 TOTAL for the meal it still would have been over priced. We paid $100 to $150 all over Italy (Including next door at Hotel Fraulo) for way better food. Don’t get me wrong it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t what you’d expect or we’ve had in the past from a Michelin star restaurant. The service was absolutely amazing though! Everyone was so nice and polite and took great care of us. Ravello is expensive but this was over the top. I’d try elsewhere if you want a better value and meal.
Low Value for Money
Beautiful hotel, exceptional service, but the food is just good, and not great. The value for money lacks a ton here. Spent $600 for the 6 course menu and a bottle of wine.
Delicious food, amazing views at a Michelin star restaurant in the Amalfi coast.
We ate here while we were guests of the hotel. The food, wine and service were excellent. My wife and daughter had the vegetarian tasting and I had one of the non-veg tastings. Everyone loved their food and the service was attentive without being overbearing. We’re from Chicago which has multiple 1, 2 and 3 Michelin star restaurants. Rossellini’s is a legit Michelin star establishment and I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.
Beautiful
A beautiful location, friendly service filled with surprising touches, and two stand out dishes on the Ravello Come Casa Mia menu— The Raviolo "Ravello" (They provided a beautiful recipe card for me to take home) and the “Sua Maestà II Babà” His Majesty The Babà, Served with your selection of rums, Italian Chantilly Cream and Wild berries. The pastry chef’s presentation that followed was also a charming highlight. We had the wine pairing with each dish and enjoyed it as well. Every dish was beautiful but those two were delicious. Live music and the view added to an overall lovely night out.
Best meal of our trip
We absolutely loved our dinner at Rossellini’s. It was our favorite dinner in our trip to Ravello, Positano and Capri. They had a selection of 3 tasting menus or an a la carte menu. We were absolutely stuffed by the end of it. In addition to the 7 courses on the menu, there were several rounds of bread, a pre- and post dessert. The wine was reasonably priced and so tasty. We had excellent service. It was expensive but worth it.
Location exquisite.
Unfortunately the service was poor. Our main waitress was kind & attentive, although not as knowledgeable as we expected (e.g. she didn't know where the monkfish was caught or when). Two other assistant waiters were good. The sommelier was dismissive at best. We asked for a 2021 bottle of a particular wine. He brought us the 2022 OPENED and we immediately said that we ordered the 2021. He looked surprised and then came back with the 2021. It was strange. How does the sommelier of a Michelin star restaurant confuse the two? He admitted to us later (after asking us how we knew to choose the 2021) that the 2022 was not yet ready. The portions were beyond tiny. I didn't finish all 6 of my courses but my husband did and he was still hungry. The wine by glass was silly expensive ($40 per stem) but we really wanted red with our lamb which was final course. At one point near the end of the meal the manager walked by and as he KEPT WALKING he asked if everything was good but didn't even stop. Just said it as he was walking by. It was my birthday and we had made reservations in April & my husband told them if was my birthday. They did bring a complimentary glass of bubbly which was nice. But the birthday dessert? Kind of an after thought! The dessert waitress brought a plate with happy birthday written in chocolate and then proceeded to put a few small cookies on the plate. Not even worth taking a picture of. So $800euro later we were completely underwhelmed.
Always perfect
Among the most beautiful restaurants in Campania and also one of those with the best cuisine. Stopping for dinner is an opportunity to visit one of the best hotels in the world. A plus is the aperitif at sunset.
Amazing culinary experience!
Amazing experience! One of the best meals of my life. We loved the lobster which came in multiple ways. The pork belly was out of this world. Service was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a wonderful, delicious experience you must visit Rossellini’s in the Palazzo Avino!
Words fail me
Words fail me to describe what a incredible experience we had here. The food is sensational. Lots of small dishes all with fantastic taste. The staff are delightful and the setting magical. Could I say more? I don’t think so!
Dinner at Rossellinis in the Palazzo Avino Hotel is
Dinner at Rossellinis in the Palazzo Avino Hotel is probably one of the top five meals I have ever had in my life. We came here for dinner last July with another couple and even though it has been almost a year since we came, I am still thinking about this dinner. When we checked in for our reservation we were led down to the terrace for a glass of bubbly and pre dinner appetizers. While you are enjoying the terrace, they give you the menus and you get to choose from 3 different tasting menus or the option to order a la carte. Our party opted to go the tasting menu route. I am not vegetarian but I don't eat seafood so I often find it easier to go with the vegetarian option which is what I did on this night. After choosing our menu options we were taken to our table overlooking the coast. Every dish that we had from the bread service to the post dessert desserts was absolutely phenomenal. I would be hard pressed to choose a favorite dish because everything was so insanely fresh and flavorful. This is definitely a pricey special occasion restaurant, but it was such an incredible experience in just the most romantic setting possible.
Sublime location , views and ambience - food disappointing.
First let me say we have a wonderful evening - the hotel , restaurant and views are breathtaking . The service was attentive and professional . The food was disappointing - the chef needs to focus on taste as well as presentation Too many chef gifts, the appetisers , bread assortment and petitfors Dear chef you have been gifted with one of the most amazing dinning locations anywhere in the world , I’m sure you are very talented so get back to basics and focus on the taste of the food you are serving .

Every course in their “Lo Mia Storia con Ravello” tasting menu was 5 stars. I would visit Ravello again just to dine here. Exceptional customer service as well. Loved!
For the best meal in Ravello…
This was the most beautiful meal of the entire trip and by far the best restaurant in Ravello. We went with a tasting menu. The food was spectacular. Service was exceptional. Would return to Ravello just to enjoy another meal at Rosellini’s.
Oct trip
We stayed at the hotel and this restaurant was amazing. We did one of the fixed menus and a wine pairing, both of which they let us customize a little (which is not usually allowed). All the food was amazing and the service was exceptional. We would definitely go back here not only to stay but to eat here. It was our honeymoon and they even did a special dessert for us, which was a great touch.

* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* DistinguishedTree58, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* DistinguishedTree58 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to DistinguishedTree58 for any questions Peter may have as DistinguishedTree58 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* DistinguishedTree58 now uses their connections at Rossellinis Ravello to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If DistinguishedTree58 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, DistinguishedTree58 receives the $200 reward which is credited to DistinguishedTree58's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Rossellinis Ravello!
